Charges a lot. They charged $165 for getting me the codes for check engine light, which I did it by myself with a small device. And, didn't fix the issue.They over charge and try to sell services, doesn't require for the car. I checked with other mechanic.I was a returning customer and I'm never going back.

On afternoon Sunday, I walk out of my apartment to see my tire is completely flat. I quickly throw on the spare and call Goodyear as they were the only shop in the area open. They changed the tire in about a hour while I walked next door to Culver s for lunch. They even put away the spare nicely in the trunk. Great service.

Came in needing a simple tire patch and it was empty at 8am they said they couldn't get to my vehicle until 5pm. Like seriously something that takes not even 20min. Then went to midas right next door and the fit me in right away regardless of having an appointment.

I purchased and had installed four Assurance Weather Ready tires at Glendale (53217) location in December 2022. My problems started in the middle of April 2023 when I had a tire rotation and 4-wheel alignment performed at that location. I was called while my vehicle was being worked on to tell me a wheel stud was broken during the process but it would be replaced at no charge as they were assuming liability. I appreciated their candor, dismissed any further questions, and picked up my vehicle when the service was completed. (I never had wheel stud broken experience from all the vehicles that I drove.)During my next tire rotation and alignment on August 3, 2023 the service manager called to tell me several wheel studs and nuts were damaged and I should be prepared to replace them. He told me two studs and nuts needed replacement now and quoted me $175.00 per stud and nut set for a total of $350.Because I was surprised with the damage, I took the worn out nut to three different service center locations the next day, including another Goodyear Auto Service to see if I could find a better price for replacement. All three service centers told me the thread was worn out BUT it did not look like wear from regular use, but rather most likely from excessive human force (over torqued). I was encouraged by all to return to the Goodyear Glendale location as they should perform the repair at no charge or contact customer service at Corporate Office.I returned to the Goodyear Glendale location and spoke with the store manager (a tall guy). He questioned me whether I had any other service work done on my vehicle since the tires had been installed. I told him I had an oil change at the end of June at a dealer shop. Although he stated that shop could have damaged the wheel studs and nuts, he did agree to replace both sets at no charge and said he would put a note on my appointment details for my August 6, 2023 appointment.On August 6, 2023 I returned for the studs and nuts replacement and the service manager (before working on my vehicle) insisted there would be a charge for these repairs. I asked him to call the store manager for clarification, as this is not what was agreed to the day prior. From their conversation I could ascertain they were still trying to shift blame for the damage to the service shop that had done my oil change. After back and forth between the two of them they eventually agreed to perform the replacement at no charge. I left my vehicle at Goodyear Glendale and was picked up to have lunch with friends. When I returned to pick up my vehicle after about two hours and I received the invoice I noticed only one wheel stud and nut were replaced. When I questioned why both sets weren't replaced the service manager became very defensive towards me and again told me the following: the service shop mechanic could have done the damage during the recent oil change appointment; my vehicle is 20 years old (actually, it is a 2014 model); everything wears out and nothing lasts forever because cars have lots of plastic parts these days and moisture damages these materials; and he cannot replace something about to wear out for no charge (although he did not explain why he would have replaced both sets if I was paying, as two sets were found by this Goodyear location to be damaged).This experience has left me very frustrated with the Goodyear Glendale location, from the incompetent initial tire installation (in hindsight, lug nuts were obviously over torqued) to the continued denial of accepting responsibility by both the service manager and store manager and further, casting blame to the service shop that had done my oil change.I am very far from being a happy customer and concern about the safety of these wheels and nuts while I am driving now.

When I called they said they would do custom alignments on my make and model, after driving all the way there I was told that they don't have the equipment to align my car, they don't seem to know what they are doing, I would take my business elsewhere

With two new tires and supposedly a wheel alignment my car is driving way worse than it was with a spare tire. Warning, find somewhere else to get your car done or be prepared for bad business practices.

Went to this location totally impromptu near the end of the day due to a low tire indicator light. They were able to check it out quickly and determine which tire and that it was a problem with the indicator itself although the tires were fine. We had come up from Kansas City and were preparing to leave the following morning. After discovering the problem, the blonde service advisor was very professional and worked us into the schedule despite being end of the day on a Friday! We were take very good care of and were in and out quickly. Thank you for awesome professional service!

We have purchased tires for multiple vehicles from this Goodyear. We have agreed to recommended service. We have opened a Goodyear credit card (that I never received $200 rebate for, but that s a different story.)I took my car in with loud knocking. They recommended $1k in service. Got most of it done still knocking. Took it to another place, and they repaired stabilizer for $130. Good as new.My wife has been dealing with low/flat tires for the past 6 months and every time there s a different explanation. She s told it s a sensor, which we pay to replace. Then the same tire gets low, and she s told it is because the weather is cooler (in August!) Then the tire goes low again, and they say it s a sensor again, on the same tire. They replace the sensor and it goes low AGAIN to which the service tech states, it s this cool weather. Obviously they re just giving her the brush off. I take my car to Midas now.

Martell L. exhibited incredible customer service and was able to keep me calm under the stress of having my car breakdown. I have never once met an employee that is that caring towards the customers as well as sympathetic and willing to work with the customers. He is by far one of the best employees I have ever ran into at any service industry. If I could give him 10 stars out of five I would and as much as it isn t my choice I could see him as a wonderful person to be conducting the employees on how to care for the customers and teach great communication skills. If there is anyone I could recommend for a promotion and it would definitely be him. Overall just a wonderful man and employee. You guys are very lucky to have an employee like him.

