Only place my mom and I trust for our cars since moving from GB a year ago. They go above and beyond. Just got an oil change and he filled up my tires and didn t even mention it! Thank you Herman s :)

My car battery died while pumping gas this morning, they came out right away, got me going. However, the battery was original and needed replacement. I followed them back to the shop, 20 minutes later, battery replaced and back on the road. Super friendly and kind! I will use them again for sure!

On Monday PM, I punctured the sidewall of two tires on the Interstate. Tuesday AM I went to Herman's to get the tires replaced. The tires were ordered, delivered, mounted, balanced and my car was ready to go by 5:00 PM! Excellent service!! Thank you so much!!!

We needed our battery jumped and had to call the service station well after hours and the man was very polite and understanding and arrived when he said he would be there which was much more than my insurance did! Thank you so much!!

Doesn't drop off in milwaukee County at all. I was stuck in Cedarburg and was unable to get milwaukee tow companies to pick up in Cedarburg and this company wouldn't drop my car off in milwaukee for no reason other than it was milwaukee. Very rude didn't care that I was stuck with my two kids in the car. Don't recommend!!

Sparky pointed out something that needs to be addressed ASAP. Where Tires Plus has failed to do so in the last three months of multiple visits. The last being 2 weeks ago.

After learning it would not be an "easy" tow (car disabled in garage and needed to be taken to a dealer 30 miles away), I was told to ask the dealer to arrange a tow. Not really very helpful at all and worthless advice, dealers don't do that?

I am disabled. All of the sudden Herman came to tow my car, which slid into a ditch on Hwy I, in Saukville. He never gave me a price to have it towed to Cedarburg.I received a ride from my wife to "Herman's". I had known Herman since 1977, so I thought that since I was disabled, he would give my a little bit of time to get the money to him and then let me pick up the car; I mean, how much could it cost I thought.My wife gave me a ride to see Herman and the Mechanic told me that he "next door at 'Maxwell's', the Bar". I stroll over to the bar, at a pace no faster than a Turtle, finally finding him close to the entrance, sitting there talking to some people and having a drink.I hobbled over to him, explaining my situation, to which he replied: "Pay me the $347.00 now, or add $45.00, per day for storage! The only way to o keep yourself out of Court is to bring me the Keys and the Title, and I won't be seeing you in Court!"I had almost died in the Hospital the month before, lost my businesses and paid off all of my debts, which left me nearly penniless. Disability does not start until after you've been disabled for six months. Unfortunately, I had to tell all of my employees that the businesses were being closed, and that it would take a long recovery. After a while my depression receded. My wife and I lived on Ramen Noodles, soup, canned fruit and water for over six months. The ONLY thing I had, of value, was my car.SHAME ON YOU HERMAN! I've known you since 1977 and thought that all of the stories about how cheap you are were just from a couple of disgruntled customers. Now that I see how many of your employees you've shafted I start to wonder if the stories are true!You are the GREEDIEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. I just loved watching you sitting in the end spot at the Cedarburg McDonald's, just listening for a tow truck call and trying to be the first one there to gobble up some person's money, right after they just came through a minor mishap.

I have purchased multiple sets of tires over the years here. I refuse to go anywhere else. Staff and owners are honest, reasonable, and stand by their work!
