Josh was very helpful throughout the entire process, and I really liked his sense of humor! This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Klein, and I will definitely go back again. Very pleasant buying experience!

Great service, all employee's are very friendly, oil change and tire rotation is done in a timely manner. I recommend Klein for car service to all my friends. They explain exactly what they did. I totally trust them.

LOVE Klein Chevy!! no matter what is going on with my truck they are always courteous, respectful and making sure that the problem is being solved. Keeping in touch through text, phone and email from general maintenance like oil changes to transmission issues they listen to the concerns and make sure to go above and beyond to resolve every issue before you pull off with your vehicle. Highly recommended, I would not take my truck anywhere else.

Top notch dealership! Truck lost brakes while traveling and pulling a travel trailer. Was able to drive the truck a few miles down the road to this dealership. When I got there they were super accommodating. Luckily the part was in stock and they had me in and out in about 45 min! Couldn't ask for better service!! Thank you again for the exceptional service so we could continue our adventures!

Andrew with the collision center was great! He swiftly identified the issue with my vehicle and made the proper repairs just as quick. I was in and out of the shop in less than 30 minutes! I will recommend Klein-Chevyrolet to my family and friends!

I was 10 miles south of town losing air pressure in one of my tires. Stopped to fill with air at a gas station and noticed a bolt stuck in my tread. Called Klein and asked if they could fix it. It took me 15 minutes to get to their shop. Once I arrived Ava was very helpful and I was back on the road in under a half hour. Couldn't beat the price at 25 dollars.

From previous experience in purchasing a new vehicle I would be in the dealership 5 hours waiting for everything to be processed. At Klein, I walked out in less than an hour, picked up the new car, everything was done and all I had to do was sign and drive away. They took care of the trade-ins, insurance, OnStar transfer and setup. Even provided a loaner for me when I brought the vehicle back for additional features installed. Keep doing what your doing Josh E, Josh Y, Randal, Aaron and Rick...and Sonya as you made my experience wonderful.

Appointment was easy to make. They notified & reminded you of upcoming appointment, and kept it. Fast to finish, and very easy to work with. And was able to use my GM/Chevrolet Rewards, with no issues.

My experiences with Klein Automotive have always been totally positive! I bought my 2018 Silverado from an Appleton dealership. Moving to Bear Creek - I thought out of convenience, I might try Klein for service on that vehicle. It was a good move - their expertise equals that of the Appleton dealership

I went from making a phone call inquiry at 11am to purchasing a new vehicle by 6. Everyone we worked with was so helpful and nice. Extremely knowledgeable and made the entire experience easy. Which is a word I would not have ever used to explain car buying before this!

I just bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot from Klein. I had a great experience. Kurt and Aaron were awesome in helping me get the best deal on my vehicle. They were patient and willing to work with me, also gave me a far deal on my trade in. Even though I live 40 minutes from their dealership I will be going back to them for my next vehicle purchase in the future.Thank you again to everyone at Klein. Kevin B.

Overall a good experience purchasing a 2022 Chevy Bolt. The sales person I worked with Josh Effenberger was very knowledgeable about the car and moved the transaction along quickly. I would definitely recommend working with him. The financing agent kept pushing an extended warranty even after I said no. That's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

I brought my truck in to evaluate an engine issue. I was impressed with the written report I received explaining everything that would be needed to complete the repair. The report was very thorough and professional. All of my interactions with the competent staff were pleasant and they took the time to understand my concerns. I would recommend Kline Chevrolet and Buick to those desiring OEM repair of their vehicle.

My wife called me at work because her vehicle stalled and then wouldn t run properly. Being over an hour from home, we hoped to find a local shop to fix it up rather than try to tow it back. Within a few hours of calling Klein, the vehicle was diagnosed and repaired! She was back on the road and didn t even have to cancel her plans. I really appreciate how quick and accommodating Klein was. Thanks to Amanda in service for helping us coordinate the repair!

