The folks are Caliber in Cudahy were outstanding! The workmanship was great and the service was perfect.My repair was for a dented quarter panel on a pickup truck. It now looks like new!

The staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable on a lot of questions that I had. They kept me updated step by step throughout the entire process and they even got done ahead of schedule. When I came to pick up the truck it was a smooth transition I was able to leave my rental car at the shop. When I got in my car I'd noticed that they washed it and made it look factory new. Is very pleased with this outcome and I would definitely recommend them

Things were stolen out of my vehicle and when I called to inform Caliber Collision, I sent the the general manager. He called me back, asked a few questions and said he would look into it. Never called me back. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

Had an amazing experience. Took my truck here after a minor accident and the customer service was great. They texted me updates on my truck multiple times per week and when I got my truck back i realized they had fully detailed it inside and out. Recently my son hit a deer and we had to file a claim with our insurance company. Caliber Collision did a fantastic job and kept us updated along the way. This is my second time dealing with Ryan and his team and once again they've exceeded my expectations they were kind considerate thoughtful very helpful and like I said they exceeded my expectations as far as the repair they always seem to go above and beyond I hope to never have to see them again but if I do I know I'll be well taken care of thank you and God bless

Great customer service. Our SUV was in a accident on the freeway. They kept us informed about the repairs and we even got it back earlier than expected! It was nice and shiny clean excellent work!!!

I had an appointment for an estimate that I confused for another day. I stopped in over 45 min late and certainly didn't expect to be seen (just wanted some info on how long it may take to fix my vehicle). They were so helpful and still did the estimate for me.

Needed replacement window glass for my Hyundai which was broken into but not stolen. Caliber was the only place I called that said they could do it without waiting for about 2 months. They quoted me about 5 weeks. Turns out they were able to get the glass sooner, about 3 weeks, and the cost was over $100 less than the big glass guys or the dealership.The service was excellent and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Definitely worth the drive. Excellent repair work, great communication throughout, direct and clear on steps and times involved. 4.75 stars for a couple of small details (did not clean a seat they removed.) Car was damaged by a tow truck while parked, called and they scheduled me that same week, they were informative, professional and knowledgeable. Ryan immediately assisted me and did a walk through of the car. Spoke to Samantha the GM, very profesional polite and helpful. Juanita and Patty in the office were professional and helpful as well. They had everything prepared for my arrival, very quick smooth transition. I met the body tech assigned to the repairs. Jerry was very nice, and clearly knew his stuff. They had my vehicle for 4 business days. After the repairs, My car looked like nothing happened. Very happy with the after. Highly recommend this shop location.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Everyone was super nice and understanding. I'm sure I was annoying, this was the first time i had to take my car in and i had lots of questions but everyone was patient and nice. They finished my car a few days before I expected it to be done. Even offered me a ride home when dropping off my car. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this car place. My insurance company suggested them and at first I was hesitant because I thought they were trying to steer me to someone other than my Mazda dealer where I usually get work done. I m glad I decided to listen to my agent and take my car here. I had a rear end collision that really did a number on my car but after a couple weeks at Caliber you can t tell it ever happened! The Manager Paige and her team was so awesome. Unfortunately something happened to my car that had nothing to do with me and it was repaired through my insurance company. Because of all that is going on it took awhile to get parts and the insurance company was rushing the process. They fixed what they could and when they got the other parts they fixed my car and even covered the cost of another rental car. Nothing but good things to say about her and her team. It s so nice to find people that actually wants to help and do help you. I just want to say thank you to them and they will be the only people I use if I have other problem in the future.

EDIT 2023:Since Abra turned into Caliber, the service tanked fast. Hard to even get a phone call returned, sub-par work and refusal to honor the warranty. Do yourself a favor and find a local shop to take care of your needs.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I ve taken vehicles to this location multiple times now and the service has always been great. The service writers are very friendly, and when I did have questions about the specific work, there was a tech available to speak with. I was very happy both repaint work and collision repair that I've had done here.I'll continue to bring vehicles to this location with the quality of the work and customer service they have shown me over the past few years. Give them a shot!

Tint from your friendly neighborhood Caliber CollisionI recently Purchased a new vehicle that came with the back windows tinted. The dealer wanted too much to tent the windows on the driver and passenger sides. I called around to a few of the places that specialize in window tinting and thought that they were all a little too pricey. Driving to my favorite taco joint, I passed Caliber Collision and thought, they bring peoples cars back to life, they must do window tinting so I checked into it and yep, they tint windows!! They were quick and efficient, and I love how my truck looks with all of my windows tinted. Thank you to the guy who did my window tint and thank you to Caliber Collision for being accommodating.
