Cody is not only a Nice person but a great salesman. Listening to me and not being pushy at all. He had my concerns checked out as promised and I picked my new to me truck up the next day. Went in with a battery drain issue on a recently purchased battery. They thoroughly checked everything out and could not identify a drain. As they were putting it all back together, they noticed the negative cable was a little loose and tightened that up. No problems since then. Worked on it for better than an hour for no charge! Thanks Klein s.

Brad Cupp is a great salesman! He is very knowledgeable on selling vehicles but is also willing to just shoot the $h!t for a bit and connect with his customers. He comes highly recommended from us!I'm a bit frustrated with service however. Recently, called to make the appointment, explained most issues in great detail to 1 service advisor - she even acted as if she was taking notes in great detail. Arrived the next day, spoke with a different service advisor and needed to explain everything all over again. And at one point, she got a bit snotty toward my husband.

Andrew and his team went above and beyond to get my car back in working shape. He also was able to find me a loaner vehicle to use while mine was in the collision center all complementary. The loaner vehicle was just an added bonus for how great the rest of the customer service was.

Our car buying experience at Klein Auto with Jim Huebner was no pressure, extremely informative. We looked at three different vehicles, even going to 2 other dealerships to look at other cars. But in the end came back to Klein and Jim to make the deal. Jim walked us thru everything, even in the end, walking us thru how to setting phone to auto answer in our newer car. Would definitely recommend Jeff and Klein's for any car needs.

After my valet service I stopped to drop off a coupon I had for my oil change. The girl at the counter was not nice at all and made me feel like an idiot. She didn t want to take my coupon because I didn t present my coupon prior to service. I couldn t because they picked up my car. She asked if it was in my car and I said yes but I hoped they wouldn t go looking through my stuff. Then she said she would honor the coupon just this one time!!!! She made me feel like I should kiss her feet when I wanted to rip up the coupon and tell her don t bother!!!

If I could give it a -1 stars I definitely would.Not a very good company to work with at allThe people that work there are very polite but sorry to say thats where it ends there are NO deals here. I get it they're in business to make money.I purchased a used vehicle and I had to put gas in it. The worst dealership I've ever did business with.

We purchased a 1 year old used vehicle from Klein. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Had the answers to all of our questions. Wanted some accessories installed and everything was on hand when we dropped the vehicle off. Only got one key when we took delivery of our vehicle. That issue has not yet been resolved, hence the 4 star rating.

I ve purchased a vehicle here . I purchased it with a warped rotor. I was told to keep driving it and it was normal for the brakes to feel this way from sitting in the lot. Unfortunately when I complained twice they finally told me to bring it in. They had their mechanic look at it. He says the front brakes are rusty and that s why it s shaking. Unfortunately he was wrong it was the rear. So they wanted to charge $500 some dollars for brakes and labor. Instead of making it right. Seems unreal considering how much we paid. 250$ in parts and about one hour of labor. But they couldn t cover it . I also live an hour and a half away. So I guess I never should ve went out of my way to get this. Because they clearly don t go out of their way to make it right.

First time I had repairs done here at kliens! And I have to say I am thurally impressed and very happy with the work that was done! The level of quality is a 9 out of 10. Fitment and gaps on the finished product were top notch. They did everything I ask and more. Thank you kliens auto body for a fantastic job!!!

Brad at Klein Chevrolet was outstanding. We live in MN and we found the Bolt EUV online in Clintonville, WI. Brad (sales) & Aaron (finance) provided prompt communication including all documents needed prior to our arrival. Brad sent the MyChevrolet app while we were enroute and verified it was working. Brad went farther than the extra mile. He went 30 extra miles! We were stuck 30 miles away waiting for a Lyft & Uber for over 2 hours and Brad came to the rescue and picked us up. Brad explained and taught us how to use the various systems. It was well worth traveling to WI to pick up our Bolt. It's the best dealer experience we have ever had. There is a great advantage to buying from a dealer in a small town who provides unbelievable customer service.

I went to get a new vehicle. They told me what I wanted to know about the vehicle and they didn't push me to buy it if it didn't work. They did their best to help me make a decision with loan places and they only ran the loan applications through if you say to which is nice. That way you don't have a bunch of inquiries on your credit report. All said in done it didn't work out and they excepted that and didn't push me to go through anymore of their loan places after I went to a couple of my banks.

I had scheduled an oil change, Mr. U the morning of picked up my truck from my residence and delivered it home at the end of the day. He goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. I highly recommend buying from him at Klein Clintonville.
