Upon dropping of my car for repair I was immediately met with a rental assistant and placed in a rental car immediately. Four short days later I was informed that my car was ready for pickup. The repairs were perfect and the car looked brand new. Outstanding team work from drop-off to pickup. I have and will continue to refer Caliber Collision to friends and family.

The quality of the work was very good. However, the repair was projected to take three working days. Instead, it took eight, with minimal, boilerplate communication along the way. There were at least two instances in this process where the delays were something within the company s control and adjustments could be made, yet the significant delays continued with little apparent concern for how such significant delays negatively impacted my work and life commitments. Therefore, I would not recommend this company, as I was treated as if they don t want my return business.

Took over 3 1/2 months to fix my truck correctly. And then another month to get a clean interior and the rattle in my dashboard taken care of. Now I m having some trip pieces falling out of the a pillar. I cannot remember the last time I ve received shotty work coupled with arrogance. Take your vehicle anywhere else, or at least until these amateurs get their pro card.

Caliber Collision in Delafield, WI offered professional service and returned my car that was in an accident in much better condition than before the damage. The communication was excellent and they made the work between the insurance company seamless and swift. My Mercedes was hit down the side, I took it to Caliber Delafield and I couldn t be happier!! My car looks good as new and was completely clean at delivery. I would like to recognize Ryan for his exceptional professional service that I received from him from the time I first contacted him, throughout the repair process, and even after I picked up my car at the Delafield WI Caliber Collision!This was the first time I was involved in a claim/auto body repair, and he immediately put me at ease by taking the time to explain the entire process to me, answer my questions, collaborate with the rental car company for me, and provide me with continuous updates so I knew what to expect. His knowledge, experience, friendly/approachable customer service style, and excellent communications turned what could have been an unpleasant experience into an amazing experience. He even responded quickly to answer my questions a while after I picked up my car.I am extremely pleased with the quality of the repair on my car and the amazing client experience I had from the entire Caliber team! The automated text alerts were a welcomed added bonus too. My car looks brand new on the inside and out!Consider me to be an incredibly happy customer! I hope I never have another situation that requires a repair again, but if I do, I m definitely coming back. Website states open 9am to Noon on Saturday. Go there and place is totally closed. Update your website if you want customer's business.

Nothing smooth about my experience. Repair took 13 days but was supposed to take 5. Estimate was completed in April and repair appointment made immediately but parts not ordered until after car was dropped off. Communication from them is all by text, never a phone call. Final price was 25% higher than estimates from 2 other local body shops.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision was an awesome experience for this type of situation. Vehicle vs Deer was erased and looks better than when purchased. A pleasant surprise of a great detailing on the inside as well! They handled everything flawlessly with communication to insurance, ordering parts, updates, and not to mentioned it looks great. Thank you Lisa, Ryan, and the rest of the team!

The Delafield Caliber Collision team was amazing to work with and were able to provide my insurance company a very detailed quote regarding everything that needed to be fixed on my vehicle from my crash. They were very prompt and clear with sending the information to my insurance company. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone!! They really helped me out during a time that was very stressful!

I took my car there on a Monday afternoon because I scratched the top of my drivers side mirror and wanted it repainted. Chris and Ross both helped me and were so friendly and professional. Chris wrote up the estimate while Ross went out and took off the piece that needed to be painted. They said that they could probably get it done the next day and they'd call when it was done . They called the next day so I stopped by and Ross popped it back on. It looked great. I couldn't have asked for better service. I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Delafield. I am extremely happy and satisfied with Caliber Collision in Delafield WI! They have only been the ones to service all of my vehicles and never been disappointed. When they give you an estimated time of how long it would take they come around and get the job done and professionally. My car was again in an minor accident that was cause by a hit and run while my vehicle was parked over night at my place and the techs did such an amazing job that looked like nothing ever happened like all the times before! They even noticed a very small dent that the fix for me at no extra cost! This is why I always go to them with my vehicles, they are professional, very honest, very awesome customer service, they take care of the customers and techs are aweome at doing their jobs! Ryan is an amazing employee with such an awesome attitude every time we communicate and kept me informed with my vehicle progress and any questions I had he did not hesitate to answer and always answered the best he could! Lisa also such a big help with a very positive attitude and gives you a warm welcome when you approach the desk as always. I would recommend anyone to them. Thank you again for taking such good care of my vehicle! I am once again extremely happy and satisfied customer!

The Team at Caliber Collision were great to work with from the general manger - Chris Ward who kept me in the loop at every step of the repair to Ross who worked on my damaged SUV. It was an unfortunate situation that brought me to Caliber, but the team made it a pleasant and smooth transaction! The end result looks like it just rolled off the assembly line. I brought my car in to fix my rear passenger door that was knocked out of alignment, not allowing the door to close. They had me come in the same day and they set the door back in a functional alignment very fast. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and highly professional. The skill the technician demonstrated in fixing the door was very impressive. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision Delafield for auto body work.Service: Body & Trim

Ross was especially helpful but the whole team did an outstanding job making our car look brand new again inside and out. We especially appreciate the extra attention given to some dings and minor issues completely unrelated to the repair we brought her in for without even charging any extra. Hope to not be back too soon but will definitely be back if another need comes up!

I've had to come to these guys twice for separate accidents. They do killer work! Left my car looking better than it even looked before the accident. They worked great with Allstate insurance. Not to mention they kept me up to date on everything going on. Hopefully I won't have to get collision repair on my car again but if I do I will definitely be coming to them.
