Popeyes-closed. Deli-food that s been warmer for hours. 1 person working, no managers on site. All at 2pm on a Saturday. Basically, a typical day at this location.

They checking truck who stay 2+ day , and call towing, first put notice in you windshieldNot bad, classic old TA travel centar.Restroom and shower 3 , not so clean.

Do not come here, unless you absolutely have to very rude from the moment you walked in the door to where you try to find the stairs to go downstairs after doing laundry to be told you re going to get put handcuffs

For a TA, this place is pretty decent. My only beef is that (I'm a pretty average sized dude) these are the smallest bathroom stalls I've ever been in. If the toilet paper dispenser was higher up it'd be a little better.

Used to be a friendly safe place to park a car at night. Now you get woken up early and told to move along. Why do truckers get all night, but cars only a couple hours? I buy gas and food too! They seriously could use a good truckers boycott. No-one buying anything for a few weeks might make them think about how much they need us...

We stopped in here and were given nothing but poor quality food and worse service. The ice tea was awful and the waitress completely ignored the untouched glass. Considering the phenomenal diner just east of there by a quarter mile, they should be more competitive in their service. Worth driving around for other options.

There is a deli with things like Salisbury steak and grilled chicken breast filets, green beans, carrots, potatos, etc. Sign says Subway and Popeye, too, but I didn't go to that part of the store.I see about 15 open parking spaces at 18:45Shower had hot water. It looked clean to me.

Horrible Customer Service like most TA's These Days. Newly redone but that doesnt make up for how Trashy the employees are as well as how rude the cashiers are. Slower than Molasses as well. Only think this place has going for it is the over priced Popey's. Besides that I recommend going to the next exit up. & go to Good Old Kwick Trip

I stopped in the general store a few days ago and bought some candy, meat sticks and ice cream $18 worth of stuff with my debit card. When I tried to use my debit card the next day it was declined (weird). So I went home and checked my bank account online. TA charged me the $18... but they also charged me $36 for who knows what and $478 for diesel fuel - I drive a honda civic I couldn't even fit 100 gallons of fuel in my car if I filled the interior. So I thought there must be a mistake and called the store - it was Saturday and they informed me that a manager would not be in until Monday. I called back on Monday and the manager told me it was a hold they put on some accounts to be sure you can pay for your gas. I told him I didn't buy gas and he said that's what it is and even told me that my bank wouldn't know what the charge is for and I should wait a couple days for it to go away. In disbelief I called my bank and they said that this was not true and that TA already had the money, it was no hold. SO, I called the store back and told the manager what the bank said and he said he would look into it. He called back in a few hours and informed me that he had a signed receipt so he wouldn't do anything about it. I informed him that I don't drive a truck and that I used my pin number - ie I didn't sign a receipt. He said there as nothing he could do. SO, now I have filed a dispute for the charge with VISA, we'll see what happens. The moral of the story - I was charged multiple times for things I didn't buy and the management was very unfriendly and unhelpful in resolving the issue. If you don't want to risk paying for $500 in gas that you didn't buy don't go here!

Another CLOSED restaurant, just before the holidays, when drivers stuck away from home, hope to find a friendly face, and a good HEALTHY meal... For all the STAY FIT HYPE, they are putting in another FRIED CHICKEN STAND. So to pacify drivers, they offer a Thanksgiving Supper, on phone was told from 4 to 7 PM, after arriving sign on door said starts at 2PM, cool... went in at 2:45, I was the last driver served, FOOD WAS GONE.... T/A is turning into another PILOT, with even less to offer in so many casesSHAME ON THE MARRIOT CORPORATION

Incompetent cashiers and a thug with a bad attitude is the restroom cleaner that doesn't really clean much. Just looks at white people like he hates us. Also there is a parking scam across the st. If you park there . some ginger fa_ got guy in a crown vic will beat on your door and tell you its $10. I woulda beat his @ss but I was sick that day .

Garbage. Came through on tour. 3 busses, all with crew and artists wanting a hot shower. Was informed by the lady at the counter that there were only 3 or 4 of the 9 available as the others were either dirty or out of service. She then informed us that she had no access to the clean towels. Unprofessional and ridiculous.

Parking is ok if you get here before 9. Lot is clean, fuel island is clean, store well kept and fully stocked. They just remodeled recently and looks nice.

Nice clean older truck stop. Nice outside bistro style tables. A little disappointed that the restaurant has been replaced with fast food stalls.

Horrible shop. Was told there would be a 2 hour wait and it turned into a 5 hour wait. Truck was in the shop for 1 hour and 48 mins installed the new ac compressor and dryer that I had brought in with me and still charged 327.18 and it still don't work due to a bad line that No one in the are had.

Tough to get gas if you're not a big rig or a car. If pulling a trailer you'll need to do some creative maneuvering to get to the pumps and still be able to get back on the road.

Dirty showers. Took out the restaurant for a Popeyes. Unfriendly staff. Guess I'll have to skip this stop from now on. From a truck drivers perspective, it's no longer any good.

Dirty, under staffed and that hot deli is a joke.5$ for burnt eggs, burnt bacon and undercooked potatoes that tasted like soapy water

Its a decent ta truck stop nothing special. Not many truck spaces. And the food is good ol junk you find everywhere.

Clean bathrooms, big truck lot, small store which means sm selection, got our truck fixed fast n friendly, apparently the restaurant just got a whole brand new menu.

Excellent service and mechanical staff knew exactly what they were doing to complete repairs ! Scott was our mechanic and he was very professional and an expert mechanic and very courteous . I would recommended their services !
