Had a wonderful experience picking out our shower door. Was given great advice. Changed doors. Had the door installed today. Very pleased with the end product.

Highly disappointed with the windows and patio doors we had replaced. The sun room window we had replaced was not correctly ordered. We were assured it would match the other window in the room but once replaced was a different framing- the original window sill was 4 1/2 inches but now is 1 1/2. The change in framing did not allow for our window treatments to be put back up.It takes away the original look of the home and does not match the other window that we did not replace. These are very large windows in our sun room.We also had several issues with the patio doors that we had installed in the sun room. We had to call them back several times. The frame woodwork was not aligned correctly. They did a repair but still not correct. The screen door was very poorly done, had a big buckle in it and had to be re-screened. They left empty holes on each side of the frame and used different screws. They also used construction screws vs flat head screws. They also used different colored screws all said not professionally done. These were installed in December but had to email multiple times to get them to come back (not very timely on responses).

My apartment complex contracted out Packerland Glass & they did a wonderful job. Adam removed and installed 4 pieces of glass for us. He did a fantastic job as you can see below, and he was such a nice, down to earth kind of guy. My cats even knocked over one of the old pieces of glass and he took time out of his day to clean up after them. 100% recommend & thank you, Adam!

The Packerland Glass service rep was very�helpful, pleasant, and professional.� He removed the glass shower door and rubber gaskets, cleaned the hinges and glass, and then reinstalled everything.� �All very well done.From the people answering the phone to the on-site service reps, everyone is very professional.

Very impressed with the whole process (shower door installation). Perfect work done in a timely fashion and at a fair price. Even in these times of supply chain issues and inflation. Couldn't be happier with the result. Highest recommendation.

Very professional and exceptional craftsmanship. Very reasonable pricing as well. I would also like to personally thank you for the proper protocol during this pandemic everyone had masks on, proper distance, and protective safety glass between the desk and myself. All CDC guidelines were followed to a tee.

Top notch company. Timely, efficient, professional and friendly. New doors and windows installed at our family business Ambrosius Sales and Service. The low-E glass has kept our store cooler in the summer and protects our showroom from fading. The outside noise reduction is incredible!

I am very impressed with the customer service. They go out of their way to correct a problem and do what they can to make good on a situation. I would highly recommend doing business for your needs here over other glass companies.

I recently purchased a new wood table and wanted to get a piece of glass to put on top of it; Packerland Glass provided excellent customer service, affordable pricing, and fast delivery. I am so pleased with the quality of the glass and how it complements my new table. Thank you!!!

A glass pane from our hutch broke just before Christmas. Packerland had already closed, but one man was still in the office. He saw me and quickly came to unlock the door. Then he took the broken parts, measured them and cut me a new piece right there. He didn't take my name for someone else to handle when the shop was open again. That is great service.

Everyone I delt with was beyond helpful, professional, and friendly. Came to my house with in two hours of me calling. Installed new glass in under 30 minutes. They went above and beyond!!

I have bought 2 or more window panes from this store, I was told they would match the on I brought in and they didn't, they both fail prematurely. My glass windows were both Low E glass and Argon filled and their replacement were not. mine were aluminum inserts and their have developed corrosion and look like they are sheet iron metal Once they failed the window corrosion looks brown like an average tin can would look once it gets rusty. we don't recommend this store at all.

No way to review the windows since we didn't get past the estimate process. Several WRONG estimates sent for products we didn't request. No follow-up since last wrong estimate was emailed to us.
