The price board tells you the average wait time so you know if you can get in or need to wait. I've always lucked out and they can get me in same hour of visit. Staff is always helpful with understanding the condition of parts and accurate to how long til something needs to be replaced.

When our tire blew out when driving through Wisconsin, we thought our Saturday would be ruined. We were able to make it to Quick Lane Tire at the Ford Dealership, where Leland & his crew saved the day!Fantastic service, fair pricing, and nice people! Highly recommend.

Stay away if you need repairs, they don't have the personnel to help you and the customer service is poor. Very disappointing.

They now have a signed posted - No conceal Carry. Now I take my business to Beaver Dam Ford, W8356 Howard Dr, Beaver Dam, WI 53916. They do not discriminated against the 2nd Amendment here. Go with what you believe in. I choose not to be a victim.
