This is the only place I will bring my vehicles. Everyone there is so helpful and friendly. The staff is very knowledgeable and the fast service and reasonable prices can not be beat. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I love Auto Aces in DePere. I ve been bringing my vehicles there for over 7 years. Everything from tires and routine maintenance to major repairs if needed. The service is great, quality of the work is excellent, and they really great to deal with. I don t see bringing my vehicles any where else.

Very happy with my experience at Auto Aces. I blew a tire on a big hunk of metal, so I took it there based on a friend's recommendation to see if it could be patched. Even though the puncture was too deep to patch, they were able to tell me everything I needed to know about my tires so I could evaluate my options for getting a replacement. After calling around and learning that my tires were discontinued, I unfortunately was left with no choice but to replace the whole set, and AA was quick and easy to work with in figuring out what type of tires I needed. No pushy sales tactics, no surprise fees. I was given a recommendation based on my driving needs and an out the door price. Just what you want any time you're dealing with pricey auto repairs. On top of that, they got my tires replaced super quick - no overnight stay needed - so I was able to have a coworker drive me there after work to pick up my car. I will definitely be going to Auto Aces again in the future.

Called to have my tire repaired after a wick was not holding the air in the tire. Other "corporate" tire places said they would not repair it since it was already plugged and I would need to purchase a new tire. Auto Aces said they would be able to repair it without hesitation. They were able to get me in so quick and it was repaired within 2 hours of dropping off the tire. Very impressed with their customer service and honesty!

Awesome people, awesome services. Honest and reliable. Came in with a heater problem, was told that an electrical inspection was gonna be $80 dollars. Turns out jus a blown fuse. Which they found in 5min. Showed us which fuse and where. Put a new one in. Heater worked right away. And sent us on our way. And didn't even charge us for the inspection. Thank you auto aces, you guys have a customer for life!!!.

Been using Auto Aces since they opened, so they've performed many repairs on 6-8 vehicles over the years. My kid even came back here after she'd moved a couple of hours away. Good, honest people. I won't take my cars anywhere else.

I have gone to this place ever since moving to Green Bay in '21. Cheyenne is absolutely amazing, and I've never had a bad interaction with anyone working there. Went to get second opinion on brakes. Was told I only needed front brakes replaced. Back were still fine. ( Other place told me all 4 needed to be replaced. And estimate was $150 more for front than Auto Aces.)Had front replaced but had an issue with squeaking when I turned after. Took back and they fixed the issue within 20 minutes. Great service, honest. Highly recommend!

We've used Auto Aces a few times, and have been impressed by their customer service, cost, and their service, and expertise. The first time my wife was in a pinch, and they really help out. I had a place I used prior, but gave Auto Aces a shot and had great experiences every time. Cheyenne was fantastic, and the rest of the team made everything go smoothly. I only called for an estimate for my power steering pump to be replaced, and she gave me the estimate right over the phone. She was very nice and knew exactly what to quote for my car. It was expensive, but doing it myself, I realize now why it is lol

Interesting as I do not own a car. My wife and daughter have their cars fixed here. I sometimes drop the the cars off or pick them here. They love this place and would not have their cars fixed any place else. They even have their oil and windshield wipers here; even thought it is cheaper to go to a quick oil change place.

Way to highly priced. Same job done else where 440 cheaper. But when we picked up car RUDE employees laughing at us trying to get it on trailer. Made us very uncomfortable. We are not made of money if we were , we would have had them do the work but I m glad we saw how rude they were, I would not go here I have two shops well known and won t price screw you.

Way overpriced. Quoted me $800 for the same service that exhaust pros charged me $280 for. Please look elsewhere unless you like throwing your money out the window. .

Bill and the team at Auto Aces in De Pere are phenomenal! A quick phone call and they will have you scheduled immediately, often you can bring it in the same day for service. I drop off my vehicle in the morning and it s repaired by lunch.Bill takes the time to listen to your concerns and does a fantastic job of explaining the job in layman s terms, so even us non-car people can understand. I ve never felt pressured to have extra work or maintenance done. They simply do what is needed or requested by the customer and for a reasonable price.The team in the shop does excellent work. All maintenance that I have had done is quality. You can trust that it was done right and your vehicle will be back on the road for many more miles.I have serviced multiple vehicles here for over 8 years. While there may be other food car repair shops in the area, I have no reason to go anywhere else. Great job Auto Aces. Thank you!They also offer a shuttle service if you need to get to work while repairs are being done.

Incredible service! I knew I needed brakes so I contacted Auto Aces in De Pere, and set up an appointment. I brought my car in and they provided a courteous shuttle to and from work. They contacted me with a quote before starting work. Great Customer service. Great Service. Great Price!The shuttle driver was very professional!Office personnel cared about my needs.5 stars all around!!!!!!I highly recommend them for repairs!!!
