Rented an ATV for the day. It was a good overall experience & the guys in the shop were helpful. They even loaned us an air tank to fill up some low tires on the two other ATV's that we brought. I would definitely rent from them again

Purchased a side by side from Mike. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me about how the utv worked and maintained. I would recommend.

I had a positive experience here. I am an experienced off-roader and own my own 1000cc ATV. We were in the area on vacation and rented 3 ATV's (1-300cc, 1-500cc & 1-550cc two up) a few weeks ago for a Saturday excursion on the Cheese County trail system with my wife and two daughters. Prices were fair, staff was friendly and took very good care of us. I called in the reservation 1 week prior, got there on Saturday am and they did NOT have us in their log book. Thankfully they had plenty of units to rent out, apologized and took care of us quickly to get us on the trails. Vehicles were in good shape and worked fine. (These are all Chinese brand ATV's BTW and the 2-up did have a minor drivetrain growl but no issues that concerned me) We put on 93 miles that day and were out for 6-7 hrs. I would rent from again, just make sure you force them to send you an e-mail confirmation to make sure you are really in their reservation book, perhaps even call back a couple of days before you show up. Also, you will get very dusty when you ride, be sure to bring or buy goggles, especially if you are wearing contacts. Happy trails!

My son's 4 wheeler has been in since memorial day weekend for a recoil! Amazon has them 2 day shipping. No update and we've called several times Might do good work but we've been down all summer for a easy repair! Never again will they get our machines

This wasn't the first time I've been here. The prices for rental ATVs is more than fair. The machines are in good shape. But one time we were 5 miles out on a trail and the check engine light came on. So what did he do. He brought us out a brand new ATV so we could continue our day. Also at first he was running out of machines so he gave 3 of us new machines. This guy will do anything to make a customer happy. The staff was really good at explaining how the machines worked for the one's that weren't experienced. All in all its a great place to have a perfect day.

Called to rent a UTV for just a day or two and the staff was very accommodating and gave us suggestions on what the best rate would be for what we needed. The machine we got performed great on the trails as we went with another couple who had a Ranger 900 and we kept up just fine. We are talking about renting again very soon and would absolutely come back to Mike's for the next trip! Great experience, great value, very convenient location.

Great customer service everytime we go there. Even fixed our son's flat dirt bike tire within an hour on a holiday weekend.

Great place, had fun. Got into a crash and broke my wrist and dislocated my shoulder but I still drove it back and returned it. Bit expensive but would come again :)

Almost a ruined experience. Despite calling for a reservation two months in advance, we were told at point of sale that anyone born after 1988 needed to have taken an atv training course in order to rent and ride the atvs, an exceptionally important little detail that was left out of the previous phone call. The sales rep expressed it was not their responsibility to make sure people know this, yet also said people showing up to rent their equipment and being turned away was an ongoing issue. You'd think a simple heads-up as part of the rental process wouldn't be too much to ask, but apparently is. The saving grace was one person in our party was older than the cutoff, but only they could legally rent and drive the equipment. Will be looking for another place to rent from in the future.

Worse service I have ever received. I had to bring my four wheeler back 3 times to be fixed taking 3 months and costing over $1,000 dollars. Then I was cursed at on the phone by Heath. They never told me the total cost. Then I was told I could pay the bill or leave my four wheeler. Very unprofessional. I would never recommend this company to anyone. My four wheeler is worth $900 I m not sure how they could ethically consider $1,000 in repairs. When I asked why he told me it s not his fault.

Called a week in advance for a rental and when I showed they had no records of my appointment to rent from themWouldn t recommend the owner seems to think everyone is at fault but not him.I m sure it would have been way different if he had my wife come in and ask for the equipment we had reserved.Because he seem very biased and racially profiling

Saw us walking the lot on a Sunday and took the time to answer our questions. You don't find service like that at the box stores. Great people. Glad we bought the ATV there. Very happy with it.

I don t like leaving bad reviews, yet when an integrity issue exits, I have to address it. Mike lacks being credible and misrepresented the truth during with large $$ ATV purchase I made from him. Folks... be very careful...

