They have little regard for the environment as is evidenced by their winter parking lot maintenance. This place is routinely massively oversalted. With the exception of the equally disgusting Dunkin' Donuts and the Starbucks building down the road, none of their neighbors resort to this level of irresponsibility as it pertains to salt use. All of the unnecessary salt that is needlessly dumped on their property ends up in our drinking water, all of it. While it is true that they can do as they wish on their property, the salt does not stay on said property. It is our water and we have the right to protect it. More salt does not equal more safe and they could easily tell their contractor to knock it off, but they choose not to. Also, they don't do emissions testing anymore.

I went to this Take 5 station to get an oil change. Not only was it almost double the price of what the Honda Dealership was charging...but the mechanic was unable to appropriately fasten my splash plate (I believe that's what it's called) back afterwards. It looks like they tried using zip ties to put it back together...and it's been scraping against the interstate as I drive. I will not be coming back here again.

They were fairly busy, but they were calm, kept communicating with me & were efficient but not rushed. Great service & friendly. They work hard but & do a nice job.

Didn't have the oil filter needed for my car in stock. Had to drive to a different shop to get service done. ( 2013 Chevy Impala) isnt a rare car imo..

Went to get an oil change and they did not replace the oil cap. We left for a road trip and almost had engine failure. I've called for 3 weeks trying to reach a manager and get pushed around through a call center and left messages. If you like your car do not go here.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I stopped in for a top off they completed that for me so I went on my way. A few minutes later I got a call from Mark at Take 5 asking me to please return immediately. When I got back Mark told me that I had a severe leak. Checked the oil, not that. Checked the transmission fluid and it was so close to being empty, it was scary. He advised to seek immediate attention by a mechanic, which I did and had Hometown Car Care replace both of the hoses. Mark saved me from having to possibly get a total transmission replacement. I would refer anyone asking to go to Take 5 oil change. Mark went above and beyond. Thank you sincerely Mark.

Rick or Rich was not very welcomingWhen an employee walked through the door he said a lot of things that shouldn t be said in front of clients. They are very professional, courteous answers all your questions. They do a tremendous oil change job fast, quick and make it look so easy.The reason I have them 4 out 5 stars is because they don't do emission testing. That was the main reason I stopped by was to get an emission testing and I went ahead and threw in the oil change. Google search and even Siri said that Take 5 does emission testing. Someone needs to take care of that ASAP.Service: Oil change

Everybody was friendly and courteous. They accidently broke a tire stem that was on too tight. And Charlie has bent over backwards to rectify the situation and make it right.

Will and Tay were amazing!! They were very informative and talked me through everything they were doing while they were working. While changing my oil, they also checked all my filters, fluids, and tires. TOOK ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG COLLAGE GIRL!! I went for an oil change in a 2019 Camry Hybrid LE.$51.Recommend them to my girlfriend.She took her 2008 Honda Accord for just an oil change.They charged her $104.Cedarburg doesn't deserve crooks like these. They likely have done this to the elderly and other young people.Nobody go here.Seriously, nobody ever go here again.Service: Oil change

I'm not sure what changed because they used to be good there. But the last time I was there the guys running the place we're all super slow and not friendly at all. I waited where they asked me to for 15 minutes and then they let someone who showed up after me pull into the other bay and gave him an oil change first then went to me. I guess I'll be taking all my cars somewhere else.

Went in today for an oil change and was surprised to see that even though the store itself wasn't busy the staff was. So much different than when it was Fast Track and the staff seemed irritated to be working. The manager of this shop was friendly and well versed in the different types of oil and taught me some things I never knew about them. I will DEFINITELY be back because of him alone. This place is sooooo much better than Fast Track and I am so glad to have a quality place where I feel like a valued customer to get my oil changed. Highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area!!

They tried saying synthetic was required when in reality the manufacturer recommends conventional. It would have more than doubled the cost and without knowing the specifications of the oil, it could have been damaging to my vehicle. No thank you!

Service was very fast and I could stay in my car, all that was very good and the technician who was doing the customer service was very personable and professional. I was disappointed that he was not wearing a mask when speaking with me. I was wearing a mask and gloves, I am older and higher risk and try to be extremely careful in public. The person with direct customer contact should be masked. Other than that, great.Service: Oil change

Always fast and friendly service without the pushy suggestions for new air filters or an oil upgrade. The guys who work at this particular shop are great. My kids love going here because they always give them fruit snacks. I also appreciate they offer military/first responder discounts.
