Jake is Amazing! I was in Chippewa Falls for my sons hockey game and hour away from home. My car started making a loud noise and my battery light came on and my car went into battery saver mode and I knew I was in trouble. I looked for shops nearby not thinking anything would actually be open on a Sunday but complete auto was open and answered! Jake agreed to look at my car so I drove there and he quickly diagnosed and had a quote for me. I decided to leave my car for him to repair and he even kindly gave me a ride back the the ice rink. Jake only works by appointment but he squeezed my repairs in and had my car ready two days later. Jake was very reasonable and kept me updated. I highly recommend him.

Jake has worked on my vehicles for several years now! He has always been professional, hard working, timely, flexible and trustworthy. If I ever have a question, he is willing to talk me through it and help me understand what is going on with my vehicle. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for quality service to go to him!

Awesome shop! I m extremely impressed with Jake; he answered all my questions in a timely manner. He is a very good mechanic who is honest and won t give you the run-around. I already scheduled another date to get my car back in with him to clear some dash lights up. I d give it 10 stars if I could!

Called on a Saturday and Jake was able to fix my heater. Thought it was the blower motor. Turns out it was the wiring that needed to be rewired to the resistor. He was very professional, courteous, honest and hard working. Highly recommend Jake for anything and will definitely call him for any more repairs.

Jake has worked on all of my vehicles. He was able to diagnose and fix issues that multiple other shops kept misdiagnosing. He is a very skilled and talented mechanic. I would definitely recommend complete auto repair to all of my friends and family!

I had a wonderful experience. Jake answered any questions I had. He kept me up to date about my car and made sure it was in tip top shape. As a woman, I have reservations about taking my car somewhere to get it fixed because of past experiences. He was very kind and didn t belittle me for asking questions. Very reasonably priced and trustworthy. I will be going here for all of my repairs.

Took my vehicle in assuming there was a problem with the power steering pump.Turns out it was just a leak in the hose.Appreciated the honest work done by Jake and how quick he was able to diagnose and fix the issue.Had me out of there quickly.Excellent service and I would highly recommend.

The service was great! The mechanic was timely. At first the mechanic thought it was the tensioner and then realized it was the AC unit that needed to be replaced along with the pulley. His suggestion was to just replace the AC unit. It saved me a lot of money and I haven t had any problems since.

Was locked out of my vehicle I called and they were Very professional, arrived very quickly (even faster than the estimated time) and the best part the cost far out beat the competition. I will definitely call them next time I need any services. Thank you for you help Jacob-Miranda
