The BEST! My family and I got a flat tire on the highway and they got us in right away and were incredibly kind and graceful. We were on the road within the hour and are so thankful for their services! Highly recommend.

The staff there is always so friendly and helpful, they take the time to explain to me the things they are suggesting. My most recent visit I am came in just for an oil change but found out I needed a new battery which was a bummer but staff talked me through my current battery status and why I need a new one. And everyone is always smiling and wanting to help! Highly recommend this location

Want to recognize Ray W for just superior customer service. I had a cold call, weekend request and Ray, as he's done previously, came through again. Very busy place, and Ray is more than pleasant and accommodating every visit. Kudos to the tech's behind the glass also. Well done Ray and team.

We worked with Ray. He could not have been nicer or more accommodating! I was stuck in my driveway on Friday and called to tell him I would not be there. He said if I could drop off the car for a day, he could probably squeeze me in for new tires. We dropped the car off Saturday night and on Sunday afternoon, I had new tires! He could not have been friendlier or more understanding of my predicament! He even impressed my husband with his professionalism and kindness! Give that man a huge bonus! He deserves whatever he is earning times 10! I totally trust him with my car and have already referred 2 people (not including my husband!) to the Tires Plus in Delafield! I told them to ask for Ray! My tires are GREAT in the snow! I am super happy!!!

I stopped in because my tire light was on and Ray Wilborn was so kind to me. He filled each tire to the right pressure (in the cold) and made sure I was safe. They were all very low. I offered to come back with cash to tip him but he said no need. He was a pleasure to deal with. I hope his boss, Seth, gets to read this review. Great customer service is sometimes very hard to find these days!

Extremely thankful for Seth, I was on a road trip with some friends when we noticed we were losing some air from one of our tires. Brought it in and Seth checked it out and saw it was a bent wheel. Seth took the time to try and seal the wheel just to buy us time to get us to the discount tire to buy a new wheel and didn t charge us for the labor. Once we bought the wheel everyone around said they didn t have the time to install it and we went back to Seth who said he was willing to take the time and help us out even though they were busy. He had us in and out of there in less than 45 minutes. He was an extremely thoughtful person and we were so thankful he was able to help us get back home safe. Incredible place with great service.

I called the number online for the Tires Plus in Delafield. This was not the scheduling number but the actual store number posted online. I called and made an appointment for a wheel alignment. When I arrived at the store, I was told they had no record of the appointment, I had called the scheduling number, and that I should have called the actual store number. This was repeated to me several times; likewise I repeated several times I had called the number for the store (and later verified it). I was informed other customers had complained about the scheduling because they had called the scheduling number. The service guy said he could not do the wheel alignment because there was already someone booked.If it is true that other customers have complained about scheduling, then why hasn't corporate overhauled their web page? Regardless of what number called, whether "scheduling" or "the store", it should allow a customer to, well, schedule an actual appointment.An outdated, user unfriendly, online presence is sloppy and unprofessional.Going forward, I will not entertain using Tires Plus for any services. And likely neither will the people with whom I will share my experience.

Our Car Battery died in the Home Depot Parking. We were waiting for an insurance tow for an hour when we realized that Tires Plus was right next door! Seth drove us back to the car and charged up our battery. Seth was kind, smart, super helpful, and saved us at least an hour of waiting for a tow truck. 5 Stars! Hero!

I took my car here yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. I was reluctant, but the company has good reviews. I've had tires done at another location with great results. The lady at the counter was friendly. They started on my car about 15 minutes after my scheduled time; they were pretty busy. The lady at the counter gave me a reasonable estimate of when my car would be finished. There was seating for about half of the people waiting for their cars. The waiting area is acceptable, but nothing to write home about. After an hour and 15 minutes, the technician told me he stripped a wheel stud and lug nut. He said I could drive the car with only 4 good lug nuts; it would cost $80 to replace the stud and lug nut. I told him to go ahead. About 10 minutes later, he was done. I used my 10 minutes to look up the cost of the parts: less than $10. I was presented with a bill for $155. The technician knocked it down by $10 when I objected. When I opened my car door, there were grease stains from the mechanic on the fabric inside the door, on the seat, and on the armrest. I told the lady at the counter; she came out to clean them as best as she could. I think I'll go back to changing my own oil... 4 quarts at $3 per plus a $5 filter and a little sweat is far better than my experience here.

