Inside service was good. He helped me find my parts quickly and correctly.But then my wife and I spent 15 minutes outside the front door (Right in front of the big sign that reads: FREE WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADES REPLACED. While you wait. ) .In the rain and sleet at 28 degrees in the dark. I guess the employees sitting inside at their warm seats with no customers didn't want to get wet and cold any more than we did changing wiper blades.Or maybe watching two 67 year old seniors changing blades in the winter weather was good entertainment.Anyway. They could have done better.Thanks for the good inside service. I'll come back. Glutton for punishment I guess.

Was able to find the fasteners I needed to secure a loose ground shield under my vehicle. They also allowed me to use some loaner tools while there.

I have utilized the Clintonville location regularly over the past 5 years. They were usually my first call unless it was something I knew they didn't have. Over time I have had what most people encounter where you get the wrong parts. It happens, they make it right and you move along. This latest experience is it for me though, I guess it's the straw that broke the camel's back. I ordered parts for my truck, x16 to be exact. Guy on the phone told me that 12 would come in one day and the remaining 4 the next. When I went to pick up the first batch, they were 2 short and said had no ability to find more. So now I have to scrounge up 2 somewhere else, no problem. I went in today to pick up the remaining 4 on my order and they are nowhere to be found. They are shown in inventory, but 2 guys spent the better part of 20 minutes looking for them and cannot find them anywhere. I was told that they could order the 4 but would come right from the manufacturer and I'd have to pay shipping.... Now like I said, this isn't the worst thing to happen in the parts world, yet I've had enough of it. I know the company will survive without my business. I just want them to know that they have disappointed me for the last time...

Although I have only been there twice in the last two years, I am impressed with their service! When I was a year ago I bought windshield wiper fluid for my car and when I was there a week or so ago, I asked about something that I could put under the wheels of my wife's car to get her out of the ruts in the icy driveway that her car had dug. A salesclerk there told me that I might be able to get some sand at the Municipal garage in Clintonville. I thanked him for the suggestion and went on my way! Sand was the correct answer!!

Knowledgable clerks happy to answer questions good parts availability if they donr have they will get it I use the Clintonville Wisconsin store and occasionally use New New London Wisconsin store prices are decent
