I am about as picky as you can get when it comes to my cars. Although I was hesitant and had my classic methods for waxing, polishing, etc, they sold me on their product, and I am very impressed with the result. These guys did a fantastic job not only paint correcting and ceramic coating a car I bought used, but also explaining the process, benefits and drawbacks, and aftercare. They are super personable, accommodating, and easy to work with. The car shines better than it probably ever has! I would highly recommend! They even let me keep the car in their garage for an extra day so I didn't have to pick it up in the bad weather!

Awesome place to come get your car cleaned and ceramic coated. Got my 2020 Mustang GT tinted and ceramic coat bronze package last year. Car was immaculate and was treated so nicely by the employees. Worked around with my schedule. Came in for my warranty appointment and was again treated respectfully and they make the car look brand new once again.

I've had multiple experiences here from car stereo installs to full audio systems and remote starters on multiple vehicles. Very happy with the work and quality they put out. Will be recommending to all of my colleagues.

I took my car to Carisma Customs to fix a shoddy PPF job originally done by a shop more local to me. Carisma Customs knocked it out of the park. Their workmanship is top notch, with great communication from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.

I got my Mustang paint corrected and ceramic coated at Carisma Customs and I couldn't be happier with the work they did. They put in the extra effort into fixing rock chips and small scratches with touch up paint that is never easy to make look good but they did a fantastic job. Every year when I take it in for its annual inspection and wash, they always make the car look showroom quality which is super impressive. They are honest and realistic with you and still manage to exceed expectations.

Did a Chrome delete on my Tesla Model S. Chad and his team did a great job. Great service, communication, price, etc. there is a reason this place is so busy! Love them. 5 stars for sure!

Respectful, very professional. On time and very efficient. I had my annoying dent fix and they found another subtle one I missed myself. They double check what an owner can miss. To top it the cost is REASONABLE. TOP NOTCH CLEAN HOTEL LIKE FACILITY ONE CAN WAIT. I am no longer too worried of dings and scratches. No need to explore Chicago for these services. I will be back for CERAMIC COATINGS on my 2 cars. Very Impressed with their ATTENTION TO DETAILS AND FLAWLESS TOP NOTCH QUALITY CONTROL WORK!!

Great facility, excellent employees. The work they do on cars is fantastic. I had the ceramic coating . And every year they recheck the coating and detail the car for $100. Such a great deal.

Wow!!!!! They did an incredible job on my car, inside and out! My 2020 Aviator looks and feels brand new!! I am definitely going to make this an annual appointment. I 100% recommend Carisma to any and everyone. I had my entire audio system done by them, all Rockford Fosgate speakers and sub and an Alpine deck, and they made the experience very easy and straight forward. I'd say it was decently priced for everything they did. Within a few days my car was ready for pickup. Jordan was extremely knowledgeable and honest and I appreciated that. A super great, real, group of people that work there. I just recently went back with an issue with one of my speakers with the wiring, which wasn't their fault, and they were able to quick get me in and fix the problem for free. Couldn't be happier. Thanks guys :)

Very Very Impressed........Had to leave a review for this company.I am a middle aged women and love my car. I don t have some of the really expensive cars that they work on but, my 2019 Honda Accord is my baby.I ve had my vehicles at several details shops in the Waukesha and metro Milwaukee area. I ve never been overly impressed or satisfied. I found Carisma Customs and it was by far the best experience I ve had. They totally exceeded my expectations! I am not easy to please. These guys completely blew me away with how clean my car was. Unbelievable!!!EXCELLENT customer service. Extremely happy with the the gang at Carisma Customs, I got my two front windows and windshield tinted and it looks fantastic - It really finishes my vehicle off. My coworker was impressed as well and she will be looking into contacting them about getting the same service. I felt that they were fair with pricing and amazing with communication throughout the day my vehicle was in the shop.If I have anything else I am looking to get done in the future I will be contacting them once again!

Just got my car ceramic coated from this business. First off, the level of professionalism and detail that they provided is off the charts commendable! Working with Garrett and his staff there has been a phenomenal experience. He kept me abreast of every step of the way, advised me of what I requested was too much or too little, and even offered a refund if part of their ceramic tinting work didn t turn out the way they expected it to. It is hard nowadays to find business that stand. shins their work like the people at Carisma Customs. On top of that, they even did the DOOR JAMS! Awful job. Do not trust them with your vehicles. I had aftermarket LED s installed and they just cut my headlights open and didn t seal them. Headlights no longer work. Avoid like the plague.

Took my new Tesla Model S Plaid to Carisma for window tint ceramic coating (silver package) and front wrap. I got all the information when I called - the pricing and details were very clear. The shop and employees were very professional and take great pride in the details. My car was done one day earlier than expected and looks beautiful. My husband knows a lot about cars and although he choose Carisma to do the work, the owner made sure I was comfortable picking the right option for my car and my needs. Thank you to everyone at Carisma Customs for going way above and beyond when you absolutely did not have to. The exterior detail is absolutely flawless and beautiful & I cannot remember the last time the interior was so clean and fresh (the small child struggle is real). If I didn't know better, I'd think y'all just replaced the car I dropped off with a brand new one. I will definately be back for future details and will 110% highly recommend you to everyone I know. Garret was super helpful and knowledge when I first called about their services. We decided to do the Silver Ceramic Pro package, Front+Rocker PPF, and Ceramic Tint all around plus windshield.Car looks just like it did from the showroom every time I wash it. Very easy to maintain and gets lots of attention. Will definitely send anyone I can here!Update 4/14/23: Still 5 stars! I got scraped on my driver rear fender and had to have it repaired/repainted. Carisma helped redo the PPF and ceramic coat after the body shop did there part. The work done and service of their team was the same as when I saw them last year. Stop shopping around and bring your vehicle to them!

I had the silver package ceramic pro coating done and I was blown away by the results. My car is 5 years old and truthfully looks brand new after picking it up. Amazing results. If you are looking for a business and employees who exemplify what excellent work, attention to detail and customer service are, look no further! The guys at Carisma Customs are outstanding on all accounts! From the time I walked in the door to the time my vehicle was finished, everything was top notch! I had them tint the windows on my sedan, which turned out amazing! They made sure to walk around the vehicle with me to ensure that everything was perfect and that I was completely satisfied with the tint and the installation. These guys are all so friendly and do excellent work. After the ceramic pro coating in May of 2021, my 2017 BMW has never looked better. I get allot of compliments on how the car looks. Definitely worth the money!

I had my Challenger's paint protected and repaired late in 2021. Extremely satisfied with the outcome from Carisma. They were very informative and attentive to my vehicles needs considering my project was a bit more involved. I could not have asked for better customer service and quality of work done on my 370Z than what I received at Carisma Customs. They took time to explain to me the process in the application of the ceramic pro coating including after care instructions. I've received so many compliments from others on the look of my car. I wish I would have brought in my car when I first bought it. I won't miss that opportunity with my next vehicle. I would highly recommend their services to others. Had my 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid windows tinted by the team at carisma customs at a very competitive price. They did an outstanding job and everything looks perfect.I also live less than a mile from the shop, and they were nice enough to give me a ride home and to the shop once my car was ready. Now that s customer service you don t get everywhere.Will highly recommend them to anyone who s looking to get windows tinted.Service: Window tinting
