Unusable for tall vehicles what so ever, nothing over 70 will be able to be washed

The techs are friendly, courteous, and efficient. They are very thorough and make me aware of up coming repairs to expect, even if it is a service they can not provide.

Went to boat location "techs" tried telling me I needed other fluids changed just had done a reputable shop 3 months ago showed me dark fluids checked at home fluids weren't dark. Just trying to sell me things I didn't need. Techs were very rude and unprofessional would never recommend using this location ever again. Guess there's a reason they're not mechanic's. Honesty isn't a quality in the 3 working at the time.Service: Oil change

Oil change goes as expected. Good quality oil but they don't seem to be the sharpest tools in the shed as to how when and why tire rotations are needed granted my lug nuts were a little shot. Easy fix. Have a parts store. Run some new ones over and get her done.

It is better than Grease Monkeys and Holiday car washes but nothing sets it apart from any other car washes. Prices are comparable to other local car washes as well.

Good place for an oil change reasonable prices and mention possible things that needed to be taken care of. No waiting or appointment needed, the waiting room is neat with tv to watch too.

Stopped to get an oil change in my company vehicle and waited 10 minutes. Nobody showed up. I finally left and drove around the building and they were in the other side smoking cigarettes. That's great service alright.

Staff is friendly, service is fairly quick. I was pretty impressed with the service staff that worked on our car. My only criticism is that a short line can end up being a fairly long wait with the additional services available. And if you happen to get stuck in the middle of the line and change your mind about waiting, there's no way to leave the line without getting everyone in front or behind you to move.

A few weeks ago I went in about 900 miles early for an oil change. They told me I was early, checked it, and said I was good for another 3000 miles. My sticker had been filled out incorrectly. I then asked about a minor issue I had with my tire pressure sensor. They asked a couple questions and quickly had the answer: I just needed the sensors reset. They did it, explained it to me, refused to charge me, and saved me the $100 the dealership was going to charge. Today I called because I had another light come on. The guy on the phone was incredibly informative, told me he had seen the problem a million times, and that while I would need to get it fixed, it wasnt urgent if money was an issue (which it is). He was so nice and helpful, I just had to pay them back in whatever way I could. Thanks guys

Good car wash, price is average for area, but no customer service if something goes wrong. I called and suggested addressing this after I had a bad experience.

I was in today for an oil change at you Chippewa Falls location, and had a few problems with technician Daniel . When I arrived the process started out as expected, went through the options for oil and the benefits of each. I selected the $52.99 option. After a few minutes Daniel made it aware that my tires needed to be rotated. I passed on the service but instead of moving on Daniel kept pushing that they needed to be done. Each time I said thanks but not today. Daniel asked four times about the tires. Once was enough. Daniel came back showing me that the differential fluids needed to be replaced as well. I thanked him for letting me know but passed on the service today. Daniel at the computer stand talking to me but not facing me rambled on how it (the differential) needs to get done. I again noted that I understood but was passing today. Daniel writing something on a piece of paper then showing another technician got upset that his pen stopped working so he chucked the pen against the wall. As he walked away under his voice, you need to get that done . Thanks, I know you have told me three times. Daniel now walking back to the computer area You can turn on the car now! . I did not hear him the first time he said it so he thought he need to yell it at me? Then yells Ok turn it off! . Walks up to my window and takes my credit card. Comes back with a paper receipt, hands me the receipt and puts down my hood. Daniel walks to the corner where there is a sink. He begins to wash his hands then looks over at me and said You can go! .So a couple of things here. No thank you when paying. On the invoice it says he checked my lights (bulbs) but he never asked me to turn my lights on or do a right or left blinker check. The invoice says he reset the oil light; nope. I did that. Daniel undid the snaps to air filter but never looked at the filter. I got home and checked myself and its grey in color, so obviously needs to be changed.Daniel was either yelling at me or being so passive aggressive that I did not know what to do. Horrible service from the upper technician.Service: Oil change

Fast and efficient service, but are always trying to up-sell other services that may not be necessary. As long as you know what you need, you can get in and out quick. Check for coupons!

Ok you guys, I came here while feeling super spacey and out of it after an exhausting work week. This errand was off to a rough start when I entered through the wrong driveway and walked up to an "employees only" door. Feeling dumb, I got back in my car and found the "fast oil change" entrance, which had a huge sign, visible from quite a distance.The gentleman that greeted me (there's no way he didn't see me walking around like a tired, lost puppy) was super upbeat and helpful. He acted like my dumb, spacey questions were normal and was extremely polite.Best customer service I have ever had from any establishment.

I have been here several times and the service is always friendly. The only bad thing is that on a few occasions I have had to wait for almost 2 hours in line. During my wait I see employees periodically standing around and talking to each other. I am very upset about having to wait so long for a 10 minute oil change. It just might be enough for me to find another place to take my car.

Number one shop stop along 29! We had a mangled splash shield hanging down off our civic, and they pulled it off for us free of charge in about 2 minutes! Super helpful, really nice people, will definitely stop again if we need to!

Had another satisfying lube job at Markquart Lube-N-Wash today! I was at the Oakwood Mall location for today. The manager there, Chris Vall, is outstanding! He took a picture of what I needed to have done so I would have a record of it. I was really impressed when I found out it was something that needed to be done but wasn't a service his place even provided. He wanted to bring it to my attention so I could have it looked at with my regular mechanic and get it fixed. He ALWAYS lets me know what needs to be done. but rather than say get it all done, he points out items that need to be done with the highest priority and which items can be let go for future work. The waiting area was very clean and the fresh popcorn sure helped my mood as well. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, a real joy to work with. I will definitely be going back to see Chris for all my future lube needs both today and in the future!

If anyone is wondering if the new 2020 Dually fit in this car wash they do, we just took out 2020 GMC dually through it. We took a chance since they are about 4 inches longer.

Have been waiting in line for 45 minutes with only two cars currently in the two bays. Very slow service for a simple oil change

Tried to tell me my cabin air filter was missing. My car doesn't have one, I figured out after some research. Plus wasn't offered a car wash. Not impressed.

Simple oil change and they suggested $1800 in other service not needed. 2 shops said suggested work was not needed.
