Stopped in tonight and both guys working refused to scan/let me scan my vehicle for codes telling me that since there was no check engine light on, that it wouldn't read any sort of codes..... after being told no 3 times I left shaking my head. Incompetence at your job and incompetence at customer service. The little effort it would have taken to scan it for the code or show a lack thereof would have been super easy and left me (or any customer) to leave with a legit answer.

Worst experience I have ever had with AutoZone. I went in to buy new headlights to install into my vehicle. Usually as soon as I walk in, I m greeted and asked how I can be helped. Instead, I had walked to the counter asking if I could have help since the man behind the counter was staring into the ceiling. It was a bigger white man that helped me. He sighed and ask what kind of vehicle I had. I explained my vehicle year and name. I also had explained that I accidentally have bought high beams for my vehicle previously so I m trying to avoid that same situation. He looked up my car and brought me to the section that supposedly had the headlights I needed. I continued to ask questions to make sure that these are exactly what I need since I am no car expert. He seemed careless and like he didn t have a clue so I grabbed the ones that he said might work . I bought them and immediately went to o Reilly. I explained the situation of my experience with him to a kind woman and she said he had no idea what he was talking about. He grabbed me HIGH BEAMS AGAIN AFTER I ALREADY EXPLAINED THAT ISN'T WHAT I CAME FOR. She directed me to exactly what I needed. Why should he work here if he doesn t know what he s talking about and how he should be talking to people? It was disappointing and pathetic. Maybe try working at McDonald s bum.

I'm a retired mechanic and mainly just work on vehicles for fun and convenience now. Live a couple minutes away from this store so I dropped in to pick up a couple small parts. I asked some fat dude at the counter where copper washers would be and he said "I don't sell those at my store" I replied sith "there's no way an auto parts store doesn't sell copper washers" so he rolls his eyes and takes me down by where they are. Amazing, they sell them. He picks up a box of copper washers and says "these are all we have but they definitely won't fit on what you're trying to use them for" I said "I know for a fact that they'll fit, so I'll take them." He again tries to argue with me and says "these are way too small they aren't going to fit" I (as calmly as I could) said you have no ides what you're talking about because you don't know what I'm working on. This guy clearly hates his job or just wishes he could have stayed Hine in his parents basement for the day or something. I've been working on vehicles for a long time. Guess it's O'Reilly from now on because their employees are helpful and competent unlike this place.

The AutoZone i went to there want many people working, but the Man who was working there that day was very nice and made sure you got exactly what you needed and didn't try to sell you something you DON'T need!thank you

What a joke. Says he ordered my part and I wait two days for it. Call all day to see if FedEx truck dropped it off. Come to find out at the end of the day no one ordered it. Place is a joke. Not the first time.

We had a great experience with Lucy and Maurice! They helped my mom check her vehicle out when the check engine light came on, and told her what she needed to do to get it fixed! Excellent customer service! We will recommend them to our friends and family! Thank you so much for your kindness!

I did something silly on Saturday night. Somehow I switched the headlights on my car from automatic to on all the time. Well it is now Sunday morning and my car battery is dead.I walked over to AutoZone and asked if they had battery charging unit I could rent to charge my car battery.The men people behind the counter dropped what they were doing to drive over to my house and charge the battery for me.The people who work here went out of there way to help me . What a great crew.

Great service, knowledgeable, and friendly.I arrived on my lunch break for an "emergency battery replacement." I had been jump starting my car all winter and it no longer reacting to this. Purely my fault for dragging it out this long.I purchased a battery online from a competitor that claimed to do free battery replacements with purchase. Found out they did not after I arrived. Took my battery and looked for option B in my zombie car.This AutoZone was right down the road. I called and confirmed they did replacements, and booked it on over. Rick helped select a comparable battery while another rep got started on my old battery. They had the old removed new one installed in 7 minutes. Both attendants were on it immediately, and I'm relieved to finally have a working battery again.

The people who work here have absolutely no idea what their doing. Iv been here a few times and it's so frustrating cuz they NONE OF THEM know how to help customers. They can't even recognize when the register line is backed up and maybe they should get another person on another register to speed things up. There's always a huge line with ONE guy on a register with the other staff doing who knows what. I'm honestly shocked, like who hired these people and why isn't Management telling employees what they should be doing. I'm not even the type of person to complain or give places a review like this but how this place is operated just blows my mind

My car battery was dead in the morning. One of my coworkers recommended auto zone. I called dan at Auto Zone to see if they would install a battery if I purchased one. Good news, Auto Zonehad a battery and they installed it for me. Now I can go about my daily chores without worrying if my car would start.Service gets a 5 star. Friendliness gets a 5 star. Knowledge gets a 5 star. Thanks Auto zone!!! I cant recall the name of the other person in the store. Best service in Town!

Moe was super helpful!! I will definitely be coming back! My light bulb was a pain to remove and he stuck with it and made sure I got it fixed. Beyond grateful and so happy I didn t have to take it to a garage to get it fixed!!!

By far the most friendly of places for parts that I've found. It's like they understand that their job consists of a lot less skinned knuckles, swear words and uncomfortable positions than the customer is about to embark on. All staff seems to have a good knowledge base for parts and procedures. Bilingual most stores in GB.

Almost every time I come here im treated like a nuisance. There's no one greeting me and when i ask for help I'm met with eyrolls and very rude and curt "what do you need?" The guy helping me barely even turned in my direction, he just grabbed the bulb off the shelf and started checking me out like he wanted me gone asap. Barely even confirmed with me that the item i needed was the right one, thankfully it was but I've had it with this store. I would rather go out of my way to work with the west side autozone. Nothing but excellent customer service there, i REFUSE to come back to this one.

I needed a car battery on the fly on my lunch break because my 6+ year old original battery died. I drove here, left it running, they came out and replaced it, cleaned up the connectors real good and got me on my way all on my lunch break. Great service! Thanks! Car starting & running A++ since.

Will not be back. Used a paperclip as a shim for my battery replacement. Told me "good luck" and to "have the dealership look at it" when I left. Also, used a rubber mallet to jam on my cables to the terminal. I'd stay away unless things have changed.

Bought a battery online and paid signed up for email to get $10 off didn t work they wouldn t do anything for me. Left without a battery that was overpriced .Go somewhere else they are a scam!!!!!

Mo at auto zone was super helpful! I would highly recommend this business. Mo went out of his way to help me with my headlights. He walked me through the entire process and I was grateful. I highly recommend Auto Zone in DePere.

We had to go to 2 different AutoZone stored (Depere and West Green Bay), bit we got what we needed. The Depere store should get 5 stars!! The West Green Bay store should get 0 stars! W. Green Bay is NOT enforcing masks at all! I am not a sheep, but I DO believe in safety!!

Saved me a LOT of money. A dash light came on which the car book said to take immediately to a Toyota dealer. Went to Auto Zone where they diagnosed the light as an emission leak. The lady there toldme to clean the gas cap seal and if there aren't any cracks in the cap, the light should reset itself in a couple of weeks. Sure enough, it worked. Cost = $0. Time invested was less than 5 minutes. Awesome!
