Great local automotive service center. Just had my oil changed and tires rotated. Garrett and Sam were friendly and nice to work with. I will be back.

Best place ever! Honest, speedy and high integrity!! I was at the dealer a couple months ago with a "check engine light" and was told I needed $2000 worth of repairs. I didn't buy their nonsense. I bought a $200 Oxygen sensor from them and installed it myself in 10 minutes and I'm not a mechanic. They wanted $750 for that job alone. GSM Auto checked out my car and it DIDN'T NEED any of the other repairs that the East Side Subaru Dealer in Madison were trying to sell me. GREAT people and honest business. 100% will use again!!!!! Garret does a great job! I have taken my car to him twice with a quite a few issues and both times he has gotten the job done in a quick time frame and is always cheaper than the dealer with the same or better quality of work, and he never tries to sell you things you don't need.GSM is my new go-to shop whenever I have issues with my vehicles.

GSM Auto has always gone above and beyond in their service & treatment of my vehicles. I ve been absolutely amazed at the level of professionalism and service I ve always received, even when time was a factor GSM team managed to pull off a white glove service and save our vacation.I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service on your vehicles.

I took my BMW to GSM AutoMotive for service and the owner was very knowledgeable. He was able to help me understand exactly what needed to be done. He performed the service quickly and got my car back to me within a couple days. The cost for the service was very reasonable. I will be taking my BMW back to GSM AutoMotive for future service and repairs.

Excellent service all around. I have taken my cars to Garrett a few times now and he is always able to get me in in a timely manner. The price is always fair and he has never tried to upsell me on anything. Excellent price and service is always done quickly!!! Would recommend to anyone.

Very nice guy! Was recommended by a local guy and I am completely happy with the work and effort put out by Garret! First time I ever asked a mechanic if he was charging enough! < - that is usually not my style LOL BUT GREAT GUY AND GREAT PRICES!!!

Wow! I don't normally write reviews but I'm taking the time so that people know what an excellent job Garrett did. I had not used GSM before, and came in the first time to explain the automotive mess I was tangled up in. From there Garrett gave me tip-top advice and service. He did exactly what he said he would do, within the timeline and budget he stated.

Had Garrett work on my 2010 BMW 3 series. He did a great job and took the time to explain to me what was wrong. He found me a great deal on some OEM BMW parts and saved me hundreds of dollars over the dealer. Will not hesitate to go back.

I got estimates for routine maintenance on my Honda from several shops, and GSM was by far the most reasonable cost. The work was done in a timely manner. Will return!

Garrett was easy to work with and solve the problem on our Toyota Sienna at a good price. It was reassuring to have a certified master mechanic that had several years of experience at a Toyota dealer working on our vehicle. I know the dealer would have cost a LOT more.

These guys are the best. They re up front, honest, and give the best rates I ve seen. Other places I ve gone to in years past will hose you in labor but these guys are totally fair with pricing. I always recommend them to friends and family.
