I was looking to sell my 2013 Nissan frontier king cab, however, it was far from tidy. It needed a detail really badly! Route 96 took care of it quickly and thoroughly. It came back so clean, my dad thought it was a strangers truck!Zac and the guys are great.

I was helping out a family member looking for a vehicle in a pinch. (I was fronting the money for the purchase)Stopped in at Route 96 Auto for my sister to drive a 2015 Traverse LTZ. Upon arriving we noticed the gas light was on and fuel needle was sitting below E.Zach or Zack took it up the road to get some fuel for the test drive (they new we were coming as I had communicated on Facebook throughout the day)Sister took it for a quick ride and liked it but thought it might be acting a bit funny. I verified with Zach that it was pre-inspected and did in fact come with a warranty. He confirmed everything was inspected and good to go. He went as far as to explain they didn t the timing chains on all the Traverses they sold just to be sure they were good to go.Fast forward like 25 miles down the road and my sister calls to let me know there she thinks there is something really wrong with her vehicle.I hop in for my first drive of the vehicle and immediately notice the transmission is shot. It is slipping between shifts and bucking like crazy when in gear.Took it back for the warranty and had the biggest run around hassle I have ever experienced.I did give them an extra star because after several month of behind without a vehicle (one we desperately needed) they did try to put in three separate transmission and when that failed and presented with adequate documentation they agreed to buy it back. The fish hook in the back seat seatbelt and broken roof antenna should have been my first clue.Obviously should have test driven the vehicle myself as I was ultimately the buyer but trusted the sales guy and included warranty (my mistake). Listed to the other reviews and stay far away. They seem to get the cheapest vehicles they can find and do the bare minimum to make them run long enough to sell and then fall back in the warranty company to repair them down the road.In the end my sister suffered for months without a vehicle and had to get rides not only for child pickup and drop off but simple things like basic grocery shopping (we are talking MONTHS)Ended up buying a different vehicle somewhere else that has been problem free and dependable as you expect from any inspected pre-owned vehicle with a warranty.

Great little dealership! They crew here cares. Zac the sales guy knows his stuff! The mechanics are extremely efficient, and the service department is phenomenal. They always have nice inventory, and are priced less than the "big guys"Always a pleasure working and chatting with Thomas, Zac and the rest of the Route 96 crew!

My husband and I have been truck shopping for over a year. He saw a listing for a Ford F250 here and we made our way the hour or so drive to go see the truck. Zach, the lead sales guy gave us a courtesy call to let us know he had just sold it not realizing we were almost there. He said knew we were driving a long way and wanted to let us know as quickly as possible. He let us know he had another that may work for us so we figured Why not? We are almost there. It ended up being a perfect truck for us and the price was great! I used caredge and ran the report and found the pricing to be right on the money for fair market value. Zach got us in touch with Prospera Credit Union (great people as well) and in two days we had our new truck. We are new diesel owners and he took a ton of time walking us around the truck explaining everything different for my hubby. I was so happy to have found this little dealership and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Zach!

My company bought a Subaru from them. We drove it back to the office. It was driven again 4 days later with less then 20 miles since purchase. A number of lights suddenly came on. I called Route 96, they told me to use the warranty it came with. I took it to a reputable repair facility in Appleton. The timing chain cover was leaking oil. The repair shop worked with the warranty company. Shockingly, oil leaks didn't happen to be covered. $1100+ for repair.I called to see if Route 96 would do anything. "oh, he is out until Monday." I called again. "I'll call you back." I called again, "he will call you by 11:30am FOR SURE." 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for that call back. We had to eat the repair bill. I wonder what might be next, I think we were sold a real dandy. My recommendation would be to stay away. Reading other reviews it seems I'm not the only one.I can't give 0 stars or that would be the rating.

Picked up a road ready Sentra today. They answered my phone calls and responded on market place which I saw their ad for the car. Easy to work with, honest about what services were completed. And even though in typical Monday fashion of computers not working right, they still helped and made sure I'd be all set and good to go.

PSA( DO NOT BUY HERE ) THEY do not have accurate window sticks almost as if they don't know how to fill one out. And will not work with any issues. Bought a vehicle here within 2 hours called back with issues. It ended up being a bad torque conver after going to a Chevrolet dealer. 3000$ repair. There response was. Not going to fix it on are dime. Typical bad dealer to go to. DO NOT BUY HERE. and if locals are curious I have all pictures and recipes.

Horrible vehicles, horrible owners , horrible place to buy a vehicle. Within 3 hours of having my new car, it started acting funny, come to find out it was a 3,000 fix and the this dealership would not answer nor fix it for me. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I suggest if you don t want to get screwed over, go anywhere else but here. Speaking with lawyers on what can be done to close this shop down.