Absolutely awful experience. Called a week in advance, stated I was coming from Illinois to rent a utv. Gladly took my credit card, without stating I needed to take a 3 hour class. DROVE 3 HOURS to find out I can t rent without taking a class. So wasted my entire day with absolutely zero clear communication. DO NOT RECOMMEND.Update: plot twist, went back in to let them know that information isn t on their website (they said it was). I was told I should have checked the Wisconsin DNR website. So next time, before you go anywhere, check with your local department of natural resources.

I wish I could put MINUS 5 Stars. Bought a 2014 Polaris Sportsman 6X6 with 9XX miles back a few weeks ago. I was assured the machine had been completely gone through and had no mechanical issues of any sort. We had driven 4+ hours to get it the day we bought it, so I really didn't take it for much of a test drive. I also made the mistake of taking Mikes word for it that it had been gone through. He puts on a good "Im a trustworthy guy" show for you.Needless to say, when we got it home and started driving it a bit (less than 5 miles on mostly flat terrain), we started hearing intermittent "snapping" sounds coming from the drivetrain that we couldnt seem to locate. This was particularly in reverse (which I hadnt tried the day we picked it up) It also seemed to be worse if backing up a grade vs. flat or downhill. I texted him a video and got very little direction. Not being a mechanic, I decided to take it to the local Polaris dealer. Within about 2 minutes, the mechanic came back and informed me that two driveshafts were totally shot (literally falling apart), and two more were questionable. The front right and middle right were basically only being held together by the CV boot. When the mechanic engaged the AWD (I hadn't tried that yet either) and went up a small hill, it sounded like two aluminum bats were being smacked together!! As of today, I have spent almost $1,000 on this machine fixing the driveshafts that they supposedly "inspected" prior to my purchase.Mikes only real response t me was "If you need parts, you can have them for my cost. That's the warranty I gave you" Does that sound like a "warranty" to anyone reading this? That's a slap in the face is what that is!I wouldn't recommend them for purchases or service of ANYTHING. They clearly do not do what they claim to, and/or are simply completely incompetent.Don't buy into the whole "I'm a good guy....I've been in business for years and years and can be blindly trusted" garbage he selling.....you will end up regretting it like I am!!

1.) I was told that my quad would be done in a week and it was just shy of two weeks with three phone calls.2.) When I called then to make sure it was ok to drop the quad off and at that time on the phone I told them what I needed done.3.) When I dropped my quad off everything was added to to the work order that needed to be done.4.) The wrong boots were ordered even after I gave then all the information on the quad.5.) The only thing that was done to my quad was the two boots were put on and that cost me $189.796.) On the work order my quad was to have my winch checked out and to get it working.THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!!!7.) I asked that all the grease zerks be greased!THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!!!8.) I asked that the oil filter and the (3) oil locations have a new filter and the oil drained and refilled.THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!!!This was the last time they will see my Son or myself.I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING MIKE S ENGINE REPAIR TO ANYONE AND I WILL BE POSTING THIS ON FACEBOOK.

Took a quad in to get a carburetor tires and a thumb throttle put on. When it was taken in was not told they were 2 weeks behind called them to find that out. Still another week later after having it for 3 weeks isn t done very slow and unprofessional would not recommend at all.

Very disappointed with them. We bought a brand new Kymco 700 side by side from them. We were going down the trail and the roll cage started coming apart. Lost one bolt and others were coming out. No locking nuts and washers were used. We called Mike's and was told they put it together, sorry. We had to ride back on the trail holding it together and get just a sorry!!! Very disappointed.

Mike and his staff were very helpful in decision of picking out out UTV. I had a minor issue with the taillights and they were a me to help me troubleshoot it without bringing it in.They always answer the phone and if the person answering can't help you they find someone quickly that can.

Very rude, unprofessional, expensive. Avoid renting ATVs and avoid renting the cabin or "lodge". The lodge is actually a trailer right next to an old farm house. Very deceptive especially if you are traveling a few hrs to their location like we were.

Good machine rentals at reasonable rates right on the trail and around the corner from gas station (accessible by atv or snowmobile), with friendly staff
