This was our 2nd time renting UTVs from 4Seasons. We did once in the summer and again this past weekend. Both times were exceptional. They are friendly and efficient. The Can-Am UTVs are a total blast. We have taken our 6 year old up daughter and our 70 year old father and all have enjoyed every minute of it. We have rented from another local place in the past and 4Seasons was definitely our better choice. We will continue to use them for our future rentals. Thank you for the incredibly fun day!

Great experience, recommended if you're in the area there are trails and roads pretty much everywhere, went from the rental location to bond falls mi. Staff was nice and helpful. Rental and drop off made very easy and hassle free.

Ask for a copy of your contract, if not it will not be accessible afterwards if there are issues and you need to access it for insurance reasons. Also beware, they ll try to scheme you into paying for things that should be covered under their insurance plan they offer.We disputed a claim due to an act of nature that caused very minor damage to a seat cushion. After weeks of back and forth, they ended up lying to the credit card company saying we didn t fully pay for insurance, even though we paid everything they charged up front, and also that we damaged the prop and other areas of the boat.The manager couldn t even pick up the phone to tell me that they weren t going to cover the charges with insurance, he texted me saying it would be an extra $400 on top of insurance (to fix a 2 in seam of a seat cushion???) and then his office staff charged a higher amount on my card and took weeks to fix it. Such a scam. Terrible customer service and communication if you ask me.Thankfully our card company agreed that it was a wrongful charge.

Rented from 4 Seasons twice this year and both times had great experiences. First trip I got the 2019 TNT which turned out to be the owners old personal sled that had a few upgrades on it. That thing was awesome! 2nd trip I couldn't get the TNT so I reserved the Sport, but upon arrival the starter was shot on it so he gave me a 2023 Renegade, which has the longer track on it. While that didn't have quite the performance of the TNT, it sure handled the moguls that the trail became later in the day like a champ. Steve is very accommodating and laid back, easy to talk to and work with. I made a mistake reserving my sled by selecting the wrong day, but they fixed it with no hesitation. My only qualm would be that at times they can be difficult to get a hold of. If they are closed (even on a Thursday afternoon), their phone goes to a fencing company who relays your message to them. Other than that they are great people and I will likely be back next year!

Glad we chose 4 Seasons Power Sports. We would have not made it to the beautiful waterfall had we not. They were. Closer than their Competitor in Eagle River. Worth it to drive 10 minutes.

Rented a UTV from them. Unit was clean and dry when we picked it up. Unit was in excellent condition. Trail located right outside. Very friendly and helpful. Like that we didn t have to rush to have the unit back by 5 pm. Would rent from again.

First time UTV renter and the staff was patient with my questions and helping us understand the map. Check in and out was simple and quick. Everyone working was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The UTV was clean, well kept and fast! 10/10 would recommend.

Rented 2 UTV's from Tom. Convenient hours to rent and return. Licensed in MI so drove to Bond Falls. Such a great experience with this business! We have rented from Eagle River and 4 Season's was superior

4 Seasons was great and their pontoon boat was the best!!! Rented for 5 days and whole family loved it. Plan on renting more from them. Also rented UTV a few weeks back and again perfect vehicles and Tom was great with both the UTV and the Boat rental.

Fantastic experience and excellent customer service. The machine we rented was a 4-seater CanAm side-by-side and it functioned flawlessly. We rode in land o lakes, Eagle River, Conover, and St Germain areas and the trail system is second to none. These things are a lot of fun and highly recommended 4-seasons Rentals!

The rental agent made a special trip into the office on Labor Day to make the UTV rental possible. Overall the whole experience was very smooth and easy!

We rented snowmobiles and all of the gear to ride with 4 seasons. We had the best experience! The snowmobiles were easy to use and so much fun. The jacket and snow pants kept us warm the whole day! The staff was very helpful with any questions we had and helped give us info on the trails. We will be back next year!

This is a new rental location for 2022-2023 just south of Conover. The trail is immediately behind the shop so you can ride through the parking lot and head north or south immediately. Good staff, easy to work with an accommodating to a change we had to make. New equipment ran well and enhanced our rental experience.

Great place to rent sleds and gear! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The gear was clean and well-maintained, and the sled was in great shape! Hopped right on the trails from the rental. Can't wait to rent again!

Rented a pontoon and paid $60/day for insurance. An eagle landed on the seat while it was docked and caused a small tear. We were charged an additional $400 that we did not agree to pay. If insurance doesn t cover that, then what good is it. Will not be coming back.

Applied for a job..was lied to about being called back and didn t even talk to the location owner and was never given a reason to not be hired great start to the new location not my loss it s theirs but shows the character of the company
