Waited 2 weeks to get a hood painted just to have it not match. Was told it was my fault because it was fiberglass so it would never match. Was also told for $450 more they would do it right. So it can be done right or can it not? I guess lose bolts were because it was fiberglass too? Not to mention runs and orange peel! Wish I would of read the reviews first sounds like the run around I got so much for staying local

Unfortunately, I have to change my review from a 5 to a 2 star. Truck looks great from 10 feet away but it was the details that made me change review. Passenger side step rail was not bolted back it and came loose. There fix was to drive bolts through top of my nice step rail. The existing supports had rusted and thats why the step up wasn t secured. That information would have been nice at check out when I laid down 4 grand in cash. The rear mud flaps which have never been loose are falling off, the old trim was put back on with epoxy. The excess epoxy is exposed all around trim pieces. The truck had overspray all in the cab and back seat when I picked it up. Paint and grease on cloth seat. Had to have professionalcleaning done. All this for rocker panel repair .not real pleased and won t be back ever

We had originally contacted Jim's for some damage to our back door on our Explorer. We also wanted them to look at some peeling paint on the hood. We were immediately told to contact a local Ford dealership because there has been a problem with the hoods and it should be covered under Ford. We called the dealership and they ordered us a new hood for Jim to paint and put on. If we weren't told about the hood issue we would've paid to have it fixed. They saved us a lot of money. Very honest and the door and hood look amazing.Service: Painting

They did multiple incomplete bad jobs on my truck. I would not go back to this shop. The employees were not understanding of my frustrations with the incomplete work. I feel robbed of the money I paid them.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Jim's did an excellent job on my husband's truck. They are friendly, knowledgeable , and reasonably priced.Highly recommend them.

Jim's Auto did a great job replacing the rusted floor pans in my 2006 Maxima SL. They happily used the pans that I ordered from a supplier in Ohio. No other shop in Madison that I spoke with would agree to that. He also did the job for a lot less than all other Madison shops quoted.

I got a much better estimate than the place I took it to in Madison. Also, the only place that would replace the old emblems without making me purchase new ones.

I bought a car from them about 3 months ago actually it was a truck an Avalanche the truck was amazing and I got in an accident one month to the day later not related it was the other person's fault the expensive to repair the vehicle rough it higher than I anticipated but the people here are good people and seem to go out of the way to give me a sense I'm feeling comfortable and wanted to come back and do more business with them if there are any errors it is voice to text
