Shawn went above and beyond. I requested a quote and he got back to me quickly a couple weeks ago. I wanted to have my Accord picked up from Tennessee back to Wisconsin. Picked up yesterday and delivered today. Not only was he fast but he was the most reasonable price. No extra fees. Full communication and hauled my car enclosed.

You will see I don't leave bad reviews, but I inquired about having a 2008 Shelby GT model that was a 1 of 1 built with 1,532 miles transported enclosed from Elgin, IL to Middleton, WI. Shawn said I would get a call back the next day, and when I didn't hear by 2:00, I sent another text and was then told he couldn't do it. Additional texts were sent to me, but the last one was unreal. It read exactly, "It's a 08 mustang nothing really special. Use a truck grab a trailer and drive down there and haul it back. 100 mile one way trip." All I can say is that I'm glad he had been too busy to transport my "nothing really special" to him vehicle. ADDING: I wasn't even asked when I needed the car picked up. Again, anyone can see my reviews, and I obviously do not run to google to leave a bad review. This would be my first, and I've left many reviews. The tone and attitude in this response is consistent with the interaction I experienced, and the sarcasm of calling my collector car an old car is not the first sarcasm I experienced from Shawn. Maybe he had a bad day today, but I didn't expect to be made fun of for a hobby I happen to enjoy. If you do feel your car is just a car and nothing really special, this company may work fine for you, but then again, if that's how you feel, I'm guessing you would just drive it home instead of looking for professional transportation.

Shawn was very professional. He answered all of my questions patiently and accommodated my special request of picking up the car soon. His charge was also very reasonable. It is very easy to talk with him than talk with big companies. And yes, there was nothing hidden. He was very transparent about everything.

1st time with auto transportation, and it couldn t have been any better. Shawn was amazing and kept in contact all throughout the delivery. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use his business for future business