I came in on the Friday morning before Christmas to have my rear brakes fixed since I was hearing a thumping noise in the right rear wheel. I didn't have a lot of money at this time for an expensive repair. So, I stressed that I only wanted my rear brakes fixed because I needed my car for travel at the holiday. To be sure, they checked out all the wheels. They informed me that the rear brake pads and calipers were so worn that they no longer performed what they were designed for. So, I had them replace the rear rotors, break pads, and calipers. The initial cost was over $1350. But they discounted all services and charged me only for parts and labor. So, the total came to $1058 which I liked better. They offered that, with their store credit, I could pay off the balance over six months. I took them up on that since it would free up the money I had so I could enjoy the holidays as I had hoped. Thanks, guys! It's a pleasure not to hear that thumping anymore.

Goes out of his way to make sure everything is handled properly and treats every customer like they re family no matter how busy it gets.

Excellent, excellent experience. I find the customer service to one of the best will all of the employees! Ray and his manager are terrific and kept me well informed of the work that has needed to be done on my car over the years. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else with my car. I am so thankful we decided to stop at tires plus in delafield. I was on a road trip and realized my tire was leaking air far faster than it should. Turns out I had a bent wheel! Seth took the time to try to seal the tire so that we could make it to another shop to buy a new one (free of charge!). Then afterwards no one would install the new one, so we took it back here in the hopes they d have enough time to help us out. Seth had us in and out of there in under an hour and we made it back home safe that night. What an amazing business and even more amazing mechanics!

My son was home on leave from the Air Force. He got to stay an extra week if he helped with recruiting which meant he would be driving alot. We discovered that while he was away his tires had dry rotted severely and were unsafe to drive with. Ray in Delafield went out of his way to find something quickly and within his budget.

Dropped my truck off for an alignment. Was told when I made the appointment it would be 1 hour. I didn't get to pick my truck up for 5 hours and 45 minutes. they didn't even touch my truck for at least 4 hours and 45 minutes. When I picked my truck up they hadn't even adjusted camber, the main reason I took my truck to the was to have my camber adjusted. If you ever need something done in a timely manner you will have to sit there and wait to make sure they don't skip your vehicle. Because apparently if you drop it off they will work on it whenever. I should have known that they can only do tires.Service: Wheel alignment

We were getting ready to go out of town and I noticed a small mail in the side of my wife s rire. Without an appointment I went in there around 5 o clock on a Wednesday evening. They said most likely they d have to replace the tire which I understood. I was really impressed when we got a call. 90 minutes later saying our vehicle was done. They did great work. Clown show, made an appointment for 8 promised done by noon. Hasn t been touched by 3pm. What is the purpose of making an appointment if it isn t honored. Understand that are short staffed however hey have been saying that for years. Last visit here.

Great service! Having a sports car that s low to the ground is fun until you need the oil changed or tires done on it. The gal upfront was so pleasant and helpful in having her team get the job done as other places could not given the type of vehicle. Thank you so very much!!! I appreciate the help! Seth and Ray are the nicest guts to work with. Honest and trustworthy. I have taken both my car and truck to them for work. Tires and mechanical. Great work and timely. I will go nowhere else for my vhicals. You will not be dissatisfied..... Thank you.Had an issue with my alternator they got me in and fixed it in one day . I was very satisfied with the timeline and price. These guys will have my business as long as i livein the area.

I got a great deal here on new tires. The shop was clean and the waiting area was nice enough. On the whole I had a good experience. The technician updated me regularly through the process and was very friendly.

That was the second time I went here. Both times Ray Wilborn the front sales man stands a head above the rest. I had to thank him for reminding me what it s like to encounter great customer service. Seth, Ray and Gerry were awesome! My car unexpectedly lost power steering. They got me in on a busy Saturday and corrected what they could. They gave me a further detailed diagnosis to take to my regular mechanic because of bigger issues. Sad day because of family persistent cat issues as of late; however, Ray and Gerry were so friendly and helpful they had a smile on my face when I picked up my car. Thank you!
