Such kind staff, someone Anwsered the phone at around 4:55 p.m today and we were able to get a battery last minute they are so kind highly recommend.

Very professional, very courteous and friendly. Only one complaint.Wish when I called they would have told me they would install the battery. Guess I should've asked, but first time doing buisinness with these folks. Otherwise wonderful service. Look forward to doing buisinness with them again.

UPDATE-3 deep cell batteries had to be replaced(free under warranty). Bought batteries over phone and picked up the next day. Great service!

Substandard batteries. Bought 7 new batteries 2.5 years ago and this year (just out of warranty) not one of my Diesel trucks or equipment started in the cold... crank for 30 seconds then dead. I will never buy another Interstate in my life. I dont know what changed in the manufacturing or whatever but Interstate is earning a bad name all over with Diesel truck owners and equipment operators.
