I believe I was very much overcharged for the service I had done on my truck. I brought my truck in knowing I had a loose wheel bearing and I made that very clear with the person who took my keys. They told me that I am basically coming in for a noise and that I need a diagnostic check on my vehicle itself. I said sure because I thought I could be wrong. Sure enough I was right that it was a loose wheel bearing, and they still charged me the $200+ diagnostic test on my vehicle. Not only that, but labor costs itself here were crazy compared to other dealerships that I have taken my vehicle to get repaired. Lastly, when I got the call from them that the repair posted was going to be $1300, I was prepared to pay for that when I arrived to pick my truck up. When I got there, they told me the total was going to be $1475. I was taken aback and I questioned them and they told me it was for tax. Why couldn t have they told me it was that amount in the first place? I was not expecting to have to cough up and extra $175 after I m paying $1300 for a repair I regret doing myself at home. I will not be bringing my truck here again for any more service.

Jessica and the team were amazing!! They got me in a beautiful 2020 explorer and stayed late to make sure it happened. This is not your typical car dealership. I felt no pressure, they didn t try to scam me into anything I didn t want. I d give em 10 stars if I could.

I informed the sales consultant I was coming from 2 hours away to look at a car and the dealership was fully aware. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived at the dealership they informed the car had been sold and let me drive 2 hours for nothing. I scheduled an appointment and I was not attended properly at any time besides letting me know the car had been sold. I was in the dealership for 45 minutes and there was no service. I had a very poor experience and will not be returning

I bought my husband a van paid cash for it. Had them pick it up the next day to get coating on exterior and interior. When it was brought back, it had a few scratches on the driver side mirror on top. I tried calling to let them know, was transferred and I'm assuming hung up on, I have tried several times to let them know, but told it is bought as is. Will never go back, even though they are the ones who scratched it. I am very disappointed

We purchased an Explorer a couple of months ago from Napleton; we had a great experience. The service was great (the sales person and manager were helpful, answered all of our questions) and the process was quick and easy. We absolute love our new Explorer, glad we made the choice to purchase it from Napleton Ford.

Service dept. Has gone way downhill since being purchased by Napleton. Leland was such a good and honest service manager. I'm guessing he wasn't on board with the Napoleon plan! I'm writing this as I have been here 2 hours "SO FAR" waiting to get the tires I purchased from you guys to be put on. The best I have been offered is a ride home until my car is done! Are you kidding me. it's my only day off this week and my option is to get a ride home, then sit there until my car is done, then wait for you to come and get me! if it honestly takes a half of a day for dam tires, how about offering a loaner car so I can run my DAY OFF ERRANDS. Sincerely, never gonna buy a vehicle here again. 3 1/2 hours, still waiting

Got an appointment for a recall a month before the dealer where I purchased the truck could get me in. I honestly wish these guys could have gotten me the truck, but they were unable to order it at that time. I will continue to use them for service. Also, an oil change change was less expensive than one of the quick lube franchises.I just took my truck in for another recall, again fast, expert service and friendly easy to deal with people.New post: quick, quality service, and good peopleAnother new review.... 5 more stars, they have never failed me.

Traveled all the way from Louisiana and it was worth it!I found the truck on cargurus, called, and happened to get Travis as a sales rep. Travis from the beginning was courteous, helpful and beyond fair. He worked as our right hand man through everything and even personally picked us up from the airport. Anyone wanting a fair & down to earth sales rep should 110% go to Travis!

I scheduled a test drive with Colin, an hour before he called and said the car was sold even though I inquired about the car a few days earlier but couldn't look at since it was being inspected. Terrible customer service.:(

I call to see what the update on my explorer, they told me they were going to call me back in 5 min which took them over 24 hours. I had to call over 7 times to get someone on the phone to finally get a respond back. Not happy at all. Would not recommend this dealer to no one. Take it to other delear, don't waste your time.

