This was my first experience with Graham s Auto & Truck. Very refreshing to deal with an experienced team that is both personable and professional. They completed the work I requested and showed me what what projects should be addressed in the future. The pricing is comparable to other shops I have tried but the level of service set them apart. I will return to Graham s for my future maintenance and repair needs. I have already recommended Graham s to my several friends and neighbors.

Good service, good communication , this was my time at Graham's so did not know what to expect? I have an 2007 Infiniti G35X with an idle that wouldn't relearn ?? They got it no problem when other shops couldn't do it! They did full work up , & pointed out specific issues.... Some concerns, & other stuff down the road to get looked at .. So my overall impression was really good at this shop!! I feel comfortable bringing my vehicle or families cars as well! Good people

I had AAA jump my SUV that wouldn't start in the morning. The battery was dead, SUV running and I had to find a place to replace it. The battery is in the wheel well behind the headlight so it needed a professional shop to change it. I called numerous places and couldn't get in. This place got me in and out and on my way. They are a little more than my regular shop, but you get what you pay for. Professional, kind, caring, clean, nice waiting room. Will definitely be back. Great experience!!

My first time to Graham's auto & Truck Clinic, it was way the best experience I have ever had from a repair shop. My service rep. Jose was easy to talk to and he explained a lot of things that other shops Don't take the time to do. I like that he asked questions about what I wanted when it came to repair my vehicle and looking it over for my long trip to Florida. I really like check out, paperwork they send you a link to your phone and you can even pay your bill through the link. Inspection paper that you get is like an itemized list of what's going on with your vehicle? It shows everything and it was really easy to follow and Jose was able to explain a lot of stuff that I had questions about on it. If you need somebody to go that extra mile for you, I would suggest you ask for Jose when visiting.

My experience with Graham's was nothing short of professional excellence. The communication was great, they never left me hanging. From the front desk to the mechanics in the back, it was always all about relaying the problem, the time frame and ultimately fix. I'll be going back for all work in the future, Thanks guys!!

My New "Go to Place, 1st"! Exceptional service, explanations, Not a number mentality. I'm 62 and have been to Many service centers thru the years, and Most important It is Not overpriced and wait times for quick fixes are exceptional! You will not find that at most dealerships, I know I have worked at a couple!!

I brought my car in for a flat tire because Graham's is so close to my house. The receptionist was so friendly, and the team kept me updated on progress every step of the way. I'm thrilled to have a trustworthy mechanic so close to home!

I recently had an issue with my vehicle and was unable to get into my regular repair place for a few days. Graham's squeezed me in and helped me out so I could use my car until my appointment at my dealer. They were super friendly and didn't even charge me for the quick visit. I will definitely use them in the future.

As an individual who had previously worked at Grahams Auto, I must say that the company's growth in every area, especially in customer service, is remarkable. During my recent visit for an oil change, I observed Jenn's exceptional work ethic as she carefully assisted every customer who walked in. I also had the pleasure of interacting with Derik, who was a new face to me. Derik was outstanding in keeping me informed throughout the process and was very approachable while answering all my queries. Grahams Auto is definitely setting a new standard when it comes to service shops, and I commend the team for their brilliant work!

My engine light went on driving to Milwaukee so I pulled off at Cottage Grove exit. Graham was first repair place I saw. Later that day they called and knew the issue. Parts were ordered and I was able to get a loaner car to use. Due to end of year holidays they needed a week. It was ready when promised.

I'd highly recommend these guys for all of your car needs. Derik is the best he goes above and beyond to keep you updated on your cars needs and how the work is going. Very warm and inviting atmosphere. They treat you like family there.

Grahams is probably the best Auto service I have ever used. Their text-based estimate system is a godsend and really helps me stay on top of my maintenance. Bought a car from these guys and the car started leaking coolant after a week of purchase. Graham auto told me they would not fix my vehicle until the warranty kicks in even though I have only had the vehicle for less than 2 weeks.Tried canceling the warrant I bought from them and it took more than a month to get my money back and that only happens because I filed a complaint with the BBB. If you are a veteran or family member of a veteran don t support this business, don t take your car there for repairs or buy a car from them. The front desk lady will tell you any thing to get you to do business with them and when problems happen she would lie to cover up for their business. And Nathan is the most unprofessional so call manager I have ever seen. This guy told me he has 20 seconds to listen to my complaints before I should leave his office.

I am very impressed with Graham s Auto and Truck Center. From start to finish, I felt in very good hands. I am very grateful that they only do the necessary work and do not try to up sell you on work that is not needed. They will put you in a car to use while they are working on your vehicle. Graham's Auto & Truck Clinic (in Cottage Grove) is the BEST! I went in for an oil change and they not only did that but rotated the tires, fixed one of my slow leaking tires, checked fluid levels, checked the underside of the car - really gave it the very best once-over! I'll definitely be back for the next oil change and anything else my car needs. THANK YOU to Graham's Auto!

Graham's was able to get my vehicle in quickly and they diagnosed the problem right away. They maintained communication throughout the repair and I felt like a priority. I am super happy with my experience here. My vehicle was getting older and needed more repairs soon so it was time to look at a new vehicle instead. I sent a long list of must-haves to Jen and she found my perfect vehicle with all of the bells and whistles plus more! This took several months but my list was long and Jen was adamant to find the perfect car for me which checked all my boxes. Communication was prompt and thorough, the safety inspection and repairs were also prompt and thorough and I couldn't be happier to finally have a car I love. This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.Thank you to the entire Graham Auto team and the biggest thank you to Jen for working so hard to find the perfect vehicle for me and going that extra mile!

I ve never been more unhappy with a business in my life. I was charged $279 for 2 hours of labor to diagnose the issue I was having with my 2014 Ford Focus. They came back with a huge laundry list of problems, 2 of which totaled nearly $4000 to repair. I was devastated and scared because I couldn t afford the repairs but still owed money on the car. Meanwhile, I had the foresight to ask family for advice and made an appointment at the Ford dealership. They found the problem in under 30 minutes, fixed it in 30 minutes and it was a $350 problem, not thousands of dollars. They also gave me sound advice regarding the other things Graham s suggested doing. I was refunded for for one hour of the mechanic s labor to diagnose my car, but I am still gobsmacked that they were unable to find the real problem and caused me so much emotional distress with their incompetence.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
