Scheduled an appointment almost a month in advance to have a truck looked at for a transmission issue while driver was on vacation for a week. Dropped truck off on Friday they diagnosed on Monday. Ordered parts and never fixed truck. Excuse was no open shop bays and other customers were there first. Also was told they could get it in next week. Apparently they don't understand how the transportation industry works. Went to pick up truck that wasn't repaired and made sure to drive past all shop bays. For sure had 3 open bays with nothing in them. We will be taking our trucks else where for repair and taking our parts needs else where to. Place is like a revolving door every time you go there different people behind the parts and service counters.

zero customer service at parts counter.. call no answer!! email no replies!!! walk into store not one knowledgeable person!! asked for a DEF part gave them vin took 5 people and 40Mins.. guy infront of me was there for an Hr to get acouple filters... managers at this location needs to be fired!!! Worst Kriete Center in the Midwest!!Manager stepped up and contacted me today stating he will do his best to try and resolve this issue, thank you! i look forward to seeing changes and getting past this.

Right in, right out. They diagnosed the problem but don't have the sensor/part in stock. But they ordered it and told me to come back tomorrow morning 0900-1100. In the meantime, I delivered my load. I will go back tomorrow morning to see if they received the part.

08/10/2020 I had a oil leak. Come here they was friendly. Great costumer service. Quick in and out.

We really want to thank everyone here.They all took such good care of us without paying an arm AND a leg.We called late on a Friday and they made sure to get us right in. Top notch mechanics and super friendly.I would highly recommend bringing your truck here for service.And if you are looking to purchase a new or used, cannot beat this dealership!They are definitely our new go-to folks when in the area.

On behalf of my dad, Dan from Twin-Pol: I ve never met such a dedicated team in my many years as a truck driver, and I ve been to many Volvo repair shops but this one is by far the best one. I ve never had such a great experience as I did at this shop, and especially with Winker, he helped me more than I could ve imagined. I dropped my sister off here so she could pick up her semi for work. So, I didn't personally go in or have any contact with anyone but, my sister has spoke highly of Kriete since then so I gave them a 4 star. And I just want to say thank you for making sure her semi is safe to drive and up to par. I worry a little less about her out there now. Thanks Kriete

Our truck had AC problem, went there once, paid $1017.68, we were told AC is working, were told they did test drive (AC wouldn't work while driving), odometer showed they did not test drive it. Anyway, driver left the place and discovered AC was not working still. We went back, spent $255.42, were told it was working, driver started driving and AC still won't work. We definitely do not want to come back there again. I express my concern and was told they would talk to the manager about it, I emailed them as well, never hear back. As a conclusion $1273.10 spent ( parts 344.10and LABOR $929), but AC is not working still.

Did have a little trouble one time. We brought our truck in. Somehow, somewhere the parts were delivered to our business. They didn't have the right contact number. Just a mess. Managed to figure things out. So far things have been going good with them.

I'm very upset. My truck had on the display Air Dryer Leakage and very high pressures. People on the service fix the problem and Meneger told me there are not warranty for this job. Next day on the display my truck show again Air Dryer Leakage. I did came back with the same problem after driving only fifty miles. Meneger on this location told me if I want this to be fix again I need pay again. I did pay for second time but it didn't resolved the problem. On the display show Air Dryer Leakage again.

On several occasions we have had to drop off the same truck 3 or more times for simple fixes: lift gate switches and wiper blades for example.On one occasion we had a truck sit there for 2 weeks to diagnose an issue with instant delimiting of engine at random intervals. It was never diagnosed so we brought it to another place and within 15 minutes they determined that the oil from the turbo was being blown into the DEF system.Not too long ago we picked up a brand new lease truck (300 miles) with the low fuel alert screaming at us the second we turned it on.Most of the rental trucks I have encountered have been dated and less than optimal, often with liftgates best described as "scary".

I had recently bought a 2016 Volvo 780 with 270,000 miles For $87,000 The first month I had the truck there were a few things that went wrong with it. Which cost me around $1,800 I wasn t very happy about it. So I put a post on here with my concerns within a few days they got in touch with me. That week I brought my truck in and had a good talk with My salesman and his supervisor. They took copies of all the service receipts I had done on the truck and submitted them to the used truck department I m assuming I ll be compensated. Also My next service will also be on the house. They far exceeded my expectations ! They also took my truck in and gave me a loaner car and went over all of the things I had work done on after I bought it just to be sure it was all right. I ll leave a copy of the email I received from them. A week ago I would have told you to never buy a truck from here. today it s the only place I ll shop for a truck ! Most truck dealerships are scandalous cutthroat operations you have to be on guard constantly ! It s a good feeling to know that you can be comfortable and worry free buying a truck from theses guys ! I d also like to add that I did my financing through them I submitted the application on Wednesday and was approved Monday. I was already set up with financing when I walked in there but I was complaining about the super high interest rate that I had. So they suggested that I submit an application with them to see if I can get a lower interest rate which in return cut my interest rate in half. Thank youEmail:I was here Saturday and talked with the tech that worked on your truck Friday and Saturday.Here is what was done, after you left with the loaner vehicle.� A/C was tested for pressure, it lost a very little bit since you had it charged, but still lost??o Drained system Vacuum tested passed,,o Then added die to Freon, checked all over for leak s, nothing found o Un-covered protective coatings on lines checked w black (found very minuscule color change along one line)?o Disassembled covering and in process found one line corroded with small crack on one sideo Replaced line charged system� Power Steering noiseo Hooked up gauges tested pressure and flow (both passed)o Drained pump replaced internal filter fill with fresh oilo Test drove no noise steering working fine� Hose tender spring brokeo Installed two new hose tender springs routed hoses.� I left a coupon in your truck for a free service next time you are due. With NON-synthetic oil.� The bills that I asked you to bring in I have been submitted to the Used truck director,o A/Co Idler pulleyo cab shocks.It is our mission to have satisfied customers at the Krietegroup, hopefully this shows you that! Stopped in very late in the night with a gelled up filter. The mechanic dropped what he was doing and changed it right out in the parking lot. Let me tell you it was cold too. -15 degrees.

Called last week told them my problem got me in went there on Monday 06/08/20 fixed my problem warranty work Kriete Truck Center is outstanding everyone is Knowledgeable about Volvo trucks not like some Volvo shops in the United States Your Mechanic s, Service Personnel are Superb if I ever bought another truck I would continue coming here Thank you

My experience was pretty decent. Once the service manager came out to check on my progress I was fixed in less than 30 for a brake chamber.