Had an awesome experience buying through Klein! It was my first car purchase and everything went very smoothly. They genuinely care about making your experience a good one and they never seemed pushy. They were always available to answer any of my questions at any time of day and Ben even followed up a week later to make sure that everything was going well with my car. Would definitely buy through them again. Thank you Ben and staff at Klein! I love my GMC Acadia :)

Our vehicle was totaled in an accident. We wanted to get another vehicle relatively quickly as we have a big family and needed to get people to work, school and appointments. We contacted the dealership and spoke with Randal who was able to provide us with vehicles of interest to us. We went and looked and worked with Brad. We test drove a new van very similar to what we had. It was a perfect fit. Brad answered questions, we filled out paperwork, everything was processed quickly. We picked it up at our convenience shortly after and Randal was awesome with the paperwork and Brad went through the vehicle nicely explaining all the updated features our old van did not have! Both responded quickly with any questions and everything has gone smooth! Thank you!

Awesome customer service here! I had an issue with the fuel in my car and these people treated me like gold. I was from out of town, they serviced my car and it has been perfect since! Thanks to Amanda for all of your support and helpfulness during this difficult situation. It's tough when a newer car lets you down while on vacation!

I went to Klein's to pick out a new vehicle and Kurt took the time to show me all the vehicles they had to offer. I really liked the Jeep and Kurt let me test drive a variety of Jeeps before I decided I really like the Cherokee. Before I even decided I wanted to lease the vehicle I did, Rick and Randal were working on getting me the best numbers possible. Everyone during the process was super friendly and the paperwork side of things with Randal went super smoothly. He explained everything to me until I was satisfied. My overall experience at Klein's has been exceptional. I will continue to service and get my vehicles from Klein's. Keep up the great work.

Fast to get my appointment scheduled. Did a great job fixing my truck at a reasonable cost. They also took care of the recall on the truck. Friendly and great at keeping in contact as the repairs were completed

In search of a dependable used vehicle for our teen we found cars at Klein's in excellent condition and with competitive prices. Our sales rep was excellent--not pushy but knowledgeable and a good listener. The actual sales process was easy. We didn't feel pressured as much as pursued and felt the final sale agreement was well within our expectations. Overall a comfortable experience. We would most certainly return to this dealership in the future.

Last week purchased a 2017 Traverse from Klein Chevrolet. Great experience! Spent lots of time with me test driving vehicles and answering lots of questions. Loved their approach - upfront, honest information without the "sales pitch". They had a well-rounded inventory of several different vehicles I wanted to it made sense to stop there first. Would highly recommend them!

Klein Auto had exactly the truck I was looking to find. The buying process was smooth and easy from start to finish. Their sales people are polite and very knowledgeable. We have had all of our vehicles serviced at Klein's for a long time. Klein Auto has always given top-notch service at a fair price.

Went vehicle shopping here with my mom! After the sales man Cody came out and answered all of our many questions and was so helpful, will definitely be doing my vehicle shopping here from now on! So friendly and helpful, answered questions completely and was not pushy just trying to make the sale. Excellent service!

All down hill after purchase.Sales staff friendly and quick to take your money, but when you have an issue with your brand new vehicle look out!Brought my new truck there to have some scratches taken out. Took 2 trips to them to get that correct to a satisfactory condition. Driving and hour each way to do so. Also need steering wheel alignment fixed. All they did was put it on the alignment rack and said it was within GM specs.Ok, why is the wheel offset? Is a crooked steering wheel acceptable by GM spec?Then somewhere along the line they damaged the interior of my brand new truck! When confronted I was told there was no way they could have done that. Well the gouge in the A pillar of my truck wasn t there when I dropped it off!After many months of trying to get these issues resolved, many non returned calls, basically ignored. I had to call Jason Klein myself and was told by him there s nothing we can do for you Basically go away So now I am left with a new truck that has a crooked steering wheel and damaged interior. That will all need to be fixed at my own cost.Unbelievable horrible service after you spend $40,000 on a new vehicle. I ve had better service at small used car dealers then I received from Klein!All those looking to purchase from the Klein s think twice. The friendly sales staff will lure you in, but it s all over after that.What a disappointment.
