I am very thankful for Scott for coming out at about 0200 to help me out of a major tire blow up. I was on a county road. Amazing fast service. Highly recommend.

I was at a doctor appointment in Manitowoc and my explorer decided it didn't want to start when it was time to leave. My mechanic back in Chilton recommended Scott's and they did not disappoint! Answered right away, super friendly! I got a ride home and Scott handled getting my car to the shop! Great experience and would definitely use again if I ever find myself needing a tow! Also pleasantly surprised by the very reasonable price!

I was driving from Madison to Manitowoc for work and ended up driving through the New Holstein area. Lucky me, the one day I had to drive through, a big snow storm hit. My car is pretty good for driving in the city, but not so great for driving in poor weather. Long story short, I got stuck. Scott s showed up in a matter of minutes and was able to pull me out of the snow AND brought my car further along until we were on a clear road so that my car could keep on driving. The man who helped me was super nice and made me feel way less anxious about being stuck in the middle of nowhere! Payment was easy and pretty reasonable considering how much some tow companies charge nowadays. I hope to never have to work with them again (because who would want their car to get stuck or break down?), but I sure am glad that they were there to help out when I needed it!

What to do when you are locked out of your vehicle? Call Scott s! It was a school morning and I was in need of a quick unlock when I couldn t find my keys! They came quick and got me into my vehicle (even though it turned out one of my toddlers had hidden my keys ). Thank you Scott s towing for being quick, reliable and understanding!

Helped us get winched out of a ditch where our truck was almost completely covered in snow! Made the whole situation go smooth and got it out like nothing! Was very nice! Highly recommend!! Definitely knows what he is doing!

Called my auto repair shop (J&J) and asked who they recommended as I had to bring my Explorer in for a blown water pump and it was on the side of the road. They recommended Scott s Towing and Recovery, so I made the call. They were SUPER friendly, and immediately came to get my truck off the side of hwy 10. Plus unlike the last towing company I had used after my accident, they didn t charge an arm and a leg! My driver was wonderful and super wholesome. I was told I could go home and just leave my vehicle and he would take care of it and get my truck to its destination. He called me the next day to receive payment instead of calling late in the evening, which definitely makes me feel like he is not in it for money, but in it to service us as people in our time of need. 100% recommend Scott s towing. I picked my wife up at work nearby at 6am. My car decided at that point to rust out and collapse in the rear making it useless and undriveable. I didn't know who to call at that hour + not knowing the area too well. I found Scott and he came and towed my car away. Later that day he informed me the car needed to be junked. Scott was very courteous, compassionate, and very patient as i worked on my end to resolve the situation. Never had a better experience with a tow or mechanic of any kind. Friends car was towed in over the weekend, I called on Sunday to make sure it was there and what not, kind of figuring the office was closed. No answer, but Scott called me back within 5 minutes (expecting a tow call) I felt bad because I was just calling to find a car lol but Scott was so polite called back today (Monday) and made a flawless transaction. Scotts towing is very kind and easy to work with! Would definitely recommend for any services needed! It's never a good spot if you're being towed but Scott's makes it a little more pleasant with being so kind.

Where to start?!? What an amazing team Scott's Towing is! I hit a massive buck Saturday night, took out my front end. The officer had Scott's there within 25 minutes! From the first meeting, a young man. Who had the biggest smile and the most kindness attitude! The Communication, after days to come have been so heartfelt and such great humor. I really do appreciate them a lot! Definitely will be using them again!

We buried a truck in a corn field while trying to dump a load of manure on soft ground. I called Scott, who came out even though it was getting dark soon and freezing out to help us. He was extremely nice and helped us out in a very timely manor.. we were out in a short amount of time. His prices are the best around, I am extremely grateful that he was available to help. We had foster kids and grandkids all at Pollys Pumpkin patch and of course I would get a flat tire. Of course my spare tire would also be flat, and of course it would be raining. Scott's towing to the rescue! Not only did they help graciously but they assisted in getting me into Pat's tires (who fit me in for 2 new tires after they were closed for the day)! I cannot recommend Scott's towing and staff enough! They are kind, helpful and my heroes!

Scott was very accommodating and courteous in helping get my vehicle towed to the service center for repair. Even sent me a text while I was at work confirming he had picked up my vehicle and delivered it to the service center. Would definitely recommend without ever meeting him!

Scott s are such a reliable company! Our car decided not to start 30 miles away from home and needed to tow it to the mechanic, they gave me his reference and I called not too early thinking that they might not be available to pick it up the same day, but they did! When he called me I was so happy to hear that it was already at the shop. Thanks again for the great service!

I was stranded in the middle of nowhere and called at least 5 different places and he was the only one to come out to help me. He was very kind and got me up and running in about 10 mins I am very grateful that he came and helped me other wise I would still be stuck. THANK YOU

Very quick response time, very accommodating on transporting our vehicle and all passengers to the shop for a loaner vehicle and repair. Very friendly service. Awesome, awesome, awesome! We had our Jeep die in the middle of school drop off in the parking lot in Brillion. We called Scott and he came out right away, picked us up and towed us directly to the repair shop in Chilton. Great customer service, affordable, and couldn't have been happier with our experience. Highly recommend!
