Brent in the trailer department is top shelf. Always gets me in for my dry van trailer repairs and always gets them fixed properly in a timely fashion at a fair price. Highly recommend!

They don't do emergency service calls. Not much help

Not only did were the managers rude to us while getting service, but we saw one the managers yell at an employee. This place should be a good and healthy learning ground for the young mechanics and technicians NOT criticizing them if they don't reach expectations! If you want to teach you must tell them what else they need to do to do better, this company lost a frequent customer because of the actions they think customers don't see.

I was a over the road driver passing through with a busted brake chamber.I phoned 1st and explained i only had a max of 2hours to spare b4 my next delivery.They Got me in as soon as i arrived. They completed the repair in about 80minutes.Very Good Experience!

Had a truck go down in the afternoon. They sent a tech to pick up the truck and had it ready go in a very efficient time period. Rob is a great guy to work with on the service end!!! Parts department is also johnny on the spot if parts are needed in a timely fashion.

Great parts department, have moved lot of our parts purchasing to them due to decent pricing and availability for OEM engine parts. They offer great pricing on all Maxima LED lighting products with great warranty replacements when needed. Andy and John are great to work with

This is the place were you make some experience and go away to a better job place, why i say that? I only meet just one tech who was working for them 11 years the second highest was only 5 the rest 2 or 3 years. That location was build 14 years ago so make your math.There is NO communication within departments. Parts took days to arrive, mostly because service dont call customers fast enough asking for repair approval. Service manager dont even know what truck is on bay lol.Dont expect training or patience, they simply dont have that. They can tell you they have training so here is how it works, here is the internet portal to detroit engine site, when you can go there and do what you can, luckily you will be certified.Here is my personal history :Before I accept this job I took a week off my current job and travel across the country to their location so they can try me out first. In that week they do basically nothing with me, if I wasnt the correct fit for the job I would expect during that week to tell me but they simply do nothing, there were exited to bring me in, they dont even help me to found housing they just tell me go to this site and find housing. So in that week i have to grab the first hosing offer i could get. Even with those inconvenient I decide to move forward.Quit my job and decide to relocate all by myself. Decided to make a living this those people I buy a brand new car.After almost 90 days they get rid of me because I wasnt the CORRECT FIT ! !

Have always had excellent luck with these guys. Getting parts and the truck wash is good too.Coffee and internet in the waiting area. Chairs are average but great local people doing what they can.

My trucking company has all of their trucks through this dealer. Anytime one breaks down, they do the repairs quickly and often in less than a day. Our company isn't far from the dealer and they will often pickup/drop off our trucks.

I had a drive axle seal put in my peterbilt tractor at Quality truck in Green Bay Wisconsin , And also have my alarm stop beeping in the truck for the coolant level, after I picked up the truck when it was done, everything looked fine , then I hauled my first load to Eau Claire Wisconsin, when I backed into my unloading dock I noticed gear oil running everywhere under the truck, the same drive axle seal they just fixed, but this time it was not a small leak it was really bad, went to Peterbilt in Eau Claire Wisconsin to have it fixed again ?, they found the problem Quality truck in Green Bay There mechanics had just pushed the new wheel seal over part of the old one and tightened it up , and by the way the alarm still beeps, I would never recommend that place to anyone, if you want your truck ruined go to quality truck in Green Bay wi, worst work I've seen in 15 years,
