We've worked with Mark know for about a 1year almost 2. He's always worked with us and if we needed something looked at he take time before close to look at it for us to give us an idea on what we were looking at for price wise. So when we had the funds we could get it fixed. Mark is a very good mechanic and he's never steard us wrong.

Bought an equipment trailer from Lakeshore and immediately noticed the trailer brakes were not functioning properly. After notifying them, they had me drop the trailer off to "fix" the issue. A couple days later, I picked the trailer up to use it on an upcoming trip across the state and noticed that the brakes still didn't work properly (they did work better but still had to have my brake controller at the highest setting and they barely worked). I then got around to bringing the trailer in to a reputable shop where they told me the brakes were adjusted as tight as they could be so they barely worked when they needed replacement. $1300 later (on a $4k trailer), my brakes were fixed correctly with all the necessary parts and it works as it should. I should also add that Lakeshore never sent in the paperwork to take care of registration and that was just another hassle on top of the brake issue. Save yourself a headache and don't do business here.

I love Lakeshore auto. I've always found it hard to trust mechanics, but the guys here really take care of their customers. And I'm a customer for life.

Just had a friend go there who has hearing problems and the workers there mocked her and wouldn t take her seriously. She left in tears and never wants to come back. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
