Clintonville Motors provided excellent recall service for my vehicle. They contacted me when the parts finally arrived from the manufacturer. It took a while because of shortages from Ford. The wait for the actual repairs was, however, brief. The lounge area was also clean and comfortable enough.

Overpriced Canadian Kia with no warranty. Unwilling to match other dealerships fair prices or give a free warranty to make up for the overpriced vehicle. I understand trying to make a good profit that s totally fine but trying to rob you is different.

I recently brought my explorer there. I had all the recalls, and an oil change done. They put regular oil in instead of the synthetic that I told them to, and they wouldn't rectify the issue without me just buying another oil change. I would have paid the difference, but im not paying them again for something that should have been different from the start. So I went to fleet and it looks like I'm fixing this issue on my own. They have good mechanics but I'll have a hard time going back because of the people doing customer service.

Very dishonest dealership. The owner- Ryon is also very difficult to work with. I will never take my business there and will be sure to advise anyone looking for a vehicle to stay away from here!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DISHONEST, ATTEMPTING TO SCAM CUSTOMERS, detailed below.On 9/16/23 my girlfriend and I drove here to look at 2020 Kia Telluride SX that was posted on the Clintonville Ford website with 40k miles for $41.495.00. Unfortunately we arrived late and could not test drive it but was able to acquire some paperwork from Ryon the president (owner). I told him I'd call Monday.One 9/18/23 I called and spoke to a salesman (Matt I believe), he made it seem as if Ryon had told us everything about this car and would not tell me if it had a warranty, him I told him we would be there in about an hour to test drive and look at the vehicle. My girlfriend and I being very interested took our 4 children and drove from Wausau to test drive the vehicle.When we arrived we were greeted by a salemen who gave us the keys. Ryon then came out, I asked him how he acquired the vehicle, he told us it was from an auto auction and that he 'Personally' bought it. I asked him if the vehicle was from Canada, and he told me that he had to check the title. (How would he not know if the vehicle was from Canada?)We took the vehicle on a test drive, it went fine, Ryon appraised are potential trade while we test drove the 2020 Telluride. After returning to the dealership, Ryon gave us a value for our trade-in (Roughly $1,000 less than another dealer in the area).We then asked Ryon about the Warranty on the Telluride, those who know anything about Kia know kia has very good warranties, 5year/60k mile basic warranty, and 10yr/100k mile powertrain warranty.After our test drive Ryon told us that the vehicle was from Canada.This means that the warranty which should be on this vehicle is voided, and that the vehicle is worth way less than it was being sold for.I told Ryon that this vehicle is now worth $35,000.00, because it contains no manufactures warranty, which means the KBB value is invalid, as it can not be used to value this vehicle. KBB is pricing these vehicles with "CLEAN" titles from the United States, which would mean this vehicle is required to have a US title initially and possess its warranty. This is a fact because other dealerships also purchase Canadian Kia Tellurides (WITH LESS MILES) and sell them for $35,000.00, and openly and honestly tell consumers there is no warranty and that the vehicle was orginially from Canada.A reputable Kia dealership very close to this one (unnamed) told me this is a COMMON SCAM non Kia dealerships try to pull off, they purchase Canadian Kias used, and then sell for the same value of the US Kia knowing the warranty is void, which really lowers their value. This is a scam, and the issue is its hard for the typical buyer to understand and know this. Kias specifically hold their value well due to their warranties.Ryon after being made aware of this expected us to pay $39,300 for a $35,000 vehicle and then buy an extended warranty. Which as I would imagine would have put us at $42,000. MSRP on a new Telluride of this model is $4,7000ish with AWD.As an honest buyer, I feel OBLIGATED to inform the public of this scam, and Ryon being the owner of this company should be OBLIGATED to make this information known to the PUBLIC. We are so disappointed in this, we wasted two hours of our life, we would have never even came here if we would have know it was a Canadian vehicle and that he wouldn't honor the actual price.The 2020 KIA TELLURIDE SX sitting in the lot here is worth only $35,000-$37,000. DO NOT GET SCAMMED. BUYER BEWAREThe other question I have is, what good reason would a FORD dealership be buying and selling used KIAs??? I fully believe Ryon was aware of this, instead he claims its because of COVID and because Canadas close, LOL what a JOKE!

We can't say enough about this dealership and its people! They are the "key" to a wonderful buying experience! Every aspect of our purchase from initial considerations, to our choice of vehicle and the information we needed to make an informed decision was TOP NOTCH! They become friends, not just partners in a business deal. That is why we bought five or six cars from them over these many years. You will never go wrong dealing with Clintonville Motors and its' fine people, like Ryon Kautz and Doug in the service department!

Ryan was great to deal with! We went in and he ordered the exact vehicle my husband wanted and got it price protected for us. 6 months later when we picked it up he was equally as nice and eager to work with us in the future. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle.

Update July 5th: Received a rebate from Ford for the extended wait time for the truck arrival based on a request from the dealership. In the mean time, the hybrid Maverick is a very enjoyable and impressive vehicle.Hard to give five stars, not because the dealership dropped the ball but because the Ford Motor Company let everyone down by not being prepared for the demand of a great product.

It took 2.5 hours to put 4 new tires on. Not happy. Could have been done in less than an hour. So we had to pay 2.5 hours service. We won't go back after this.. Had to be at work but didn't get there.

Service manager can't get off his chair and do his job. Heaven forbid he actually drives a customer's vehicle and identifies the problem himself. Now that the parts that you installed failed, you want me to pay out off pocket. Maybe instead of telling my warranty company that it has been tampered with before, you could just tell them the parts that are required to fix it, since there is a TSB on the exact problem that you apparently can't fix correctly and now have a that's good enough attitude. I could go on, but this will fall on deaf ears.

Called an hour after receiving a couple pictures about a truck I was interested in. Asked for a few more pictures of the frame and cab corners and said I'd be able to get in in a couple days. I then receive a call back saying the truck is sold. So I make first contact and they don't even have the decency to make a phone call. Horrible sales service and would never buy from them for this reason.

Called at 2:09pm to check availability of a car. No one available, said they'd call me back. 5:30pm no call back so I called again. After being interrogated the guy sends me to a very pleasant sounding woman. I gave her the stock number, she apologizes & tells me she just turned her computer off and the other guy is with someone, can he call me back. No. No he can't. If it's too inconvenient to help a customer I'll find a Ford store willing to do the absolute minimum and open their computer to tell me if the vehicle is there.Just... wow. This is how small dealers close up shop for good.

Picked up a bolt in right front tire on the hiway. Had to stop for repair. They fixed the tire only took an hour. They worked us into a brief opening in their full schedule. Thank you very much for helping us out.

Worst place to buy vehicle from ever, 12days to service a vehicle I drove 100miles off the lot, to run threw everything that wasn't listed, to haven to have them buy it back cuz they refused to fix the lemon, ended up out the money for registration, tax title, an the full tank of gas I dropped it off with, $155 for insurance, $600 out of pocket to not even have a single print up of what they working with or what they done

I recently bought my 2011 Mercury Mariner into Clintonville Motors, Inc. the local Ford dealer in Clintonville, WI to have them service my vehicle.After getting the car back, I took it for a ride and it sounded like it was only running on two cylinders!When driving to Cliintonville Ford, it felt like the serpentine belt was missing: the power steering wasn't working at all! When I got to the Ford dealer, I discovered the serpentine belt was indeed GONE!???
