Needed a tire patched (fall 2023) I took the tire off the vehicle and brought in to save them some time and effort. I dropped it off shortly after they opened and left it there all day and said was not a rush job and would pick it up after work. They fixed tire all and well, so I thought. Few months later I went to check tire pressures as winter was setting in and I realized they messed up the valve stem on the wheel. It has a tpms so can t just easily replace the valve stem. They didn t mention anything about damaging my valve stem and on top of that they charge for use of a tps tool. So I paid for them to damage my tpms!? The cap threads on like it s cross threaded now because the threads are stretched. This should have been noticed by whoever worked on this. Also not sure why they even have to mess with a tpms just to patch a tire. For a tire shop this seems pretty hack and won t be taking anything back there. Attached are picture of damaged tps and arrow showing it hasn t been that long since I had tire repair done.

Stopped in to have a tire aired up. Young man informed me it would need a stem replacement. I asked if I needed an appointment. He said if I wanted to wait 5 to 10 minutes he could fix it immediately. Cost was affordable. Polite and courteous. If you are looking for convenient and fast service check them out.

I know this shop had drama in the past with previous owners but the new guys seemed to turn it around. They did two sets of tires for me on a weekend and left it outside ready for me after hours.

I had a leaky tire on Saturday when I needed to travel. They took care of me quickly and efficiently. Good communication. Reasonable price. They also notified me that my other tires were over-inflated and fixed that promptly. Highly recommended.Service: TiresService: Tires

We picked up a large chunk of metal inour tire just past Louie s in Cumberland. We had an immediate flat tire, obviously not repairable. We called Trent s Towing and he brought us to Cumberland Tire. The service here was awesome. Luckily we were able to get a new tire and be on our way in under 2hours. They were great! Lots and of peoplecoming in and out- a real busy place. Got me in super quick and the price was reasonable. Would have given 5 stars but they didn t drive my vehicle after putting the new tire on to make sure the sensor reset for me. When I picked it up it was still flashing no tire and It didn t pop back on until I got home. Thought they would have done that to make sure it was working properly. Also just threw my spare tire in my trunk and didn t put it back where it goes. Thought that was weird too. These are small issues I thought I would bring up and maybe they want to improve on with future customers. Other than that, no issues and I would go back.Service: Tires

I brought my used Lexus in for suspension repairs. A lot of work was needed. The new owner, Jeff, took the time to call on my warranty, which I so appreciated! Unfortunately it wasn't covered under the warranty so Jeff worked with me to get the work done at a price that I could manage. He was friendly, upfront and honest and got my car done and back to me in the time he said he would. All around a good experience!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

The new owner Justin Nickell is a great mechanic and is a very nice person to deal with and takes his customers concerns and needs and satisfaction to a new higher level. Definitely a great place to go to get tires or your vehicle repaired or a service. AAA + is the rating this place should have! My tires get excellent traction for plowing snow.Service: Tires

I've been taking vehicles to Cumberland Tire for close to 15 years now and am always happy with their work, and their prices. Tracy is a terrific person and her employees have always been efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I broke down across the street once, after hours, and left my van at her shop. Called the next morning and there were no problems with it staying there until they could fit me in. Great place, great people!

Friendly, knowledgeable. Proprietor is a woman who really knows her stuff! Very honest about telling you about your vehicle needs. Will refer you if repair is more than they feel comfortable doing. Reasonable pricing. Timely service.

Had me scared to death. Told me it was dangerous to drive home because my brake caliper was hung up and getting very hot but that I might not make it home without damage. Said if I left it, it would be a month and a half before they could fix it. I'm elderly and alone. I got it home safe and after a mechanic checked it said it did need brakes but nothing immediate.

Great staff and service!! 23 years I've received excellent service. Snow tires, regular tires, my cars, kids' cars, husband's vehicles, lawn mower tires, brakes, Interstate batteries, and so much more. I cannot thank you enough.

Very nice inside. Coffee and hot chocolate with popcorn. Water as well. Good area to wait for your car to get an oil change. Floors and walls make the area bright and very welcoming.

I asked for brake inspection as I bought 2 new tires for front, with former rotated to rear. Within a month I am being forced to replace brake pads, calipers and rotors. Loud scraping sounds occur with braking. Not pleased!! No Stars, sorry.
