I got my car in January. Jesse is very friendly, straight forward and honest. No problem with me taking the car to my mechanic at all and the title transfer process was very smooth. Would recommend to anyone who needs a reliable car! Jesse would also help you find the car if you have specifics in mind when they don't have it in the inventory.

I recently bought a vehicle from Jesse. My son and daughter-in-law have also bought their vehicles from Jesse. Hands down the best car buying experience I ve ever had. He was very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. He s a straight shooter and will never steer you wrong !My family will be buying all our vehicles through CarTopia from now on.

I have been buying cars from Tom for almost 20 years. In an industry that is often referred to a shady (used car salesmen) he is a welcomed change. We have bought over 15 cars from Tom and every time has been a great experience. If I wanted something more specific he has found it, exactly like I wanted at a competitive price. That is not a service you get from most dealers. I highly recommend CarTopia for all your automotive needs.

Our recent vehicle purchase at CarTopia was easily the best car-buying experience I have had. The 6-year-old car we bought was (and still is) in such pristine condition that it feels like we own a brand new car. It is very apparent that CarTopia selects high quality used vehicles which they then meticulously prepare for sale. During our visit to the dealership, we met and spoke with the owners- Jesse and Tom- and the business manager- Tim. Each was pleasant and collegial. It was fun to talk cars with knowledgeable professionals in a totally no-pressure environment. Everyone was very patient and exceptional at answering questions. Negotiating our purchase and trade-in was amazingly straightforward. There were no silly antics or pricing games- just an honest, great deal. I give Cartopia the highest recommendation. Our experience was absolutely the best. We will certainly purchase our next vehicle from CarTopia.

Had a great experience. Fast, easy, didn't feel pressured, and got a good deal! I had dealt with a terrible dealership previously that really ripped me off so I was very cautious going into this purchase. Tim listened and answered all my questions. Had a problem with my bank that made me 27 dollars short on the down payment, and Jesse just let it go. I shouldn t need another car again for awhile, but when I do I ll definitely come back here! Worth the drive!

I've been without a car for 2 months. Been looking and didn't realize getting a decent, affordable used car was such a headache. Every dealership trying to pick a car for me. Ughhh!! No thanks. I'd like to pick what car I'd like.CarTopia was awesome!! Was able to do Everything from home and pick it up the next day! No headache involved! Great prices on decent cars! I bought my jeep from there about 2 weeks ago. I had a very small issue with it and he took car of it right away with no bs. Very straight forward and honest. Don't go to another dealership and deal with pushy salesmen.. come here to get a better car buying experience!

Jesse is a refreshing change in the world of buying and selling cars. Straightforward, no pressure, sincere, and of high integrity.My spouse bought a car from him, and I was so impressed I did too. Well worth the drive. Hopefully the car I bought will be with me for many years, but if/ when I need another I'll look here first.

The overall experience with the actual person who did the dealing with us was actually fantastic. He was super open about all the terms of the contract and even pointed out pretty much every last little thing just to make sure that we didn't feel. Like we were getting cheated. Got to take the car for a good test drive and got an amazing deal. The only thing that I think would keep this from 5 stars. Is the owner himself who didn't do the business with us? But nonetheless was a pretty big jerk to the other employees. Now maybe he was just having a bad day but none the less. But the employees themselves were actually really awesome. I would totally recommend for the future so long as you don't have the owner doing the business for you.

Great experience with Tim. Bought a Ford c-max Energi in excellent condition at a good price. Appreciated the friendly, no nonsense, no haggle, no pushing sales experience. It's a small shop with a personalized experience.

We just bought a car from CarTopia for our son. It was by far the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. We never felt pressured once. The whole process took about an hour total!! Tim was super friendly and fair. I highly recommend Cartopia and will definitely be back for our next vehicle!! I'm so glad we found a car dealership that doesn't feel like a car dealership. It was awesome!! Very very impressed!

I purchased a 2016 Town and Country yesterday. The team was very helpful, professional and I didn t feel pressured to buy the vehicle. I hate going to large dealerships as they tend to try to get you in a higher priced vehicle and they call several times trying to loop you in. I think I made a good decision to get this van as I have a growing family and they are spacious. I also bought the 10kplus warranty package and it seems to be one of the best I ve seen so far. Tim was the rep I worked with for the sale and he made it very fast, efficient and made sure I understood the contract. I also traded in my truck and was given a fair deal. The office is very clean and I love that the vehicle showroom is all indoor and cars are clean and not accumulating salt. I would recommend if you are looking for a nice vehicle at a great price you check them out!! I will update in about 6 months to let you know how the vehicle is running.

Jesse at CarTopia has such a great thing going! Amazing car dealer who takes GREAT care of what he has to offer. When I asked him what his actual thoughts were on vehicles he was honest with the pros and cons of each. The actual buying process was very simple and not time consuming in any way!More than 5 stars for these guys!

We brought the vehicle home and found a nest under the hood, the air filter was black, corrosion on the oil dip stick holder prevented us from being able to check oil, and oil had pooled into the in tank. The vehicle clearly had been sitting for a long period of time. We took it to a mechanic that found a leak from the radiator. It was extremely clear that the vehicle had not been properly checked over before being sold to us. When bringing my concerns to the dealership, instead of them taking responsibility for the lack of care in the inspection, they said to me, if you don t believe me that the vehicle was inspected, we will just buy the vehicle back and be done with it after this rude comment, I asked for them to check the oil on the vehicle in front of me. When they realized you couldn t even do that because of corrosion, they offered to have the vehicle worked on and claimed they had no idea why this hadn t been inspected. After a few days, they fixed the radiator and dip stick for us as resolution. They told me air filters are not part of their inspections or concerns. Although I appreciate the gestures to try and make it right, in a year we have had to put over $3000 of repairs into the vehicle. After learning the true history of the vehicle, I was deeply disappointed that this vehicle was sold to me without full disclosure of prior use. I also brought this to their attention and they claimed complete innocence, even though there is a public record. Basically, once you buy it, it s your problem to deal with. Biggest waste of money I ve ever spent.

Bought my Toyota Rav4 at Cartopia and had a great experience. Very fair price and great vehicle. Both Tom and Jesse were awesome to deal with. Had a minor problem after a few weeks and called them and it was handled immediately. Highly recommend Cartopia. Best car buying experience I have ever had.

Terrible cars. Transmission went out before I got the temp plates off. Terrible and very negative response from the owner. Was pleasent prior to sale though. Do not buy a car here.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion through Tom. Nice guy, easy too talk to. He didn t rush the process allowing me too think about my options. Went Above and beyond for me completely finding a bank to give me a loan with a low interest rate as I asked. I got the car for a great price, and I couldn t be more happy. Not to mention he s buying me beat up Honda Civic for what the loan was on it!! 1000% recommend these guys, thank you.

We bought a 2009 Highlander at a great price. No pressure sales. Negotiable. Jesse was patient with a variety of questions and concerns, answering honestly. Tom was quick and efficient with the paperwork. We like these guys and recommend you stop by!
