The service manager did by oil change because their tech was out sick. He was kind, patient, took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer my questions - very impressed with the level of service and care I received. Unsure of his name, but the service manager rocks!

They are great, but this time they forgot to clear my codes and didn't rotate my tires like I'd asked. Apparently my tire treads are worn and I need new ones, but they didn't tell me this. I read it on the report instead.

After a disappointing experience at Walmart (no mechanics showed up for a scheduled oil change), I found Fleet Farm staff to be prompt, professional, and friendly. Will definitely go there again.

Pre-paid a week ago for my tires (I wish I had an option to pay for the install fee at this time but wasn't given it), set up an appointment for today (21Oct23) and was in and out in little more than an hour. Nicely done Fleet Farm.Service: TiresService: Tires

We love the new tires. The alignment seems perfect. This is the third vehicle we have taken to Fleet Farm and had four new tires and an alignment done on. Every time they have done a great job, and we couldn't be any happier with the results. We will definitely be going back to them the next time one of our vehicles needs tires.we would like to thank the team in the automotive department for helping us pick the best tires for each vehicles use. Keep up the great work!

Was at a scheduled appointment for four tires. Service techs and I couldn t find the lug key. Time was pressing as there was another appointment after me. After a lengthy search it was discovered but it was long into my allotted time. Service associate had mentioned that I may have to reschedule which I totally understood! It was my wife s vehicle and it needed tires suddenly and horribly! I didn t want her driving her vehicle in that condition and I was stressed a bit. Everyone in Service took notice and went above and beyond to reassure me that they would get it done. THEY GOT IT DONE!! Was not my first time getting tires at this location and definitely will not be my last. I was so impressed with their professionalism that I wanted to take them out for some beers! I know the group that day were just humble people just doing their job but I hope I m not the only one that takes notice!! Fleet Farm is very lucky to have these team members! First time ever using Fleet Farm for auto service. I was in a jam as the brakes for my business van were not good. (The dealership failed me). I stopped by and talked with one of the advisors at Fleet Farm and even though their schedule was full for the week, the understood the importance of me getting my van fixed a.s.a.p. They knew I needed it to successfully run my business. They were able to find a time the next day to get the brakes done. I was and am still very thankful for their awesome customer service, concern for my vehicle and my business. Staff was amazing, friendly, and showed genuine care for not only my vehicle but me as well. Needed tires quickly and had a specific tire in mind. They were able to get them from a fairly local store and put on quickly. Great service. They also have a good repair program for tires. Would recommend. Thanks!

Service was on time quick and everyone was courteous. However we left & realized they had not set the gauge for changing our oil. We then had to go all the way back to have this done. The extra time it took & you have to go way out of your way to get out to the main road.

Exceptional service & help from Kelly & Ken in the automotive service department. Friendly, attentive & conscientious at all times. Better service & communication than my dealership for my 2012 Honda Cross Tour. I highly recommend their department.

Got new tires. Dropped vehicle off the night before, appointment was at 8am the next day. Called about 2pm - no answer, left message to call me when vehicle was done. No call back. Went in the next day assuming it was done. Ultimately they had the vehicle 36 hours. Not impressed.Service: TiresService: Tires

Had oil change and they inspected everything. The lovely young lady that did the work was able to find and replace the VERY DIRTY interior filter as well as taking care with the whole car care. I would highly recommend Fleet Farm for their thorough and pleasant service.

Very friendly and professional staff. Tire rotation was completed in 30 minutes. Will.need new tires this Fall and staff gave me several tire options to consider.

On I90 driving & Thunderstorming & my right windshield wiper blew off by Waunakee exit, never been to Fleet Farm but pulled in to see if they could help. Great crew & service, he ran out in the pooring windy rain & installed 2 new wipers per my request. The lady clerk was amazingly friendly & kind to her team when requesting my work order. I had the most horrible experience. I have never been tested so badly. The manager in the auto center should not be working in customer service. He is extremely rude and smug . Service was good however, when it was time to pay, the price was more than what was quoted. The reason was due to the type of oil filter my vehical needed, plus they used 6 quarts instead of 5. Would have been nice to know this in advance. Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Went for a tire rotation. And was told I do not need. But I did as I have another 6,000 miles put on. They just didn't want to do the free tire rotation. Not a very good interaction.

Made an appointment . Had my tires replaced. Drove from Fleet farm in Steven's Point to just North of Casmir road on I- 39 and had a flat tire with my brand new tires. Put my spare on got myself home and discovered a bolt from a battery in my new tire. I was pressed for time so fixed it myself as I was leaving for Montana that afternoon.When I got back from Montana I went to Fleet farm to have my tires rotated and let them know. They told me they don't work on batteries .Thanks Fleet farm!Service: Tires

I have recently been widowed & appreciate the help/service I received at the DeForest FF auto service. The technicians & service counter technicians answered questions courteously & patiently. It took over 2 hours to have new tires put on and the mechanic ruined one of my lug nut studs. I was not offered anything in return for it taking so long and ruining the lug stud.