So I went to Countryside to drive and possibly purchase a newer Murano AWD. After a couple drives thought it was very nice. Price tag was high. Ben my sales rep was very good to work with. Very good indeed. Ask for Ben. He s the best, very helpful. They were quick to remind me that the Murano is still under factory warranty. But after a drive to Minnesota I found the the dual temperature control still reads in Celsius. I was told that Nissan covers bumper to bumper for 3 more months and they can take care of it. Upon my test drive I told them the collision warning and intelligent cruise was not operational. They said it did, but later admitted it didn't Ben got it to Nissan the same day and it was repaired under warranty, I am not sure why at that point they didn't have the Celsius switched back to Fahrenheit on digital display .My point is ask specific questions. I have doubts that used cars are gone through and checked well. And at the end at signing they ask if i was promised anything by anyone that was not done. Then you sign stating such. But what if they lead you to believe items are covered under a new car warranty? And then they are not. That should be a red flag. If any of the 2 big issues are not covered under factory warranty I m guessing I have to go back after 9 days and hope they back the SUV I purchased. And finally.No Carax. Auto check is not Carfax. I think there is a difference.I pray for a fair result. Murano is awesome comfort. And standard features.I had to pay my own carfax for peace of mind. If this story ends well I will change my rating. But I don t feel good as I hoped I would after buying an expensive SUV. FYI. Buyer beware. That will be confirmed by Nissan. . I have a trip to Nissan this week, and then an appointment for service after. Just in case. Buying a SUV at $30K should be an enjoyable experience. I am trying to work with James to buy back this beautiful SUV.After a brief sit down with sales manager James and GeneralManager Vince. The result was GM asked James to possiblylocate a similar SUV built in US. In the few colors I mentioned. Maybe this will work out.I hopefully will hear back from them about a buy back. Still under Nissan original warranties. The odometer now is at 21,876. Dealers need autos. I know this may cost me but as much as I love Murano. (This is my 2nd). It s lost its comfort in my mind.

Highly recommend this dealership. After shopping around for our car, I found the exact car I wanted at this dealership. The dealership was an hour from our house so I did all the negotiating including getting a price on my trade in over the phone. Brent and James were very easy to work with. We were able to pick up the car in less than 24 hours from my call to the dealership. When we arrived the car was ready to go and James made the paperwork process very easy. We ve bought a lot of cars and this was by far the best and easiest transaction. Worth the drive!

I had a great experience here recently at Countryside Ford with salesman Derek Butler.I reached out about a pre-owned vehicle and had a good conversation with Derek via text to set up a test drive and he was very easy going, attentive and knowledgeable about the car and had answers for all of my questions. After a great test drive experience and more questions I ended up moving forward with the purchase a few days later.The sales process was made so easy with all the documents ready when I got there, along with them picking me up from dropping off my rental car and taxiing me over (which was super nice of them!) - then it took 5 minutes to sign everything and I was out the door in my new car!Everyone at Countryside was extremely nice and helpful and Derek was fantastic at making the whole purchase easy and not the stressful experience you usually think about when buying a car.Thanks Derek and Countryside for everything - I love my car!

I mainly delt with the evening service team. They were so nice and made me feel welcomed. They told me they think somethings wrong with the transmission. I am not totally confident on this truly being the problem. But the girl at the evening service department brought my bill down alot. I walked away spending 99 dollars all said and done. The bill was at least 250. That is so awesome of the service girl and manager to do that for me. That's how you do business. Yes I look forward to do business again and yes I will tell everyone I know how what a great experience I had there. Thank you so much. 4 out of 5 stars only cause not a 100 percent on what is really wrong

I had a great experience here at Countryside Ford! I worked with Brent and James, both were great and patient with us. They were tentative, patient and zero pressure on the car purchase or packages that Ford offered. I am sooo extremely happy with my Ford Escape, it's exactly what I was looking for, all the features, bells and whistles I wanted and at the price I was willing to spend. Again, EXACTLY what I was looking for. Thank you for such a smooth transaction!! So happy I came out! Amazing customer service!
