Referred there by another auto dealer for an emissions test and license renewal. The process was seamless, the technician was very personable and professional . Directed me to the waiting room. I was there for less than 10 minutes! The atmosphere there was what you would want if looking for a new ride. May come back, liked the "feel. "

It isn't easy finding emissions testing locations these days. A friend told me Amato does them. No appointment needed. I drove in, left the keys in my car and headed for the waiting room. About 15 minutes or so later, my vehicle test was complete. They handed me my "passed" paperwork, then offered to give me my updated registration and license plate sticker. Really? Sure! Took a couple of minutes and a $10 service charge, but it saved me a lot of hassle. Thanks to the friendly staff at Amato!

I went for my emissions test. It went so fast. It seem like my rest test was done before I could blink. First of all, there was NO WAIT!!! I was able to pull right in. I walked to the waiting room; sat down for a few minutes and before I knew it, I was done! I was also able to get my sticker right then and there. Can you say CONVENIENCE ? Go get your emissions test here and go on about your business.Service: Auto emissions testing

The best part of the experience was dealing with Derrick in the Financial department! The vehicle wasn't up to par on being cleaned, the sale's person "Robbie" was not helpful and when I pointed out issues, he actually told me that he guesses that I (me) have some work to do!?!?! Customer service and customer satisfaction has drastically dropped in WI.
