Someone backed into my car and dented the right front fender. I received A+ professional service from the Body Shop. They kept me informed every step of the way. Terrible place to get collision repairs done. They cut corners when repairing your vehicle. I got work done on my LexusI had a dent in my fender they put Bondo and painted over it so it wouldn t be noticeable. Then when I went to go pick up my vehicle when the repairs were done . They didn t wanna let me see the vehicle to make sure it met up to my standards. They said you have to pay for it first before you see the vehicle. That let me know right there that they do shady business. Stay away from this place. And I recommend when go to a dealership bring your own parts so you know they won t put bondo on it and paint over it.

I had a great experience with TJ dealing with my vehicle! The body looks mint condition! It took a while but they did a phenomenal, mind blowing job on my car! Love it and appreciate all the help they gave me! Very reliable professional people to deal with! I would highly recommend there shop for anyone that's been in a auto collision!

I worked with one person TJ. He was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. The service team did a 20 on detailing my truck. I opened the door and WOW, I could not believe how clean it was. They have a great service area. They do great work and are very friendly and k,knowledgeable. They are also very efficient. Also the sales people are very nice also. One sales person in particular is Jimmy V. He is great. Very helpful considerate and he is very patient with you and takes the time to listen to your concerns and helps you figure them out. I will definitely be always going to him when I get my next vehicle and I am recommending him to all my friends who are in the market for a car

I went to parts department had two keys made with electronic door opener,I paid $200 and something was it worth it yes, but I was told the part person would call me 5 days once the second key with electronic door opener for the car.I did pay inadvance for both keys and electronic door openers. I didn't get that call had go in on my own.

I took my car in on May 10th. Waited until May 16th to call. Called talked to the person who did my estimate. She said she would check and call me right back....The next morning I called and was directed to her voice-mail. Waited wo hours and called back to speak to manager( Dave). Dave said that they hadn't even started it. My car was still drivable so I told him that was unfair to have them lie to me and deprived me of a carcfor over a week. I would fire the woman who lied to me and did so by not calling me back. This is a CASH transaction...They owe me loss of use of my car @$50 per day until they start working on it.

Bad customer service, extremely expensive (three times higher than another place) with extremely slow process. I ended up canceling the service after a week of wait for surface paint which another place took a day to take care. Will never come back here.Service: PaintingService: Painting

If you are in the market for a car, see Lucas! He works with his customers whatever their price range. I have called him regarding my last 3 vehicles. He is the best! He does not pressure you, and he truly listens to your needs. I've never met a car salesman like him!

With the exception of unseen damage to a part that wasn't found until re-assembly, and a paint adhesion issue with the front bumper cap, we found the repairs and Collision Center personnel to be outstanding.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Very friendly people. The staff were really good. It doesn't feel like they are trying to sell you something which is a great feeling becasue you don't feel pressured at all. I talked to Charles and he answered all my questions and refered me to Christian in financing to answer the things he didn't know. We didn't buy a car from them because we found another brand we were interested in but I toyally recommend this place. I have never been to a dealership which I haven't felt pressured. But here you enjoy talking about your options and what you actually want.

We got our wonderful van that was very nice for the disabled person to get in and out of and I am a big person. We have had it for 4 years and loving it. The salepeople are professional but kind. Very helpful.

I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change and when I arrived they refused to honor my appointment. I was informed they don't schedule oil changes it's first come first serve, even though their website allowed me to book the appointment.

When I moved to Milwaukee, one of the first things I did was look for a trustworthy body shop. My car is a bit unreliable at the best of times, so it s pretty important to know a mechanic I can trust. The people at Andrew Automotive are very professional and friendly, and I really feel like my clunker is in good hands.

At Andrew Automotive Group Collision Center, we had a great experience. They did excellent craftsmanship on fixing our 2018 Toyota Corrolla XSE after my husband hit a deer with it at 75 mph on the interstate. He was lucky and walked away, thank God! After receiving the car back in less than a week of Andrew Collision Center initially receiving it, the car was running excellent and looking new just as if it had just rolled off the show room floor. Excellent job guys!!!!A very grateful thanks to the Andrew team!!!!!!

Andrew is a typical Milwaukee dealership....just make sure your ducks are lined up (decent credit 600+), decent down payment (depending on your credit), checks stubs, current phone bill, car insurance & you have a car + a note!! Yay
