I just have bought my first car from Van Horn (pre-owned Toyota). Amazing experience, the best sales manages - they made everything to help me to select and purchase the car. I was able to get my vehicle after 2 hours I confirmed that I would take it.

I had a great experience the other day with the service dept. I needed my battery tested. Kyle was so helpful and kind. He not only helped me understand how to keep the battery well charged, he also gave my car a complete checkup and even wrote out instructions for resetting the tire pressure calibration (which I'd asked about).

By far the best overall car buying experience in my life. Starting with my initial call with Mike Vagnini, who quickly got me in contact with Kyle and Joe to working with Shaka. Everyone was terrific! They made this process easy, simple and efficient. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

We were extremely happy with our car buying experience with Chris. He was quick to respond to all our questions and always found answers for us. He made the process streamlined and easy. He was excellent at providing clear numbers and there were no hidden fees or charges when it came time to sign the paperwork. Big huge shout out to Lenny and his staff in the service department. Lenny was amazing at getting my Van on and getting the work done I needed after going through a few hoops to get this covered. I really appreciate the extra time he devoted on us to get this done. He went way above and beyond. Also another one that helped me out was Bobby from finance. Bobby gave me a lot of advice what to do with a certain situation I was having since December. Note to self is : I would never buy another vehicle from another dealership. I want to say how nice it is to work with such loyal Employees of Van Horn Honda.

Luke was very easy to work with in purchasing my car. He was knowledgeable and his approach was relaxed and there was never any pressure (I never felt rushed). Lukes communication with me was excellent. Final price was as negotiated (no last minute surprises).The dealership made the end process easy also.

KJ made this experience very pleasure able, expedient, and professional. He made sure my family and I were taken care of and comfortable from the moment we walked in. Even offered water, coffee, and steak. Joe made buying a new vehicle easy which I really appreciated since I hate sitting in a dealership and waiting. Walked in and got a good offer on my trade in and the paperwork was quick (the only snag was because of my credit union), so I was out the door with my new CR-V in a couple hours feeling I made a great deal on a great product. When we first arrived we were greeted from Brad and we explained we there to test drive a Honda Pilot. He then proceeded to introduce us to a salesman named Tom. Both went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and made our purchase very easy. Brad was very honest with us and made our experience very pleasant.Tom was patient with us explaining all the features of our Honda Pilot and was very informative. We definitely will be back if we ever need another purchase and have told many people about our awesome experience at Van Horn Honda in Glendale.

The moment my husband and I walked in Van horn. We met up with Luke he walked over to us very kindly and respectful and guided us through the whole process. Luke was very calm and very easy-going. One of the things, my husband and I hate about going to dealerships is how pushy they can be sometimes, but the experience we had at Van horn, and meeting with Luke was pleasant easy process, and he was very informative. He demonstrated us with vehicles that were exactly what we were looking for and wouldn t have to waste our time looking at different vehicles, knowing that that wasn t what we wanted. We really appreciated the time and understanding that Luke provided us. We will definitely consider coming back to purchase our second car with Van horn.

Chris Norton in sales and Bobby in finance were amazing to work with. They were able to get me the exact vehicle I wanted and were very transparent and low pressure throughout the entire process. They worked with me and my busy schedule to get a lot of the paperwork finalized ahead of time so that the pickup process was quick and smooth. Happy to recommend Chris at this dealer to anyone.

I purchased a bmw truck from here and they were a joy to work with! I was helped by Tracey. Tracey answered all of my questions in detail. She talked to me like she cared about the experience I would have at the dealership. She wasn t pushy and neither was any of the staff I worked with. I had a decent experience as far as car dealerships go. Mostly everything was smooth until we waited an hour and a half just to give them a check and sign the receipt. They also had reduced the price by $2,000 for Black Friday but they tried selling me the truck at the normal price. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they price had just not been changed in the computer. Besides that I got a nice truck and the salesperson was nice. I would buy from here again.

Chris did a great job of tracking down the Ridgeline I wanted. He also arranged to have me picked up at the dealership I returned my previous leased vehicle to. Working with Tom Jr at Van Horn Honda is a pure joy! He listens carefully to my requests and guides me to the perfect car for my needs. He s very straightforward and honest in all his dealings. I have complete trust in Tom. This is our third car from him and we were willing to drive 3 hrs (6hr total) just to work with Tom. We basically handled most of the negotiating over the phone. When we arrived Tom had everything well organized such that the signatures and final details took less than 30 min. Learning all the bells and whistles of this newer model took longer but Tom patiently talked me through each step.When you need a car- Call Tom Jr at Van Horn!!Thanks Tommy! I love my new CR-V!

Chris helped me find my Honda CRV i have been wanting to buy for a while now! He was efficient and did not pressure me or make me feel overwhelmed during the process. He also continues to make sure everything is up to my standard and set up the way i need. Bobbie was also so amazing setting us up with some additional coverage for no extra cost which is extremely appreciated. Great experience overall!
