In Oct 2023, we were trying to deliver a new used car to our daughter in SP, when it got a flat. We saw online that Pomps was closed, but only 2 blocks away, so we drove over to see if we would be able to leave the car there until opening on Monday. Keith pulled in at the same time as us, and was amazing! He helped us get a new tire and back on the road so quickly. Definitely went above and beyond in service! Highly recommend this business.

10/10 would recommend! These people are awesome!! I traveled 6 hours away for a grad party, and hit a spike in the road that someone threw out their window on I94, it popped my tire and they managed to get me in speedy quick! They fixed it, and got me back on the road all within in 45 mins! I couldn t say anything better about the people there! Not to mention they were closing in a hour when I showed up, and the technicians told me they never really close and they would for surely stay after to make sure I was able to get going again! Nice, courteous, and very knowledgeable about what they re doing! Thank you guys there so much again!

Blew a tire on our car hauler, 112 miles from home 4:45 in the afternoon. Talked to Keith he took care of us, Jason was great also, we had this tire back on the trailer and we were on our way in less than half an hour. Phenomenal service and attitudes in this whole place. Oh and if you need Skittles out of the candy machine, find Stu.

My husband and I needed six new tires for our RV due to the age of our tires and damage to one of them. We had reached out to our roadside assistance provider first and after a week, they were still searching for tires. After calling around I got a hold of Pomp's Tire Service and they had located my tires within 2 minutes, ordered them, and installed them within 3 business days! They even came out to our RV resort, which was a 40 minute drive, and installed them for us right on site. Great customer service and excellent mechanic skills. Thank you guys!!!

We blew a front steer tire on 90 and called Pomp's out of Deforest. They sent out Estefan and he was super! He was pleasant, fast, and knowledgeable. Thank You to everyone at Pomp's at the Deforst location for getting us fixed up and on our way quickly!

Had 4 new tires put on 2 vehicles. Website was easy to navigate. Service was fast and professional. Bill was what we were quoted for. It was a good experience and I 100% will return for tires again

Saturdays are 1st come 1st served. I was the first customer there on a Saturday morning and it took 2-1/2 hours to get 4 car tires put on. Meanwhile 4 other customers got their tires taken care of at the same time. They stopped working on my car to take care of others. What gives? As a former tire installer, 25 years of experience, it should never take more than an hour on standard tire installation.

RV 5th wheel had an irreparable flat, they had exact tire I needed (I spewed my coffee on that, as they were 1/2 mile from campground plus tire has been on nationwide back order awhile). I was there within 1 hour of calling, out the door 30 minutes later with new tire. Price was same as online tire retailers, mounting cost lower than back home. Met 3-4 hard working staff, all friendly and efficient. Always a joy to find a good place like this, especially in the automotive repair industry.

I can't speak for all of pomps employees. I can only speak for the one that worked on my vehicle. If he worked as much as he stood around on his phone, showing his buddy things and chatting while not working at all, a lot more would get done in a day. This is just the type of workers many businesses are forced to employ unfortunately. 1 tire should not have taken 40 mins but thats what happens when lazy works on something.

Amazing fast service and the politest car technicians I've ever met. After being stuck on the side of the road Friday night we finally found a place that was open on Saturdays which was here. They opened at 8:00 a.m. which we arrived promptly on time and the car was done in an hour - four brand new tires. So fast easy and good pricing along with very polite technicians... I highly recommend going here.

Extremely helpful on the phone, and same in person. They did an extremely quick change on all six tires. In this era of covid I will point out their waiting area is extremely small. Happy with my experience and will use them again.

My faith in the automobile service industry has been restored. Finally a place that did the job right on the first try. Working with Steve was an absolute pleasure. No doubt Pomp's has secured a new customer in me despite the extra miles needed to get there. The walk-through of the work when I picked up my car was a nice courtesy you don't see much any more and it was very much appreciated. THANK YOU!!!

Great friendly service. We where on our way back home to Ohio from Sturgis South Dakota when we started to have some problems with two of the tires on our mobile home. They got us in right away as was back on the road in about 30 minutes. Thanks so much and the cost was very reasonable and fair. We would recommend them to anyone in need of tires. They even checked the tires on our other vehicle and trailer to make sure we would have no further issues on our trip thanks again

Great shop! Went in to get a tire pressure monoriting sensor (TPMS) replaced. Got in and out just like that. Good price, friendly staff, clean waiting area and fast service.

Very pleased with the service. We dropped in on a Saturday morning because of a soft tire before a long drive. He apologized for a 30-45 minute wait because they were very busy. They had us out in 20 minutes after checking things out thoroughly. Will definitely return.

My sister and I were traveling through and had a flat tire. I had a spare tire but didn t want to drive back to Kansas City without a spare. Pomp s gave us a used tire to get us home. He took care of us in 15 min. A wonderful young man! Thank you!! There are still great kind people in this world.

Can t say enough good things about Pomp s in DeForest. We blew a tire on our Airstream and we gratefully received a recommendation from Gander RV as they used Pomp s for their tire needs. Keith (Duren) immediately arranged for a mobile service man ( Jason) who came really quickly and changed the tire in minutes. We went back with him to the store to buy a replacement tire. Awesome service by Keith and the service guy, Fred I think. Keith extended us a great price for the mobile call, replacement tire, parts and labor. The best service I ve had with any tire/garage anywhere. They helped get us on our way for our 1,000 mile trip to NC so expeditiously!

Stopped in when I had a flat tire and a stripped lugnut that the factory spare tire wrench was useless on. They were all out of tires my size but put on a used tire and then ordered tires for me to schedule a repair the following week. I wasn't charged for the temporary tire. (No labor or anything). "You'll settle up when you get the new tires." That's a nice kind of trust to be given.Everything was done quickly without any suggestion of doing additional work.

I was in on Saturday to get all 4 new tires on my van! It was close to home, and they did an excellent job! Keith was so very nice to talk to! He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions! He even took time to get an estimate together for my mom to go get her tires replaced at the Pomp's location in Sheboygan! I am so glad I chose this Pomp's in Deforest to replace my tires! I will be sure to refer my friends to Pomp's! And I will definitely come back to Pomp's for my future tire needs!!

Friendly & quick/quality service! Passing through on a road trip and had an emergency, felt relaxed even though it was a stressful situation! They made us feel taken care of! Good pricing and didn t try to over sell us!

During a roadtrip from New York to Alberta, Canada we ran into some tire trouble. We have a 19 tire which was impossible to find within a days notice but the staff were so helpful! They switched our damaged front tire to the back right away and made suggestions of where to find our tire. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!!

Had previously been to another Pomp's for a steer tire repair. They recommended stopping at another Pomp's after 100 miles for retorquing the lug nuts. I called ahead spoke with Robert at DeForest location and he was as accommodating as one could be on the phone and in person. Excellent service at the Fondulac and DeForest locations. Thank you!!!

Strange experience! Ordered tires last week. I called on the day they scheduled installation to see if tires arrived. They ask for the size and manufacture of tire and said the tires were not in the building then said they would call me when the tires came in. Just before the service person ended the call I ask if she found my order and if the tires were actually ordered. She said she could not find the order. I ask how she knew who I was for the call back and if the tires were actually on order. She said she did not know. I canceled my order and said I will go elsewhere. Strange that they could not verify an order and did not ask who I was and then said they would call me when the tires are in. They seemed nice although very confused.
