Way over priced! $65 to change & balance 2 tires! I even carried the wheels & tires in and they didn't have to tie up a stall or lift for me. My business will go elsewhere.

Highly recommend. Decent prices. Very nice staffing and mechanics. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond without extra charge and also got done faster than quoted. Very satisfied customer and will be returning.

Can't say enough good things about this shop. Unknowingly ran over a screw driver east of Lake Wissota at 11:00 AM. By 2:45 PM I was driving away with my tire repaired.Great customer service and reasonable price.Highly recommend.

Great, efficient, speedy and affordable service! Dan in the service center is extremely proficient and the well-organized system at Martell's is greatly appreciated. I can't thank the crew there enough for getting me in and out in a day and not breaking the bank. Martell's is definitely my go-to mechanic from now on. Thanks again guys!

Brought my jeep in for a oil change and tire rotation plus check out a fuel problem, the mechanic that worked on my jeep never spoke to me about my jeeps fuel problem and I had to find out on the receipt that my brakes were only 30% good, oil change and tire rotation was $20 higher then goulets not going back there

We are so lucky to have a reliable and honest tire place in Chippewa Falls. Martells has taken care of my family for years and I wouldn t recommend anyone else. I even tell my friends from Eau Claire to come to Chippewa to see them!

Was able to get 4 new tires in on short notice when I had a flat and needed the car for the weekend. Good prices and friendly customer service. Rims were a little dirty when I got the car back tho. Could've wiped them clean after they finished the work.

Helped out my wife quickly and reasonably when she rolled in with a flat. So I decided to come here when my lifted truck needed wheels mounted, balanced, and an aligned. After bad luck at previous shops with alignments it is nice to know that they guys can get it done and done correctly!

My car broke down in Chippewa Falls on a Friday afternoon, and Martell's Tire and Auto were very helpful and made sure to fix the problem so I could get back on the road. Very good service, reasonable prices, and they fit me in to their schedule. Did a great job, very quick, and was cheaper than expected. Thanks again!

Great service. We had summer performance tires on our Audi and Dave took the time to explain to me the advantage of using a different size winter tire and new rim as opposed to just putting on an all season tire. Dave then did the research to ensure we had the correct set of winter tires and rims. The other tire places did not make any effort to make sure I had the correct tires for winter driving and would have just sold me an all season tire. The tires and rims that Dave sourced were similar in price to a set of all season tires which would not have been a good winter fit and were not rated as high as the original OEM tires. Thank you Martell Tire!!

Excellent service! My family and I were passing through the US going back to Canada when we heard a grinding noise in the rear brakes. We made several calls and Martell Tire & Auto Service was able to fit us into a morning appointment the next day, while other repair shops in the area were not able to book us in for at least a week. I dropped off the vehicle in the morning and I waited in the clean and comfortable shop with complementary wi-fi, while I completed some work. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. We left Chippewa Falls that afternoon and arrived home safely. Thank you Gentlemen!

Recommended Martell to a loved one due to high reviews and me being busy. Unfortunately they did not use the correct filter and oil for her oil change, she specified full synthetic and a synthetic filter. What was used was a cheap conventional filter and what I have to assume was cheap conventional oil. She was charged a higher rate for the full synthetic oil change and never got what she paid for. Dishonest in little, dishonest in much.

I was passing through the area and picked up a screw in my tire. They were able to fit me in and get me back on the road within an hour. I can't thank them enough!

They did it again. The first time they fixed a tire leak while I ate lunch at a downtown deli. 30 minutes, leak was fixed!!***Last week the tread came off my old boat trailer's tire. I called while I was on the highway and as I limped it into Martell's they were already coming out to my trailer. When I got into the building the old, bald tire was already off the trailer. 20 minutes later I drove out with two new tires!!***Incredible customer service at a great price!***Thank you again Martell Tire!

I have an old car, which naturally means a lot of its parts are wearing out. I've taken it to Martell for just about every repair/part replacement over the past year or so, and they have always been informative with their diagnostics, more than fair with their pricing (especially labor charges), and have never pushed me to make any unnecessary repairs. They've earned my business by doing quality work at reasonable prices.

Had a sheet metal screw in my tire. They were recommended by the campground we were staying at. Pulled in and got it fixed in 20 minutes. Great service!

Martell has a great staff that provided an additional level of service and value one cannot find at other service centers - experience and care.Pricing is always competitive on standard services and will be similar no matter where you go; but they provided the best value by taking the time to help diagnose a vibration they didn't make money on - which other service shops would want to throw parts at to make money on rather than problem-solving with knowledge from experience.Coming from someone who does most of his maintenance and repairs himself, schedule here first, and take advantage of the added value and location. It's right next to a grocery store, hardware store, and many local eateries in Downtown Chippewa.

Had issues with my car shortly after Christmas and needed it to be in working order by Monday to get back home. They got my car in, diagnosed it and got it back to me on Friday afternoon. Price was reasonable and work was efficient.
