Had what I thought was a bad battery, came in and Mike right away asked if I needed help I explained my issues and he tested the battery for me and sure enough it was bad. Mike swapped out batteries for me as it was under warranty. Mike was very nice and super helpful ! Went to tip him and he said they can t accept tips but would appreciate the review. Very happy with my experience!

I needed to replace the wiper blades on my vehicle and had a great experience here! When I entered the store, not really sure where to start looking, Joshua was immediately friendly and helpful, steered me to the right area and was clearly knowledgeable and had a lot of good insight. He helped me with my purchase and then even replaced my old blades, which were pretty stubborn to remove, and all the while was so personable and professional. Thanks for the great service, Joshua! We ll definitely recommend the Delafield AutoZone to family and friends!

I want to thank Ty for his help with my alternator. He came out to my car to check it and it turned out that there was a wire that wasn t connected. It was the wire that goes to the battery, which is why the battery wasn t charging! I cannot think him enough for taking the time to actually check the alternator over carefully!

Very helpful young man who assisted me at the Delafield location tonight. (His name started with a J, I unfortunately didn't commit it to memory.). He came out to install the new headlights I'd purchased and discovered that my one headlight wasn't working because of a melted connection. He showed me the difference between that and the other intact connection. He them proceeded to give me a recommendation for a local shop to repair the problem. Throughout our interaction, her was polite, respectful and showed a good sense of humor.

I have been to Autozone a few times over the years and they have always been so great! Staff is very knowledgeable and fast!

Jay was super helpful. He tested my battery, got me set up with a new one and new wipers. He even showed me how to change them when I asked. Very knowledgeable and polite. Did I mention this is in 5 degree weather? THANK YOU JAY!!

Josh b. Is the most helpful employee there and that I have experienced at any auto store!!! He is so knowledgeable about ever question i had for him!!! I have recommended him to many people, all of them have said the same great stuff about him too. I will continue to go out of my way to go to him for all of my car needs. Picked up a new battery and asked if they could install, Jake B. was happy to do it. He noted some oil lookage and cleaned the connectors while he finished and had a great attitude and work ethic!

Had a battery die on me out of the blue, ended up stuck in the parking lot nearby. They came to my car, and helped me troubleshoot for far longer than most people might, in 10 degree weather, then installed the new battery in the blink of an eye. Reasonable price, and service was above and beyond. This is a store to give your business to.

We had a bearing buddy fall of on our way home. We stopped into this Autozone and they were very helpful with lending simple tools and helping us get the right part to get us back on the road again. Definitely recommend

Finishing a repair Saturday evening, and needed a grease-fitting. No hardware store or auto parts store in Mukwonago had the right size. Got to AutoZone Delafield just before closing. Jay treated me like it was the middle of the day. He was neighborly in his approach, and most concerned with solving my problem (Saturday evening, just before closing time!). Within minutes, Jay found the correct zerk, and I was walking out the door. Fast, sharp, friendly, and Jay treated me like we were long time friends and neighbors. This was my first visit to the Delafield AutoZone. I will be back many more times to come! Thank you Jay!! Wow!!!

Amazing store and very nice people the Store Manager Jalisa was a great help. The customer service was outstanding glad we now have a close by parts store.

It is very rare to have a parts store with employees that also work on their own cars. Very extensive knowledge when it comes to DIY car repair, and can answer just about any question(s) you may have.

They carry a good stock selection, however, most of their products are pricier than Amazon. Good choice if you need something asap and friendly staff.

Only parts store around to have the filter I needed and in stock price was also half of what everyone else was at. Employees were all very nice also!

Due to covid. The store is not real user friendly. Can no longer walk up to the counter and ask a question. Sales associates are "hid" behind the counter. Check out was standing 6 ft from the register...

Got there at 8pm on a Friday and they are closed. Web says 9pm and the sign says 9pm but there closed. Glad I drove 15 minutes for nothing.

Nice store and location.. but needs to have "engine fogger" in store being pretty much the only parts shop around.. needs to be stocked
