edit - in response to the owner. I had the radiator ready for installation but confirmed many times before so if that was the issue. Mechanic told me it most likely was had it installed and car was shifting normal, however it wasn't the issue the transmission cooler like you said was the issue. ( which the mechanic said likely wasn't the issue) & The transmission was shifting fine it just had a leak before as well. And the vehicle was not smashed in. Over dramatic here like the snow plows. The bumper literally just had a small dent in it. But that's smashed in to you? Airbags were not hanging either. If you would have diagnosed & fixed the problem correctly the fluid would not have leaked, as i thought it was fixed and drove it not knowing because the mechanic said it wasn't leaking anymore but it was and doing so blew the trans. Overall worst experience in a auto shop ever and the auto shop across the street was able to determine the problem right away but of course it was to late. Also the lady at the front desk was very rude and possibly the most unprofessional out of control person I've encountered at a business.Service: Transmission

Got a flat tire, they were booked solid but squeezed me in so I could make it my appointment on time. Service was quick and the staff at the counter was friendly. They had a nice fully stocked waiting area as well. The final repair bill was less than expected. If you need some service I would give them a try!

Was from out of town and had vehicle problems. I got my vehicle towed to them on a Friday afternoon. Elite Auto still took the time to help get my vehicle back on the road that day. They were friendly and didn t make me feel like I was inconveniencing them. I was very impressed and appreciative.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

My mechanic actually spoke to me, a WOMEN, and explained stuff without that condescending attitude I've seen so many times... Denise and Nicole are super-customer focused...fast and reasonably priced

Mechanic that helped me was great, very thorough. Ladies at the front desk were nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend getting your car inspected and/or repaired here

I have had both emergency and scheduled repairs on my 2002 Ford Ranger XLT. The work was done quickly and professionally plus the staff there are super nice people. I highly recommend them for your automotive repair needs.

Great service. I had dvd headsets put in the seats and new ball joints installed. my van was done quicker then expected and upholstery work looked great. Best price I found in town also.

They know their stuff, very helpful with The many questions I had. They helped me find the Vehicle fit for my family and lifestyle that I was looking for. I experienced car trouble two hours from home. I was only a couple miles outside of Crandon and managed to limp into town to Elite Auto. Paul came out and diagnosed my situation almost immediately. He managed to fit me into the schedule and I was back on the road a couple hours later. The price for the work was equal, maybe better, than what I would've paid at my regular shop. Thanks to everybody that helped me at Elite Auto.

We bought a van from these people on the 7th of March had it for about 2 weeks and it up in flames started in the left rear tail light they won't do nothing to help out with it or anything I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone so now we are without a vehicle to fit all our kids in I had other problems to with the van load exhaust resonator was bad had a crack in it brakes pulsated the only that worked good was the DVD player

They have their kids, running, jumping all over that place. I have never seen a jungle Gym/daycare/auto shop until I walked into that place. They do not guarantee the work they do or keep an eye on the kids. The lady at the front desk was very rude. When I asked for some type of guarantee or warranty in writing on the work that the shop did, she got even ruder and louder! I did not get a guarantee or warranty on the work done on our vehicle. She was practically screaming why I was jumping down her throat! I never raised my voice once! The craziest, most ridiculously rude service I have ever encountered! We are never ever going back to that place and I'm letting people in my community know!

We were on road trip recently & had terrible oil smell coming from our car. It had been over 300 miles since the oil was changed. Being over 200 miles from home, and friday afternoon of memorial day weekend we were concerned. Called Elite at 4:20. They stayed open late for us to get there & checked over the car at no cost to us. It's rare to find caring people like that in today's world.

I ve taken everything I own there every time I have issues there Busy Pl., I ve been very happy with their work sometimes I wish things would get done faster but like I said they are busy place very happy with the work the more I go there the better the experiences seem to be with the vehicles as the mechanics get familiar with them.I would recommend themServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Elite, automotive is a local repair shop in Crandon Wisconsin, they are very thorough and fast, and serve delicious chocolate chip cookies...... The ladies are very knowledgeable the mechanics extremely good.......
