They were so wonderful to us after my daughter was in an accident. They gave her a great deal on towing and storage. Steve went above and beyond to make my daughter feel better after a terrible crash. I highly recommend them!

We had to misfortune of getting Steve's as they were next on the list for a deer collision our staff had. They charged $800+ and $65 a day for vehicle storage. Tried to reason with him but he just laughed. They towed the vehicle less than 10 miles. The company we are sending to get it from La Crosse is charging $460 to go to Chippewa and bring it back. He is a price gouger, if you can avoid we would recommend it. Complete take advantage, should be ashamed.Service: Car towing

Tonight was the second time I had to deal with Steve. And it wasn't by my choice. I had not called him but he showed up anyway, I told him politely that I did not need nor did I want his services, he proceeded to ignore me and sat behind my truck when I told him that I had a tow service of my choice coming he told me that I had to pay him $25. For what he never did tell me, but because I had not been able to get any where to get cash I had called some one and when they went to pay Steve he turned around and charged them $150 for what? To just sit in front of my truck after I told him I did NOT want his services? How can it go from $25 to $150 with in 2 minutes when he didn't do any service, I do not know. I asked him for a receipt for proof of payment,he refused to give me one. I have yet to have a positive experience with this company. But yet I did not even call him . Sorry but I don't recommend this company.

I have a very tricky car when it comes to getting towed. Steve was amazing and dropped everything he was doing just to make sure that I didn't have any issues or get ripped off by someone else who probably doesn't know what to do. I won't use another tow company.

Answered the phone right away. I was in Baldwin and he got there in a mannerable time. He did an amazing job. Price was great as well. This past Wednesday we broke down at Hy-Vee in Eau Claire our car would not start the starter had gone out on it. I called all over to different towing companies and then out of the Clear Blue Sky Steve showed up and so I called them. All I can say is they were a lifesaver. They took our car from Hy-Vee in Eau Claire to a residence in Chippewa. Steve said it might be a while because they were busy, so I expected a good three four five hour wait but our Guardian Angel didn't take that long. If you need any help towing a car repairing a car whatever, Steve's Towing is the one that I would suggest. After a couple weeks of nothing but bad news, he got it over there in short order and we got it fixed. You were our Guardian angels, when we needed one and they treated us with great respect which is something that's hard to find anymore. All I can say is Steve you and your company and your wife, thank you very much and I hope you have a very merry and blessed ChristmasService: Car towing

I got towed 2 hrs and 16min away..... Car and trailer. For $750 I would do it again in a heartbeat. The staff, the quality of service that was given, makes it worth that price.

Told me he d be here within 2 hours and was! Showed up and had my car gone in minutes.Able to use my card with no issues!Asked him to take it farm and fleet and out the keys in the cup holder and he texted me when he did just that.5/5 definitely recommend.Other place I called in the area wanted to charge me $150. Steve only charged me $85.Thank you!

Backed my vehicle down a ditch area but dropped over a small culvert. Steve came right away and had me out in no time. Was super nice and professional. Very reasonable and has to be the best towing service I have ever used in my lifetime of 74 years.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I was stuck in the mud, and Steve pulled me out. He was professional, quick, and made sure to take the steps necessary to ensure there was no damage to my vehicle. The service was also VERY reasonably priced. I was a very satisfied customer!

I went into the ditch after swerving to avoid an erratic semi, and I was in panic mode. AAA said it would take up to three hours, so I called Steve. He was out there within 44 minutes and was VERY reasonably priced. The kindness he and his wife showed was extremely appreciated and helped calm me greatly. I recommend him to anyone in the area!

I found myself stranded on the side of the highway with a burned up wheel bearing on my trailer. It was late on a Sunday afternoon so there weren't a lot of options .I called Steve's Towing and he responded promptly. Having worked in the Towing and Recovery business for over 30 years, i know what it's like to be expected to take a quarter of a milliondallar truck out and be expected to "play in traffic". The next day when I came to pickup my trailer I was astounded by the price! I would have expected it would have been much more, especially for the level of care he took in hauling my extremely wide trailer. If anybody thinks this guy is a "scammer", perhaps they need to take a good hard look in the mirror. I will continue to tell all my friends and family what terrific service I received from Steve's Towing and Hauling.Service: Special vehicle towing

Great service! They were busy when I called but still got me in. Being a young gal who has never needed to call a tow before, I wasn t quite sure how it worked, but Steve was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions.

Steve and his wife jumpstarted our car on Sunday night after skating at Riverfront Park at no charge. He refused payment. Even during the Packer game. My boys and I are so very grateful. Their kindness has inspired us to pay this gift of service forward.

Came very quickly after I fell into a ditch. But explaining how it was such hard work and how he charges by how hard he worked to get my car out was not a good excuse for paying $500 for the tow! I was so mind blown!! Also charged another 100 to get it from Hallie to Ec I was so irritated. And get this I work grave yard shift and the business is open 24 hours, but when he came he was so annoyed and irritated.... okay so why have a 24 hour business if u don t want to work at 10pm? Overall thanks for saving me and my car but the price just didn t satisfy me. Would ve been fine paying 200-300 but wow 500!!

Our van was completely dead at a friends house, but we had to leave it overnight. I worked the next day, so my wife had to handle the tow and repairs. Every place she called said alternator, so she got an appointment set at the dealership. She called Steve's, and he came and checked the alternator and it was fine. He jumped her and told her she just needed a new battery. The van died again at O'Reilly, so he came back. When the O'Reilly salesman tried to nickel & dime my wife, Steve told them where to stick it, and took her to Advance Auto where he made sure they treated her right with the new battery. The process was made much less stressful, and she insisted I write this review for her as a small token of gratitude. Thank you for looking out for someone who could've been taken advantage of

Got me out of a ditch after I slipped and hit a guard rail trying to get on the highway. He was very pleasant to talk to and helped me understand what I needed to do insurance wise as this was my first time having to go through that process.
