This place is the best. Walked in very confused about whether I'd be able to change my headlights on my own, and the young man working came and checked, then found the replacements, installed them while teaching me how to reach it, and disposed of the old ones. In ten minutes I went from nervous, and no working headlights, to a fixed problem. Simple, but the customer service made my day.

They let customers sit and wait for assistance while thier in the back doing nothing. The service can be a lot better here and I was on a time limit totally out of my control. I wasn't rude but if u ask my real opinion of Tha place that's just wat it is

They didn't have what I was looking for but that's ok not their fault they could have special ordered it for but I needed it that day and I was able to find it elsewhere...

Great place. Don't know about other locations but the staff here is knowledgeable, friendly, and definitely willing to help. Even helped with some unconventional solutions to problems before. They offer specialized tool rentals as well. Prices aren't bad. If you buy the power torque brand tools they will replace it in store. Walk in with broken tool and walked out with a replacement. Great stuff.

Have been in here a couple times and the guys working have helped me out and gotten me what i need but i just called today to ask if they carry a xenon headlight. After the store answered i was greeted rudely by what sounded like a young lady who told me she was on the other line and put me on hold right away then after giving her the model number and a description of what the headlight looks like, she put me on hold again to check of they have it as i am on hold i hear what sounds like an older lady bellowing about how no head lights come with wire connectors attacted to the bulb as i am holding the bulb in my had that has two wires connected then after explaining these bulbs have wire connectors to connect to the ballast i was told they carry nothing like it. Would have given 4 stars or not even felt the need to write a review if i did not hear that in the backround of my call being on hold if i could post a picture of the headlight im talking about on this review i would just to show what im talking about its a xenon bulb with the model number 9006d and under it it is jcjl142 i called on 2/2/19 at 1:30 pm

The gentleman that we're working there today which is Sunday did not have a clue what was going on. I called the store in Appleton and they gave me the part numbers and I gave the part numbers to the men there. The kid didn't even have a clue that they had this product.

Super friendly staff. Parts and supplies are more expensive then what you can find online. Has a very good military/veteran discount.

Constantly giving me the wrong parts and having to correct the staff. Very unknowlageable people working there and non impressive service.

Everyone that is working when I go in is extremely slow. Last time I was in I waited in line over 10 minutes while one guy was wiping down a rack and would not help. I left and took my business elsewhere

Like going there for parts. The place they get there paint made from that you have to have made by that place needs to be looked at though.
