These guys charged me 3 times for the same exaust sensor issue, then they gave me my SUV with the exaust pipes blown off, loud as heck. Also they didn't notice that the oil filter was loose causing engine damage, had to keep adding oil? I would never bring or suggest anyone bring there vehicle to these jokers, ha ha ha.

Mike and his team have done an incredible job trying everything under the sun to get my daughter's car ready for emissions testing - all while managing an extremely busy and thriving business. The car has not been at all cooperative but he and his team have done everything they can to NOT make me have to buy a new catalytic converter, a very expensive car part, including getting involved himself in helping with diagnosis and problem-solving. He goes above and beyond to be honest with his customers and keep costs down wherever he can while also providing good quality repairs. Not an easy balance but he did it well (including spending 45 min on a call with me explaining all the different things they've considered and the whys/why-nots). Thank you.Service: Exhaust

Outstanding servive!!!Found myself in need of a new transmission, UGH!!! Transmission shop would build me a new transmission for $5K with a warranty of only 18yr/18,000 miles. Did some research and found a transmission on LKQ with 26,000 miles for $1400 and bought a lifetime warranty for $500 (covers everything including $50/hr for labor). Called Michael at MiTech and got an estimate of $1400 to install. They actually came in UNDER estimate and I had by car fixed for a total of $3100. Thank you MiTech!Service: Transmission

I have been having issues with tires going flat, called Mike explained what is happening he got me in gave me a loaner fixed the tires while being short staffed all this on same day service. You don t hear of this treatment anymore. Thanks Mike and your mechanic

These guys are awesome! After an oil change gone horribly wrong (not performed by them) they were able to take a look at my car the same day and had a new radiator put in by the next. I would highly recommend them for any vehicle services. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and fast!

When my front light was out they were able to help replace it and notice a couple of wires burned and were able to replace those as well. They are a friendly reliable staff that makes you feel like family and welcome you warmly. I plan on returning for future car needs. Kudos to all the staff.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Great service, great people and honest mechanics. I frequently go there for all routine maintenance on two of my vehicles and when I have a concern. They are always willing to take a look and provide their honest opinions about the state of my vehicle. Mitech Automotive is great!Not only are prices very fair, they were very up front with me regarding the necessary repairs vs expense. Mike and Todd are so pleasant to talk to. They did NOT talk down to me - though they certainly were so far above me with their knowledge of my vehicle and it's problems. They put me at ease and I placed all my trust in them. They did not disappoint. Will only go to Mitech from this point on!

Michael and his team are amazing! I had my wife s van repaired there a couple months ago prior to our move to Florida. They only did the repairs that were needed and actually told me I didn t need to do some things at that time. It was refreshing to go to an auto body shop That was not looking to profit off of me. Today they rotated my tires And change my oil. I leave for Jacksonville tomorrow and will truly miss this shop. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for everything Mitech!

I have been going to Mi Tech for over 20 years. In the early years it was called Wayne's and was located in Menominee Falls. I have never had any problems with the service or the quality of the work.You are treated with respect and most of the time during your visit you are greeted by the owner Michael. Mi Tech has the feel of an old time gas station where everyone is treated like a friend. I would highly recommend Mi Tech. You will not get this quality of service anyplace else.

I've been taking my vehicles and boat to Mitech for years. The quality of work has always been good and fairly priced - I've never had a single issue. They always explain in detail what my options are for repairs and are very helpful. I recommend them to all my friends.

Very friendly and helpful! I had to have a trailer wiring kit installed at the last minute. I called about fifteen places trying to find somewhere that would fit me in, and Mitech did. I brought them the wiring kit from Uhaul and they had it installed within thirty minutes (a Uhaul location had told me it would take 1-4 hours). I am very grateful for their willingness to fit me in, and that God led me to them today!

Mike was very nice but Todd was very rude. He was so rude to my mother when she picked up our vehicle. She asked him a question about the service. He got angry and tossed the keys at her and told her to deal with Mike. She just asked a question! Mike acted like he cared but I'm sure nothing will change with this man's attitude. Sad. They didn't charge us a ridiculous amount for the repair so that's good at least.Service: Engine repair

This is the 3rd time I've taken my car to Mitech Auto since they opened years ago. From my and my family's experiences, it is one of the best, if not the best, car repair shop in the local area -- and Milwaukee for that matter. This from both a quality of service and cost standpoint. I am completely confident with the repairs I have had done there.They take the proper time to assess and explain the repairs needed. Todd was clear and detailed with the repairs he suggested -- what needed to be fixed and why. He took the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how mundane or repetitive they were. And they seem to always provide specific recommendations as to what repairs are needed to get back on the road, and what can wait. This is very helpful and not something many other places do or do well, especially the franchises. This alone has save me a lot of money by sifting through the BS that other repair shops would potentially scam you on.Best yet, the repair costs are the best I've ever seen -- charging extremely fair for both parts and labor. Labor rates are incredible for the quality of work that is done, and I've never seen gross overestimates on the labor times they charge for. Part cost are the same or cheaper than what I would be able to purchase from one of the local part store, never mind a dealer for the same OE parts.Todd was very accommodating in my request to use specific brands/OEM parts. This time I wanted to go all OE with my BMW since it could be more trouble than it's worth to save a few bucks. However, in the past they would recommend the parts that should be replaced with OEM and the ones that can go to aftermarket -- without sacrificing reliability or performance. This saved me a ton too.It is great to find a place like this, especially for my import car, which can typically be a beast when it comes to expensive repairs.It is alway a struggle to find a fair & honest repair shop that performs quality work. Mitech is that place. I am glad that Mitech is located so close to where I live. It's an absolute pleasure to do business with them. Even if I move in the future, I will go out of my way to remain a loyal customer here.Thanks Todd, and the whole crew at Mitech!

Mike and Bonnie opened Mitech Automotive in 2006. We put our heart and soul into making a run down property into a comfortable place.Where our customers can relax and feel trusted. Mitech is an excellent place to take your car for service. After my dealer gave me a list of many things wrong with my 2004 suburban to the tune of about $4,000 in repairs, I took my truck to Mitech. They went through the list and prioritized the repairs as those that were needed due to a potential safety hazard and those that did not to be done at all. They also recommended a lower cost option to fix the AC by passing the rear system. The end result was a safe car with working AC for a fraction of the original estimate. Since then, I have used Mitech exclusively for all my car care needs. They have always called with estimates and always completed the work on time for the price quoted. Thanks to Mike, Todd, Rich and the rest of the staff for your excellent service!

I don't post often but when service is above the norm I like to share my experience. I have been a customer of MiTech for over 10 years. Never have I ever been disappointed with their service. I have used MiTech to service two cars, one truck and two snowmobiles. All are running in what I consider to be top performance. I have recommended MiTech to all my friends and family and would encourage anyone considering MiTech to give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Mike is super friendly. Very good mechanic. Only fixes what needs to be fixed. Doesn't oversell like other shops. But will definitely give recommendations on other work needed

Great work, fast, fair and done right the first time. BMW's, Volvos, Mustangs, they seem knowledgeable about them all. Usually can get to you in a day or two, otherwise 5 Stars!