Not rating 1 star because I've had decent experiences here in the past, but I'll let this one speak for itself:Brought my vehicle in for a coolant leak inspection.One of the techs tried to sell me a complete radiator replacement and new hoses (~$1,500 w/ labor) for what could have been accomplished by replacing a $13 drain plug. This is after I essentially told them what the issue was beforehand.When I asked for a more detailed explanation of what exactly was wrong with the radiator so much that it needed to be tossed, the guy gave me vague replies and said that the "[drain plug] doesn't come separate" and that he confirmed this after calling "the dealership".Afterwards I called a Mazda service center to ask about replacing this specific part and they told me "no problem, $80 w/ labor." Told Goodyear not to do anything and picked up my vehicle to find the leak was now several times worse. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't have paid a dime for the inspection they did before trying to haggle me.Won't be back to this or any Goodyear I'm able to avoid.

A HUGE shout-out to Martel!! What a wonderful, helpful friendly person! I popped into the Good Year store he managed with my tale of woe about not being able to remove the chrome valve caps-they were essentially fused to the stem (never use those, btw).He didn t hesitate. He grabbed a set of pliers and, with a much lighter touch than I was using, removed the caps in the parking lot.THEN he opened one of the closed bays and checked my tire pressure and inflated all of my tires to perfection!!I will never go elsewhere for my tire needs. What a great representation this young man is for Good Year Tire!10 stars!!

I came in with a flat tire that I had already removed from my vehicle and had it replaced and on my way in 15 minutes. Tom gave me excellent service and it was $30 cheaper than I originally expected. I felt like a valued customer in such a short time. Thanks Goodyear!!!

Took my car here the other day for maintenance. Even though the mechanics seemed to be helpful I definitely believe I was over charged for the service provided.DO NOT TRUST THE MANAGERThey were aware I was a return customer and it was apparent they were trying to sell me on a lot of things which is unfortunate. Pink tax is definitely a thing and lately they ve been more sleazy trying to get whatever they can out of you. Now I am in search for another place for whenever I need maintenance because Goodyear will be my last resort.

Took my car in last month for routine oil change. All the staff were very polite, but they attempted to sell me several services that my car clearly did not need. Just confirmed with a more trustworthy mechanic that nothing they suggested was necessary. Very pleased with the demeanor and timeliness, but I would not go here if you don't know what your car really needs or have difficulty responding to pressure from people who are trying to make a sale instead of help you.EDIT: Had to remove the second star. I spoke with management and all they did was try to sell me even more stuff rather than listening to my concerns. What terrible customer service.

I was exceptionally pleased with the service at Goodyear. I had brake work done that came in at roughly half the quoted price since they found a way to save me some money. There were some incidental problems related to a very old spare tire assembly, which they fixed free of charge.Overall, reasonably priced and exceptionally honest.

Called at 4:10pm with a nail in my tire with the hopes they would be able to put a patch on it. I was 20-min away, the repair takes about an hour, but they close at 5:00pm. I hustled to the store and they were happy to help me. They had 2 techs working on the tire patch so they could get it done as efficiently as possible. I was quoted $48 for the work, and they only charged me $38. Excellent customer service, highly recommend

Made an appointment Monday, they were aware of vehicle model and at my Wednesday appointment was told my vehicle took special equipment to complete an alignment. Only master mechanic has tools and he's not working today, and they are totally booked tomorrow. Complete Trash

We had service done on June 23, 2022 at Goodyear on Port Washington Road, Glendale.Martell Lay, service manager, assisted us. He wasprofessional, courteous, and treated us like we were the clients of the day. We have used this location for many years and have always had a positive experience. Employees like Mr. Lay are rare and are to be treasured.

I took my car to Goodyear in Glendale, WI because my tire showed low pressure. The same thing happened 3 weeks ago; took I took it to the dealer. The found nothing wrong. I decided to take it to Goodyear. They worked on the car, found nothing wrong but did put new valve stem in, thoroughly checked everything. I have the maintenance plan and was not changed. They told me to bring the car back if it happens again. They were very helpful and courteous. I will definitely take my car back there if needed. You have great people working there. Thank you.

Got my all tire changed here. While getting quote and getting appointment everything was good and they were ready to take appointment immediately. After 10 days I started losing air from one of the tire and I went back to them they said they are busy and gave me appointment after 2 days. I went on scheduled appointment and they were busy again and kept moving my appointment forward.Then the associate made some calls and asked me to go to Monroe, I don't know why. When I asked her to call Monroe they said they cannot take any car that time.

Last year I took my car into this shop and was told that I needed a new compressor for my air conditioner. I didn't have the work done at the time but took my car back today to do the job. There was a different service manager, L Martell, at the desk. I told him what I was told I needed. Rather than just replace the compressor he had the system checked again. They found that the compressor did NOT need to be replaced. They filled the system with freon and the air conditioner works perfectly. They could have ripped me off for several hundred dollars but they didn't. What a surprise, I'm very impressed! Thank you guys!!! On my next visit if mr. Martel is not the service manager good luck trying to sell me anything

Wow! Single Mom with a 3 year old at 5pm..flat tire. I call out of the blue, frantic just want to get home. Closing time soon. I get Martel. Service Manager (angel). Don t worry Ma m. Come now and I will get you in and get you back on the road ASAP .Martel gets my car in in literally 10 minutes. He is just as concerned about getting us home as I am.Also, all my tires are in pretty bad shape. Gives me a quote while I wait. Totally reasonable prices for me. Honestly, would pay more knowing this gentleman is taking care of me!Gracias Martel!-Amara Carrera and August!
