I have to give these guys a five-star review. Usually when a petite woman goes into an auto parts store, she gets treated in a condescending manner. These guys were respectful, helpful, and cheerful! There was no trying to upsell, just tell me the facts and let me decide which direction I wanted to go with my purchase. They helped me replace the bulbs in my headlights without making me feel helpless. This will be my go-to auto parts store because of the exceptional service and common respect that they gave me. Thanks!

Needed to get my battery tested they were friendly and helpful. Only problem is small store so if one employee is on break you will have to wait a little while because the other employee cannot leave the story empty while outside.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience here. I walked in looking for new wiper blades knowing the handy computer in the section would tell me what to get. The gentleman behind the counter (Shane?) told me about a sale on a specific one and I was sold. The young gentleman who was also behind the counter put them on for me. This definitely makes up for my last visit when I needed to put 3 quarts of oil in my truck. The woman behind the counter barely offered any advice and when I asked her to borrow an employee to help me put oil in my truck because I m short, she basically blew me off. Someone that wasn t even employed there offered to help me. So thank you Shane and young man from Colorado for restoring my faith in your store.

Before I started my employment in the Fantastic Team OReilly s here in town, Jason the man curious to meet on the phone with was very helpful and clear on every question I had for him and fulfilled every one %. Dakota wonderful at explaining how to go into depth of fixing or knowing the part I have never came about . Nic incredible guy, incredible leader, very sharp at helping out anytime I have a problem with my vehicle either having trouble knowing about parts or trying to find a good replacement to get me on the road driving LEGAL once again

I had a very wonderful surprise tonight when I stopped into O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Columbus. I needed a brake light and the young man helping me (his shirt said his name was Seth) asked if I would like the light installed or would I prefer to take it home and put the light in myself. I was tickled pink to have him install it. I felt bad when it turned out to be a big pain and it was windy, dark and cold, but he very kindly replaced the bulb, and was super nice while doing so. Chivalry and customer service are not dead!The above review was supposed to be sent this winter but apparently I didn't send it. Update, I needed a headlight for my car and stopped into O'Reilly;s tonight and the same young man sold me the headlight and installed it as well. I will buy my parts here. Thank you Seth!
