Definitely my first call going forward. We have had them work on a couple vehicles for us and they've always been great. They can get busy tho, so we've tried other places and even *ugh* dealerships but I always leave this place feeling a little better about my experience than I have at other places. It's nice to have this place right downtown, too.

1 star because I got $400 back but...Took a car in for what seemed to be transmission related issues. They gave us a new battery and all was good. Week later, breaks down again...Same reason...bring it in again...they charge us $500+ for a couple sensors and says it works... bring it home... boom broke again but worse. I call them to tell them that I would like a refund since i have paid $900+ and now the car cant leave the drive wait. They say I need to wait another month for them to look at it again for a refund. Fine. I wait. Now the car cant make it to the shop without a tow. I call them to tell them they need it towed and they tell me they dont do transmission work. Everyone is out for money.

My family has been going to the muffler shop forever and we always have absolutely fantastic experiences. Joe and his men are knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. The prices are very affordable and honest and I feel so comfortable going there to get my car fixed, get it checked out, and get an oil change. I recently had my oil changed at one of the major car dealers in the area and they informed me that the flex pipe mesh connecting the tail pipes was damaged and suggested that I take the vehicle to their service department to have it repaired. I decided not to do that and instead called the Muffler Shop. The person I talked to said to just stop by sometime and they would take a look at it. When I got there all the bays were full, but they backed out one of the vehicles they were working on and brought mine in. We looked at the damaged mesh together and he told me that it was not necessary to have it fixed. I thanked him and offered to compensate him for the time he spent but he declined to take anything. I highly recommend this very honest and accommodating business.Service: Exhaust

Very straightforward and great customer service, worked with my schedule and made sure I understood what needs to be done for my car going back soon to get the repairsEdit: got the repairs and took it to some of my favorite car guys to look at and they had nothing but good things to say about the work the muffler shop crew did. My car also works 10x better than it did before which is amazing!

Very helpful and very reasonable (affordable) prices. These guys do great work and wont steer you wrong! Very fast service, they were booked out for 2 weeks but had my car back to me the next day after my appointment. We thought our car needed a completely new muffler and expected to pay at least $500 to get it fixed. After only a few hours, we received a call telling us that it was actually just a small hole that needed mending. We were able to pick up the car that afternoon, and the cost was less than a third of what we expected.I will definitely be letting others know that this shop is worth going to for muffler repairs.

If you live in the Chippewa Valley, this is the place to get your car repairs.Updated 3/11/24:Joe and his team delivered great service once again by replacing sensors in the bumper of my Yukon. I will reiterate on my previous comment, if you live in the Chippewa Valley or surrounding areas, this is where you should be getting your car repaired!

These guys are awesome! Honest as the day is long. They really know their stuff and super fair pricing. I was recently burned by a different auto shop, so a friend recommended I go to the Muffler Shop. I was so impressed with their work ethic, their honesty, and their prices. They ll definitely be getting more of my business in the future and I d recommend them to anyone!

These guys are very good to deal with. The owner is polite and respectful and will take time to explain things and accommodate input. Pricing is very reasonable and I've never had to wonder if they're being completely honest. Highly recommend for whatever you need done.

Wouldn't quote simple tail pipes over phone then started talking about how booked out they are. Never trust a business not willing to qoute.

Great group of people that run this shop! Looked at my vehicle for free and even lifted it on the lift and didn't just "look" at it but told me exactly what was wrong. Gave me a reasonable and honest quote and was able to get me in the next day! Price was about 1/3 of what I was being quoted anywhere else . 10/10 would recommend!!!

I ve been taking my 2010 Subaru Forester here for service since 2011 and have always been satisfied - brakes, head gaskets and exhaust work. They have done great work at fair prices.A couple of weeks ago the fan for my interior heat stopped working. No heat in winter just doesn t cut it in Wisconsin. Hoping it was a simple fix, I checked the fuses to the blower (fan) motor and they were ok. So I brought my car to here to replace the blower motor. Estimated cost - over $350. The work was scheduled to be done this afternoon. About 9:30 this morning they called and said my car was ready. Done early!When I arrived to pick up the car the bill was only $97.50. The manager told me they had installed the new blower but it still didn t work. Then they checked the fuses and found a bad one, not the one the owners manual indicated was connected to the fan, a different one than the fuses I had checked. After replacing that fuse, the new blower worked.Realizing the blown fuse was the cause of the problem they un-installed the NEW blower motor and reinstalled the OLD one. It was now working just fine.The new motor was returned for credit so their thoroughness and HONESTY saved me over $150.Services: Exhaust, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

Very experienced and kind people, prices ain't too shabby either. Would definitely recommend! They take time to not only fix what is wrong but also do thorough checks on the whole vehicle as they work. I will be a repeat customer.

Great people and ownership with awesome customer service. They're honest and go above and beyond when it comes to talking care of you. Brought my car in for some maintenance as well as some issues. It was done a day later for half what I was expecting.Can't recommend them enough in the future!

These guys are awesome! I brought my truck here a year ago and had full exhaust bent. They did a very good job and the price was very reasonable! After hearing what other places have charged people I would definitely come back!

These guys should be called the muffler wizards cause they got some mad skills! But seriously, although they were quite busy and had futz around with COVID-19 protocols, they fixed my hack-job and did it right. Based on other reviews I trusted they would know what the best mating system would be and were able to relive some tension on my y-pipe and perfectly center my dual muffler tips. No leaks and a return of power was quickly noted. Competitive yet affordable pricing, great welds and all-around nice hard working staff. Highly recommend.

These people are great at what they do, and they are fair. I set up an appointment for something that was annoying me. The guy told me that most people ignore that issue...even though it meant he co ui led end up losing the money. It is refreshing to see honest and fair car people.

We are from Minnesota and had a problem with our exhaust. Called them and they said bring it right over so they could take a look. Got there, they pulled it in fixed it up and we were on out way again. You don't get this kind of service very often and the price was amazin!! You don't get this kind of service nowadays!!

I've gone to muffler shop since I was 18. I've had many things worked on there. Reasonably priced and have never had an issue. Would definitely recommend
