The crew at Gas Monkey are knowledgeable and honest. I upgraded to a top line full synthetic and didn't realize you can put a lot more miles on before having to change my oil. So, I drove down 45 min to the shop when my change oil soon came on in the truck. The crew was honest and told me I had about 3000 miles left to go instead of charging me and changing the oil early.I have never had an issue with the quality work they do. No leaking oil or loose filters as I've had at other shops. I highly recommend it. Great job Gas Monkey crew! I will continue to travel to have a trusted bunch do the work. Thank you

Came in for an oil change just before a holiday weekend. My oil light had come on halfway through my trip and I was worried about getting home safely. The folks there changed my oil quicky and were very kind.

Man I love this business. The team are very polite and respectful. I was recognized as a repeat customer and truly felt comfortable with everyone. No over inflated prices, straight forward prices. Also they ensured my military service was recognized by giving me a Military discount. Top notch service team!

I was overcharged, as well as not informed that 12/25 nuts were either broken or not replaced after an oil change. The remaining 13 nuts were very damaged and unusable. They should have mentioned this while I was there.

It was ok. A lot more expensive than i remember it being the last time. It seems like a standard oil change should not be over $50.** Your competitors (Woodmans and Walmart) in the area are currently doing oil changes for under $40. Not $65. So, while your establishment may be closer, I'd prefer to drive the extra 10 miles and save $30 dollars.

Friendly. Fast. Gave me first responder discount with ID. Tho I did have to ask them check tire pressure. they did not top off washer fluid.Over all. I will keep coming back. Car wash is broken at this time.

I always get good service here. I can't imagine going anywhere else. They're fair, kind and professional. I would recommend 10/10 for sure. I won't go anywhere else!

Bo and Jordan were so nice. My serpentine belt and tensioner needed to be replaced and it took longer than they expected. But I didn t mind because they made sure everything was done correctly before I left. Highly recommend these two to gentlemen!!!

The gentlemen were very informational and were able to have a sense of humor which is what I like to see. Also they didn't have my oil filter so they went to advanced auto to get one and also gave me a discount.Thank you Gentlemen

The only reason this is not a 5-star review is because this is my first time using them. The workers were very friendly and knowledgeable. I went with a standard oil change and it was done quickly and efficiently. I was willing to go with the more expensive change but due to my low mileage they said it wasn't really needed and I appreciate that.Service: Oil change

This place is a joke. These quick lube oil changes are a fairly expensive 10 minute service and the technicians at this location check off multiple services that have not been performed. I've also been turned away multiple times for various reasons. Today, at 10:30 A.M, was because a technician was leaving and there would only be one technician left. I drove away and found the inspiration to do it by myself at home, even as an untrained non-technician without a pit.
