Excellent service! Went in for an oil change and new wipers. Quick service, reasonable prices. Justin at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. They also made sure to ask about other services they recommended with pricing before going ahead and doing it without my knowledge. 5 stars!

Excellent service. We needed new brakes but the folks here discovered we desperately needed more work. They provided a very fair estimate. If we decide to do the work, we ll come back here. We were treated very well.

Went in to check an oil leak and charged me over $1,000 to fix it but car was still leaking oil and won t redo their mistake. I would be careful and make sure they do an oil diagnostic if you have this issue and apparently I declined it but was never told about it.

Normally I have a good experience here. A couple of days after getting my oil changed I started to smell something and my check engine light came on. I popped the hood to find that the cap had not been replaced after adding oil. Oil was everywhere. They got me in the same day to clean it up, put a cap on and turn off my check engine light, but there was no apology at all . I took time away from work and family obligations in order to go back to have them clean up the mess. I felt unappreciated for the business I had given them.Services: Tires, Oil change

I brought my car in for a scheduled oil change and was very pleased with the service. I didn't have to wait at all and they were done very promptly. They sent me a text during the servicing to update me on what they were finding and then they summarized everything for me again when they were done. I was very pleased start to finish.

My oil change took less than an hour. Unfortunately, when I drove for more than a few minutes, I discovered my A/C was blocked, despite working fine in the morning. I called them, stopped on my way home, and they fixed it in 20 minutes (something in the cabin filter was causing it). They were polite and kind and listened when I explained the problem, then prioritized fixing it. I don't expect humans to be perfect, just willing to fix issues they create, and these guys did a FANTASTIC job with that!

Everyone at Meineke was extremely friendly and helpful for my first time there! Got in quick for an oil change, tire rotation and balance! Everything was made clear to me up front. One of my tires went flat in my way to my appointment ay Meineke to swap my tires for snow tires. I got to within a couple miles of the shop. I give them a well earned 5 stars, they do great work. The quotes are given within a very timely manner, and pricing is definitely competitive compared to other places around.Ive taken my 1997 Buick Lesabre here 2 times, 1st time was a couple months ago for a bunch of random stuff and the 2nd time being the other day for an oil change and tire rotation.They do great work, and would definitely vouch for them if anyone said differently. I used to use other places a bit more local to me, but am much more satisfied with Meineke, and have decided to use them as my main business whenever I need work done.

Have had multiple cars repaired or for routine maintenance tires, brakes, lights, air conditioning, oil change, probably some more I forgot! the team there always does a great job and treat us respectfully.12.2023 still providing great service. Appreciate the communication on the assessment.

I had them repair a tire that had gone flat. Took it in at 8:30a, and was told it was most likely an afternoon job, which was fine because I was just a walk-in. Received a phone call at 10a that the tire was complete! Fast service and a job well done. Only reason I gave 4/5 stars was I thought the cost was a little pricey. $16 for tire inspection , and $35 for the repair.

I would strong not recommend going to Cottage Grove Meineke. I went in for an issue with my truck making a clicking noise. I asked them to simply drive my truck and they would be able to hear the noise I was referring to. After dropping it off all day, I was told they were 100% sure my brakes needed to be replaced and were the source of the problem. $800.00 later, I still have the same noise issue and was not the brakes. When I called them back up they said they fixed the squeaky issue (which there never was a squeaky noise) and that I would need to bring it back in. I brought it back in and they did not dig into where the issue was coming from. Very inconvenient on my part to be without a truck for two days and still have no answers. I would save yourself the headache of dealing with Andrew and take your business elsewhere. They are a scam and joke of a business.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment

We stopped by to see about making an appt. They were able to take us right in and an hour and $50 later had fixed our issue with the oil pan.
