We bought a brand new van from them, twice within 4k miles it needed service work that required a tow. They were exceptionally fast. Gave us a wonderful loaner car. Also my daughter s car needed a battery and a checked over before a big road trip. They found and replaced a defective part, then when it didn t seem to drive right they made it a priority to inspect it again and address the issues found. Thus shop values its customers!

Can't complain about the service but they said that they could diagnose my truck for $100.00 and when they called me back the bill was 272.** Without fixing it

My first service experience with Colby Chrysler Center was a great experience. I had to change my first appointment time because of a doctor's appointment, but was able to reschedule and keep the rest of my plans in place. The service was done in a timely manner and everyone was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I look forward to a long relationship with this dealership.

Colby Chrysler Center is a top notch facility. I had new struts and rear shocks installed on my 2011 Ram. They were kept me appraised of how the work was going and if there was any issues with the install.The job was done within the time frame they gave me and at the cost quoted.Excellent job, I would recommend everyone go there and see just how good they are.Dean S. Had to have multiple vehicles, serviced, and found that everyone was very accommodating. Worked out a schedule that worked for both parties, and accomplished all the work on time, if not sooner than expected very satisfied.

I had the pleasure of working with Logan Paul the purchase of my new Dodge pickup and he was wonderful. Very easy to work with. He even stayed past 6pm so I was able to take my truck home that night. What a great experience definitely recommend working with him for future purchases.

Very friendly folks. Very attentive to service needs. I bought a used Dodge 3500 last summer. A U joint went dry. I brought it in for that, tire and brakes. The U joint was fixed under warranty. They said the brakes are fine and would not take my money to replace them until needed. And a very nice price on new tires. They got it done quick and got me back on the road. I won't be going to any other car dealer.

I would not recommend having your vehicle serviced for an alignment at this dealership. I made an appointment took in my truck to have it aligned and waited over 3 hours only to be told that they aren't going to be able to finish the alignment due to a bolt not allowing them to get their rent around it to loosen it up. They said if it's all right with me they would cut about a quarter inch off of the tip of the bolt to be able to finish the job and I said, "Yeah that's fine go for it!" But then he responded with well we're not going to be able to do it tonight because we don't have anything to cut it off and we're going to have to wait until next week when we can get more supplies....... Yep a dealership with a mechanic shop does not have any supplies to cut a quarter inch off of a tip of a bolt so I had to reschedule after waiting for 3 hours because they tried who knows what to get around it only not succeed. I rescheduled a week later took it in and told them not to worry about cutting that bolt off because I did it that same night when I got home. This time it didn't take quite as long about an hour and 20 minutes or so they came out and told me my truck was done as best as they could do but it wasn't completely 100% aligned but it was better than it was before. Now the truck I took in has a lift kit and bigger tires and a month after the alignment was done I was working on the truck and happened to notice that on the front passenger side,where part of the lift kit is mounted to the frame of the truck, were four bolts just barely hand tight. I know that they had to take off in order to do the alignment, but they forgot to tighten them back down. The only good thing I can say from this experience is that they did not charge me for the first 3 hours when I had to sit there waiting and they weren't able to do anything.

Great service department! My daughter works nearby and lives in Eau Claire. Water pump went out on way to work and Colby Chrysler was able to work on the vehicle right away! Service advisor was outstanding along with the mechanic. Won t hesitate to go back which we did 2 months later for a gasket job. Professional service at its finest

We have purchased several vehicles from Colby Chrysler now. We have been extremely please each and every time. Their service department takes excellent care of us even after the sale. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle there or having your service done.

Friendly service. Good at telling you what s going on. Repairs are done timely once parts come in. The only complaint I have was I had to wait so long to get a part for one of the tvs in the back seat. Thanks to Covid

Colby Chrysler, Doge, Jeep helped us out in a bind and were fantastic with their service.Heading from Green Bay to Minneapolis for a Memorial service we wound up with a punctured tire on a Mercedes SUV. Chris and the service department had the problem diagnosed, clearly explained, and patched/fixed within an hour and a very reasonable price.Building was very clean, inviting, and staff was helpful and kind. Thank you so much and i'd highly suggest in the future!

Place is awesome nice family friendly environment. The owners are hands on and always around. Fair prices and oil changes are usually by appointment but they always give you a honest assessment of problems..Love this place.....free coffee and wifi and big screen TV as well...

Way over priced! Went to buy a NEW truck. Dealer wouldn't even address me, only talked to my then husband. Never asked me what i wanted or acknowledged that I was the buyer. Dealer seemed very shovenistic, didn't know how to work with a women. Only had 2 NEW fully loaded trucks on the lot and both were being driven by the dealers. Dealer wanted to sell me this NEW used truck after he brought it back (from out west to go cat hunting) but wanted me to buy it at sticker price and would not budge. Told me" just think of it as being broke in" . NOT!

I brought my 2002 dosge truck in for oil change and tire rotation.they buzted wheel stude and charged me $77 And said collateral damages because my lugs were corroded.the not really happy but I paid my bill. They also should show me the parts and never do.

1. I was in a rollover accident on 29 on the way to Eau Claire.2. Tow truck driver showed up and told me that it would cost $450 to tow to Eau Claire and that I would be better off leaving my car at Colby Chrysler Center.3. I was told that I could leave the car there "as long as I needed to"4. I was never issued any paperwork nor did I sign anything5. My insurance did not cover the tow (which was ok)6. I was charged $250 for the tow and $35/day for storage (which I was never informed of).7. CCC told me that my car was worthless and they would not pay anything for the salvage (despite the fact that it still started, had 4 good tires, a brand new $200 stereo, and a $700 repair two days prior)8. CCC told me that I had until Saturday at noon to pay the bill of $355 or they would charge me more for storage.Now I am not upset with the fact that they did not pay me for my totaled vehicle. As a whole, the tow truck driver was very kind. However, to charge someone for something they were never made aware of seems rather unfair. Had I have known that I would be charged for a storage fee, I would have paid the $400 tow bill and scrapped the vehicle myself, salvaging what I could. Instead, they forced my hand and put me in a situation where my parents needed to travel 3 hours on a saturday morning to help. Poor customer service.

Got exactly what was told to me. Drove 2 hours to get a used vehicle and they put new tires on it and brakes! In and out in a flash. Great experience! Thank you!
