Absolutely amazing work! 10/10. Price was less than expected. Professional and friendly staff. They were worried about the location of the damage but absolutely nailed it. This was my first PDR experience. They will be my goto for any dents or dings in the future.

I would give these guys 10 stars if possible, and that still wouldn't be enough! I called to schedule an appointment for my Mercedes Sprinter that had 3 dents on the slider door. This is a work van, but I like to keep it looking good. I texted the photos to Acci-Dent and they got back to me in 2 minutes with a quote. I came in, and met Mike, who has over 20 years of experience in paintless dent removal. He got me in within minutes and even allowed me to hang out while he was doing the work. His passion for this industry really showed by him walking me through the process of what he was doing step by step (although most of it went over my head, haha). He finished his work, and changed me less than what I was quoted. Disclaimer: I am someone who cares deeply for my vehicles and I do all of my own work on them. I rarely trust anyone at all to work on them. However, I 100% trust Mike at Acci-Dent. He really knows what he is doing AND is passionate about doing the best job possible.

Really impressed with how professional and helpful they were! Forest did an amazing job fixing up a dent in my front bumper - went above and beyond. Very reasonable price.

Exceptionally pleased! Simple on-line appointment and set up. The level of service and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. It was refreshing to deal with honest people that value the customer and take pride in their work. Six stars world be more appropriate.

Damaged my 2021 silverado,Mike did a perfect job on repairs, looks better than when I bought it from the dealership,I highly recommend going to Mike and his guys for all body repairs.

Nick is the best at what he does with dents hands down. He also charges double what you can get anywhere else for the same services. He is also the best at making you believe he is a great guy but unfortunately he's an abuser of people. He used to be my idle until I figured out the truth. Unfortunately nothing is as what it seems in life especially with nick.

Took my Equinox in for dent repair. They did an amazing job. Very happy with the work on my car. I would definitely recommend everyone get auto dents fixed here!!! Very efficient service!

Did a great job fixing my hood from a deer strike. Likely 1/4 the cost of replacement and can barely tell. Great service, communication, and honest expectation setting. This work was "80%" removal!

Amazing service and hospitality. Easy to schedule an appt, get a loaner for free, and fast service. I was given an accurate estimate and the results were perfect, a small dent just disappeared on a difficult body crease area. This is the second BMW I have had a dent removed on, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my cars. Hands down recommend!

They saved my rental car! The big dent in my fender is GONE! It was crimped like a soda can right on the fold of the metal, so I was pretty certain I'd be getting socked with a big bill from Enterprise. I can't believe they straightened it out. Now I can pull into the return line with confidence. Thanks Nick, your a super-hero... You really did save the day!

They did an amazing job on this very difficult and long dent that went all the way to the edge of my door, can't even see it anymore! Plus they pulled another small dent that I didn't even notice for only a little bit extra and touched up some rock chips. All while providing a complimentary loaner vehicle. I can't recommend their services enough!

They do phenomenal work. Nick and Mike were fantastic. I had them pull about 7-8 dents out of a 2017 Camaro. I'm very particular about my cars and they made it look almost new again. Did a miraculous job on a rear hatch. Body shop quoted $1800, they made it go away 95 % for $500. Perfection was not worth $1300

Nick and his team are the best! Extremely pleasant and professional to work with. Took my 07 sti in full of dents hoping they could make it look better. Nick and his crew did not disappoint! Nick did an absolutely killer job on my Firebird and it's freeking perfect! Great service, communication, price, and result. Don't even THINK about going anywhere else if perfection is what you're after. Highly recommend! Thank you Acci-Dent!

Nick and team are the best around - so glad I stumbled upon these guys a few years back. Work is top notch and always reasonably priced - they go above and beyond to get your car looking its best...most of the time same day as well! I have had hundreds of dents pulled from his team, chips and scratches fixed up - even an entire bumper repainted.I have brought all my cars here and will continue to do so as long as they're around...cant recommend Acci-dent highly enough!Service: Paint repair

I found a significant dent on the hood of my Lexes ES350. I sent a text with a photo attachment to Nick Sanfilippo and had a repair estimate within a couple of hours. The repair was near perfect. They said 98%. I can't see it at all. They touched up other scrapes and dings and polished the head light lenses. They are clear again. A young man named Forest did the work. His was conscientious and a pleasure with which to work. In an era of marginal products/services and sometimes truly awful customer service, it is a pleasure to have found Acci-Dent.

Overall great work done on my wrx, this is the 2nd car I have brought here as I knew they did an awesome job in the past. BUT ..Unfortunately I don t think this shop can be trusted with your car. When dropping my car off I reset the mileage and boost - I do this anywhere I go to make sure no mechanics take the car for a joy ride. Upon picking up my car , I discovered someone drove it over a mile and the boost was completely maxed out. That s way passed being disrespectful to someone else s property . My car should have only been moved from the front of the parking lot to the back of the building to be worked on. Less than .1 mile drive. Getting a dent repaired does not prompt for a test drive. I will not be bringing any more vehicles to this business in the future. Will not recommend to others.

I have called other places to pop out this dent on the edge of the panel driver side .. well they told me they can t do it ... well I found these guys and they said it will be taken care of don t worry .. we ll they were right .. thanks nick you did amazing job my driver side looks brand new

Nick, Tim, and the entire team were very accommodating. My 3 week old SUV at the time had a decent dent on the passenger door and they popped it out perfectly. You can't even tell where the damage occurred anymore!It was also pretty cool that Nick gave me a tour of the shop and even went into detail on what they use and the process for popping the dent out.Pricing was extremely fair and they were able to get me in within a few days of calling and this is one busy shop!Definitely a customer for life!Thanks guys!

Nick and crew did a great job removing a difficult dent from someone opening their door into my vehicle. Before taking it to Nick-another shop advised it would need to be repaired conventionally for about $1,500. Can't say enough good things about Acci-Dent!

Set up an appointment with Nick and I could already tell things were gonna go smoothly. They fixed up a dent and a couple of scratches on my Subaru, and I couldn t be happier. Tried to get one of the scratches fixed at the dealer, and the difference in the job that Nick and Mike did is unbelievable. They even offered me a loaner car so they could put in the necessary time. They completed the job an hour early. Quick and easy, with fabulous results.

Nick is absolutely phenomenal! He is very well versed in what he's doing and you can tell this is a passion of his. I'm sure some women can identify with the feeling of dread one has as it pertains to having your vehicle looked at and an estimate made. They dont take advantage of you at all; their prices are fair and they do a beautiful job. I've passed his card out to several members of my family already. Thank you so much Nick, I'm super appreciative of the job well done!

I can't say enough positive things about the professionalism and competence of the guys at Acci-Dent. They did a "bang-up" job repairing the many minor dents and paint chips on my 1999 Porsche Boxster and even polished my headlights -- all for a very reasonable price. The owner and employees were very professional, friendly and competent. My car looks fantastic thanks to the skill - not the right word---artistry is what it is - of these guys. Super impressed. Even after I was paid up and ready to ride off, one of the employees asked me what I thought and when I pointed out a discolored area I forgot to mention during the estimate, he proceeded to polish it out for me. My only beef: the loaner car that they generously offered to me was a dent-ridden Mazda with a brake pedal that depressed to the floor before the brakes kicked in. Since I ended up crashing it though, I'll call us even
